I have a multi-page pdf template and I need to insert QR codes that encode the version of the document and the page. The version will be in a form field, so I was looking to use Javascript to encode these QR codes. However I can't get the code to pick the page number. I also encountered this issue after the latest Acrobat. What helped me was repairing the installation from Help Repair Installation and clearing the temporary files in Acrobat. After that, the combine feature started working again.

The print dialog box is NOT ALLOWING me to uncheck "print in grayscale" so that I can print in colour. How do I get it to allow me to uncheck this box?

I am Admin for Adobe Console, we have a user assigned with Acrobat Pro license , now the user resigned , but when we try to login in that account OTP sent to his mobile, we would like to remove the mobile number associated with that account.

When I am trying to split a multipage PDF into single pages I do not get the option to use the bookmark names as file names, it is greyed out.  Both of the "Add label" options are available.... what am I doing wrong?Thanks

Why are my files being saved as a .23 File instead of just the regular format of .pdf?!When I send documents to others, they have issues trying to open them, and that is how I found out that almost every time I save a pdf document, it is being saved as a .23 file automatically.It happens when I download a PDF, if I make any name changes it turns into a the .23 file which is impossible to change the format to .pdf, just if I open the file and using the "save as"option and saving the file again it changes to the regulat .pdf format but it takes a lot of time to work like that if I have a lot of files to save or d/l. or I can d/l PDFs and make no name changes and it works as a PDF document - however, this then entails going into each and every document and changing the name post d/l which takes a lot of time as well.I have researched as much as I could and have found no solution that haleped me to solve this problem , I tried reinstalling and a few solutions and guidelines I found&nb

I accidently made changes to a document in Acrobat web based version, asked the chat help how to not save them and they siad to just close the browser but when I then reopened the document the changes were saved. Is there a way to put it back to the original version or am I better off to delete and reuplooad the document which is actually my resume

I have started having problems when selecting dates in 2030 and beyond. After selecting a date in 2030 from the calendar dropdown, the date is changed to 1930. Is there a current fix for this other than manually typing the date in the field?

The problem has gotten progressively worse and I don't know what to do. To give you an idea of the severity, I work on average 12 to 15 hours a day, using Acrobat constantly throughout. The application crashes easily up to ten times per day—sometimes within minutes after reopening the program after it last crashed. It has gotten so bad that I can barely use Acrobat.   Has anyone else been experiencing this? Is anything being done? I really, really need Acrobat to stop crashing. I can't work without this program. Exasperatedly,  –M

Hello,   Currently I am using Adobe Acrobat X Standard on Windows 7 Ultimate.  I'm trying to convert .msg files in a specific folder in Outlook 7 into a single .pdf file.  I know how to right click the folder in Outlook then click Convert to Adobe PDF.  My question is, is there a way to limit the file size for the conversion?  The file sizes are very large.  When opening the PDF after the conversion, the files take a very long time to open due to the amount of data I have stored in the file.  I thought if I can limit the file size upon conversion it might not take so long to open the file after the conversion?    Is this at all a possibility?    Thank you. 

Adobe AI does NOT work well in the legal environment. It often stops responding; the filters prevent many documents from being reviewed, without issuing any warning, and the product simply stops responding mid-result. Lawyers are recommended to use Co-Pilot instead, which does a great job on legal documents and doesn't have any of the baked-in problems with Adobe AI. It's a great idea and potentially a huge timesaver, which is unfortunately not well-suited to the legal community, where 'controversial topics/words' are prevalent.

Hi, I've had my Adobe membership for nearly a year I'm just waiting for canceling my membership without paying the cancellation fee. So, my understanding is after one year of membership you can cancel for free ?

Hi, So I've researched the above a lot and tried the settings in the browser and also inside Adobe Acrobat itself. None of it works, all of it is currently turned off. I've tried turning them on and off in different combinations, restarting etc. etc. yet Acrobat opens, lags the hell out of my PC and is driving me up a wall. It's a work computer so no access to registry etc.  Please assist. Thanks

About every tenth file I open I get a blank screen. This has been going on for about a month. I've shut down, restarted, deleted preferences, and reinstalled Acrobat twice, and still having this problem. Quitting and reopening the file works, but I'm having to do this about twenty times a day. I have the current version of both Creative Cloud  and Acrobat Pro for Windows 11 installed. When I try to save as PDF/A (archival PDF), I get an alert that I have to manually install Preflight to Acrobat Pro to save as PDF/A. In Acrobat Pro pops up a link to install now. This link takes me to the Adobe page to download and reinstall Acrobat Pro and the loop starts over. I tried uninstalling Acrobat Pro before reinstalling and not doing that. I searched for an Acrobat Cleaner Tool but what I found only works with a standalone version.
