There is a free way to install it or I have to buy any produt of acrobat to have it?I just need this icon nothing else. If I need only this, there is a prudt cheaper?Thanks for your help

We have an XDP PDF file being used by opening it in Edge Browser with IE mode. This is working fine with Adobe 2020 version. We recently upgraded to Adobe 2025 version and it has stopped working. It keeps asking whether to open or save the file rather than just opening the file in Edge (IE mode). Is there something that is missing or that has changed? Is there a way to get it working?

Mac OS Sonoma 14.8.3 on MacPro Intel AND Mac OS Tahoe 26.2 on M3 PowerBook.Printer: HP Laserjet Pro M345-4Acrobat: Latest version on each OS Been trying to track down the souce of my problem for 3 hours so far. It started with a one-page PDF that just refused to print. So started by blaming the printer connection. When I hit PRINT the job shows to spool up and printer starts to respond, then job in print queue just disappears? I reinstalled HP Drivers, deleted/reinstalled printer, restarted multiple times - nothing. Both my computers with different OS vesions same behavior. Then I tried another PDF - same issue. Finally, I opened both problem PDFs in Apple Preview and they printed instantly! I tried printing docs from WORD, TextEdit, even Photoshop - no problems - that nailed it down to Acrobat. To complicate matters "some" PDFs DO print as I was testing further. I checked the two problem PDFs and No Security was added, so I am stumpped.

Hello,In a PDF page I have a content that is very small. I don't want to crop. I would like to select this part of the page, detach it and increase its size. How to do it ?

After selecting the print icon for a PDF file, or using CTRL + P, or MENU > Print, the window opens with a delay of 10–15 seconds. The problem occurs for a larger number of users in the Active Directory environment, regardless of whether the user has network printers or just Microsoft Print to PDF. The issue is only resolved by disabling Protected Mode, but unfortunately, we cannot allow that. Please help us resolve this problem.

Hi there, I've got a very odd issue I haven't been able to figure out. I work IT for a university, and a user has received a PDF that has: one digital signature, one auto-generated "fill & sign" signature, and what looks like two hand-written "sign yourself" signature/initials. When my user opens the PDF via the Acrobat web app, everything appears normal - signature boxes and forms are active, all signatures appear as expected, etc. The same is true if she downloads the PDF and then uses "Open With" and opens it in any given browser, as well as generic desktop PDF viewers. But when she tries to open the PDF in the desktop app, the digital signature and the "fill & sign" signature are both gone. When she goes to close it, it asks if she'd like to save changes even though she didn't make any - so Acrobat seems to be making some kind of change within the app automatically. I've tried all combinations of security and signature settings within the app, I've opene

I am having a terrible time with memory on my computer. It keeps announcing it's short on memory. I have an older HP Stream tablet running Windows 10, not able to be undated to Windows 11, and no way to increase the storage on the device. I move gigs of data to flash drives and delete programs I wasn't using, manage to get a few gigs clear, and then the problem re-emerges after a few weeks. I went through the storage, tallying up the sizes of all the visible folders in C plus the other areas where it will give me sizes, and found almost 10 gigs unaccounted for. I used something called TreeSize which identified the major problem as Acrobat, specifically AcroRdrDCx64...and-so-on, 15 files and an archive totalling 8 gigs. AcroRdrDCx...etc shows up on a file search in the ProgramData/Acrobat/Arm folder; I presume that's a hidden folder since it doesn't show up in my Windows file folder index. My question is this: is my computer failing to delete old updates after they're installed? If so,

I inadvertently set my document to "This document requires signatures," which has restricted field behaviors. Now in field Properties I only get the General, Appearance, Position, and Options tabs. I believe this is because the document is currently in Adobe Sign mode. In this mode, Acrobat uses simplified "e-signing" fields that do not support standard Acrobat formatting like the calendar picker.To restore the Format tab and enable the calendar picker, you must revert the document to a standard Acrobat form. However, in the Prerpare Form, under More Tools I cannot find a button or link that says "Revert to Acrobat Form" or "Remove e-signing options" . Does anyine know how to remove the e-signing options so my Date fields can be used with the calendar picker without redoing the complete form, please?

Hey everyone, quick question that's been bugging me what's the real difference between Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Paint 3D? I get that one's for PDFs and the other's for 3D modeling, but I'm trying to figure out which tool actually fits my workflow better.Acrobat seems like the professional powerhouse for documents, but Paint 3D (when it worked) had that amazing 3D Doodle feature that let me sketch ideas fast. For those of you who've used both, which did you find more essential for your daily tasks? Did you ever try using Paint 3D for mockups before switching to Acrobat's portfolio features? And now that Paint 3D is discontinued, what's your go-to replacement for quick 3D concepts?I'm especially curious about the learning curve Acrobat feels intimidating with all its pro features, while Paint 3D was dead simple. For those who've migrated, was it worth the time investment?

Wieso verschwinden nach dem Ausfüllen und Speichern meines pdf-Formulars einzelne Kreuze in den Optionsfeldern? Beim erneuten Öffnen des Formulars ist ein Teil der Kreuze verschwunden. Das Problem tritt immer an der gleichen Stelle auf, offenbar gibt es ungewollte Interkationen zwischen einzelnen Optionsfeldern. Kann mir jemand einen Tipp geben, was ich an den Formular-Einstellungen ändern muss?

MS Publisher is being phased out, so I am reluctantly working with the Adobe DC Pro subscription that I already have to pay for to see if it will suffice as a replacement. I am hoping that most of the many frustrations I have with Adobe are just a matter of knowing which box in the hundreds of settings I need to check or uncheck. So, here is the current stumbling block:I was pleased to find the rulers and discover how easy it is to set the guides, but I was sorely disappointed to open my document the next day to find that I have to recreate all of my guides. The help search couldn't find results on the topic and directed me to AI Assistant. AI Assistant is useless on a document that doesn't contain text, and my document only contains images for a woodburning stencil that I am creating.Is there a way to save my guides?

Hello Fellow Acrobats! I've been really liking the PDF Spaces feature in Acrobat Pro recently and I really like the AI Assistant. One of my favourite features of the AI Assistant is the citations feature, so I can cross-reference the information it is providing me instantly. I really like PDF Spaces as I can look at multiple files at once and get a broad overview of many sources at once and compare and contrast. However, with the most recent update, I seem to have lost this beloved citation feature in the desktop app. This is occuring on both my Mac and my PC. The web version and the mobile version do not seem to be affected (yet).  Show citations is definitely turned on, this has been checked. There are no restrictions on the files, as they are showing perfectly well in the web version.  Is anyone else experiencing this? And Adobe can we please have this wonderful feature back? Hello, I have a pdf that is 36 pages long. It has text and scans of images throughout the PDF. When I send the print job over made sure it is "fit to size" or "Actual size" when I go to the printer it stops and gives no error message anywhere in the printer or laptopI've checked for updated on acrobat and have reinstalled the app but still facing the same issue Other folks are able to print the document fine and I can print it in word with no issues

Hi there,I am wanting to keep track of my invoices in an excel file. I want to link to the invoice in the excel file or easy accessibility. I hyperlink it using CTRL+K then entering the sharepoint link for the abode file. Then when I test the link it works - however when I go back to the link even a day later - it no longer works. What am I doing wrong? 

Hello,I am experiencing an issue with Adobe Acrobat Pro Desktop on a new computer.Observed behavior:- The option “Save to Cloud” is not available.- There are no Cloud / Online sections in Preferences.- When clicking links in Acrobat that should open cloud-related pages, the browser opens but the page freezes and does not load.Environment:- Acrobat Pro license is active.- The same Adobe account works correctly on another (older) computer, where all Cloud features are available.- Adobe Cloud works normally when accessed directly in a browser (https://acrobat.adobe.com).- Network access is not blocked (confirmed by IT).Actions already performed:- Multiple uninstall and reinstall cycles of Acrobat.- Reset of local Adobe user profile and cache (OOBE and AppData folders).- Sign out and sign in to Creative Cloud.- Switching default browser (Edge / Chrome).- System restarts.The behavior remains unchanged.Please advise on how this issue can be resolved.

Hi,When filling a pdf, there is a lot of data Adobe is offering me to auto-fill that I don't want to be saved by the tool.I've had Preferences > Forms > Auto-complete turned off for as long as I can remember and when I turn it on, the Edit Entry List is empty.I know I need to delete signatures via All Tools > Fill & Sign but that's not what I want. I want Adobe to forget all the other data I've ever added.How do I do this?Thanks.
