Solved

I’m experiencing an issue with Premiere Pro 2025 where the GPU renderer optionMercury Playback Engine – GPU Acceleration (CUDA)is permanently grayed out – even in brand new projects with standard 1080p25 sequences and I-Frame MPEG preview settings.My system:Windows 10 ProNVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (driver 14.08.2024)64 GB RAMPremiere Pro 2025 (latest version, German UI)✅ GPUSniffer confirms full CUDA support:“Found CUDA device… No capability restrictions detected”✅ Hardware encoding (NVENC) is working fine (e.g. with YouTube export presets and VBR 1-pass / CBR).❌ But in the Project Settings, the GPU renderer is always locked to "Software Only" – and the dropdown is disabled. In Premiere Pro 2024 on the same system, CUDA works perfectly and is freely selectable. I’ve attached both compatibility reports for your reference.Please investigate and fix this issue. I'm staying on 2024 for now, but I'd prefer to use 2025 long-term.Thank you!

Until now I have used denoise function to enhance photos. Now it´s suddenly not working. When I click on denoise it looks like it´s enhancing the photo but afte a few seconds it stops and nothing happen. What happened? Photos are in RAW format. I use Windows. Maybe I have clicked on something and changed settings.

I can not erase authorization and get the following error message:Unable to erase authorization. Please try again after some time.I want to be able to re authorize so i can transfer files to my Nook Glowlight Plus

I'm unable to open some PDF files that I previously worked. The ones I'm having an issue with have an "X" on the lower left corner of the PDF icon. When I try to click on them, I get the following error: There was an error opening this document. The file cannot be accessed by the system. I've also tried accessing the files thru the Adobe Cloud but it gives me the following error message: The file cannot be accessed by the system.Again, these are files that were uploaded correctly and which we've worked on several times, without a problem until a few days ago. Now, thousands of files cannot be accessed and its causing me to have a  slight panic attack.How do you fix this and why is this happening in the first place?

Bright red stars, error message:"Print Bleed extends graphic to bleed using generative Al and uses 1 credit per generation, unless you have a plan with unlimited access. You can turn it on or off in Preferences." I don't need AI to set a print bleed, can do that myself, and do not have "preferences" in illustrator. Do have settings. I did not ask AI to set my print bleed so don't feel I should be charged for it. Please advise where to find and shut this off so I'm not being charged. Thanks!

I recently updated my MAC operating system and now the printer options have changed.  I want to select "printer manages colors" as well as my preferred printer profile for the paper I use.  However, the printer profile drop down menu is grayed out unless I choose "photoshop manages colors", which I don't want.  Is there a way to select "Printer manages colors" AND my preferred printer profile for my specific paper?  Thank you for any help!!

I mix music for a living, this is a stupid simple task in the audio world.  I'm trying to apply a hard limiter to the master track. How do I do this? I've been trying to drag and drop the Hard Limiter effect from the Effects panel --> Audio Track Mixer master track. It won't let me do that.  How do I add FXs to the master audio track?

Hi. Can you please bring back previous Magnifying glass' behaviour? Or give us an option to choose new or old one? I definitely prefer to mark an area to zoom in and I assume I'm not the only one.   <Title renamed by MOD>

Pretty new to JSX, but I have a specific need I can't find an example of. For an active layer, I want to toggle the visibility of the fx effects (Blending Options / Layer Style).  I can do it via an eyeball in the UI, just want to be able to do it in JSX.  I don't see any such property in Layers?

Bonjour à vous, est ce un bogue ou autre ? Merci d'avance pour votre retour. Cordialement Jacques   [Posts merged by moderator. Please do not double post!]

After the most recent update, the mobile and video artboard presets moved to the top of the list. I work with print mostly and switch from A4 to A3 in my artboards a lot and it was great to have them on top. Can I have this back? I'm attaching how it looks like now. The print presets are way at the bottom and I have to scroll past all of these that I'm never gonna use. At first, if let's say I create a new A4 document and then click on the preset, it's automatically scrolled down to the print ones. But if i then make a new undefined size artboard and click on the preset later, it's back to the top of the list which is filled with iPhones etc.

Hi all,    I always use Adobe illustrator to convert customer-logo's to a DXF format, to use in lasercutting applications. This always worked wonderfull.   However, i just found that my Illustrator program won't let me give this option in the Save or Export settings.  (see images Attached)   Let me know what i'm doing wrong, i'm going mad 😛      Thanks in advance!     {Renamed by MOD}

I am new to the Adobe CommunityI have hundreds of email messages received that have attachments.  When I open one all I get is the text.  There is no mention anywhere of the attachment.  Before I loaded Adobe the attachment would display and I could open it.  What is going on?  HELP!

I have some .aep files linked into a Premiere file, but they aren't updating properly. I'd like to either reload them or just relink them, but neither options are available. Both 'Replace Footage' and 'Link Media' are greyed out. It seems you can only replace links like this when they are offline... my files aren't offline, they just aren't updating to the latest version. Do I need to delete them and then import them again?

Windows 11 laptop with the most current version of Photosop.This is mostly for bird images when the sky is most of the background.  After all the ACR and photoshop tweaks, in photoshop, often the sky is undesirable.   Auto contrast when applied without any masks often does a wonderful job of fixing it, but I don't want it affecting the subject.  Unfortunatedly, if I select sky or inverse of subject, after I apply auto-contrast, the result is comically bad.I know this can be accomplished with layers, but I'm having a hard time with this.  At some point, ChatGPG got me in the right place, and I got what I wanted in Photoshop, but when I exported the jpg, the change was lost.  Can somebody please simply explain the right steps to get what I want?  To be clear, I want the sky to look exactly how it looks when I apply auto-contrast to the entire image, but I don't want the subject affected, and I of course then need to export a jpg with the change app

This is for FrameMaker, not InDesign, but it's basically a ScriptUI question. It's also somewhat related to: https://community.adobe.com/t5/indesign-discussions/can-i-pass-arguments-to-include-script/td-p/15286930#M622092 Consider this simple code:ShowWindow1(); ShowWindow2(); function ShowWindow1(){ var w = new Window ("palette", "Window 1"); btn1 = w.add ("button", undefined, "OK"); ckbx1 = w.add("checkbox", undefined,"Check Box"); w.add ("button", undefined, "Cancel"); btn1.onClick=function(){ alert("You clicked OK on Window 1"); } w.show (); } function ShowWindow2(){ //w.close; var w = new Window ("palette", "Window 2"); btn1 = w.add ("button", undefined, "OK"); w.add ("button", undefined, "Cancel"); btn1.onClick=function(){ alert("You clicked OK on Window 2"); alert(ckbx1.value); } w.show (); }I'm having a hard time understanding the following issues:ckbx1 seems to be "global" - i

Hi everyone, I'm using Ventura 13.1 and some fonts I installed in Adobe fonts (they're "activated" and show up in other programmes e.g. InDesign) are not shown in Keynote. Ideas anyone? Thanks!

I updated Lightroom to 8.4 today and the "denoise" AI feature is no longer working. I click the "denoise" checkbox under "detail". A pop-up says "processing", but  1. the strikethrough on the denoise check box doesn't appear. 2. It doesn't look like the denoise was applied and 3. Lightroom seems to stall when I try to navigate to another photo.It just worked yesterday on the previous Lightroom version. I've been working through an album of photos and noticed today. I would appreciate it if someone could fix it - thanks!

Hello! Forgive me if this has been posted on previously. I did what due diligence I could in the time I had, but found nothing like this issue.   I use Acrobat Pro DC and regularly use Cntrl F to find words and phrases. If the PDF is not readable, DC would always tell me and offer to make the PDF readable right on the spot. This prompt would always come with a box to check and, in my stupidity, I read it as offering to make PDFs readable automatically without prompting. I held off from checking it until I knew what I wanted, but when I finally did it, the option disappeared. I realize that I can use Scan & OCR --> Recognize Text, but I really liked having the option on the spot.    Can someone please tell me how to turn this option back on? I've searched for answers and tried figuring it out in the preferences, but cannot find anything that will restore this. Can anyone help me to reset this option?

I have acrobat form with lots of checkboxes on it. Using pdf script I've setup some checkboxes to be disabled when one of others is checked. I also have RESET button that reset the form. However, after reseting the form, only checkbox(es) that were previously checked are accesable. After selecting and  diselecting such checkboxes, I can acces other checkboxes. Is there way to reset the form in a such way to allow selecting any checkbox to start with?

I've spent around 15-20 hours on a project. when I was about 5 minutes from finishing, I maximized the timeline panel as shown in the 1st picture below. While trying to click "Restore Panel Group Size" I hit this spacebar, or some hotkey, or accidentally hit "close panel group". When I reopened the timeline panel, all my hours of hard work were instantly gone. How do I recover my sequence on the timeline? If you can fix this problem for me, I will send you $20 through paypal.

Hello, That I explain my problem: for my reports I have to apply animations when, for example, I display the name of the interviewee. To make the process faster I created some .morgt on after-effect which I then added to the essential graphic objects of premiere pro. So far so good. The problem is: on the video, once it is exported, when my animations appears and then disappears, a veil appears then disappears on the whole image as well. I initially believed in a very transparent background problem but none of that, except my graphics and my texts, nothing composed my animations. I also thought of a graphics card problem but it is not, I exported on different PCs and OS. To visually identify the problem I put a youtube link where the problem is very visible (at 0:26 and 0:34): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3bqDosjAM7M I appeal to you then, is it a problem with the setting of my compositions on after-effect? of my export settings on premiere / media encoder? Because when I create .

I recently updated my Illustrator 2025 to the newest version - v 27.9.3. I'm not sure what happened and can't seem to find anythign on this but my grouped objects no longer move together.  When I try to slide my grouped objects around the layout, the symbols in the group seem to move separately from the overall group which is very frustrating.  Is there something I'm overlooking that I can do to stop this from happening?  I have a screen recording of an example.

Hi, I am looking to develop a list of common reason why InDesign might crash when exporting to EPUB.Looking in the community I see that endnotes and hyperlinks might be a problem. Any other common things to look out for? I appreciate this may seem an open-ended question and some crashes may be to do with processing power and file corruption, but I am just asking for common problems outside these areas as I am not able to share the file. Here is a scenario: I am working on a lenghty ID document (600+ page plus) with images, tables, multiple fonts, bi-directional text, etc. The export to EPUB consistently crashes, even with basic export settings, seemingly after just the first few images are exported. However, previous versions of the document (backups before finalising) do not crash when exporting to EPUB. So, my hunch is that there is some small type of formatting that occurred in the last phase of the project which is causing the crash (nothing fundamenta
