When I have an object selected and I hold down the Option key, these measurements are displayed. How do I turn that off?  

When editing images in the Develop module, images will randomly (without being directed to) rotate in the main viewing screen. I am using the most current version of LRC (v14.3.1). On a PC. Please see attached screenshot from 5.12.25 showing what is happening in the Develop module. The image has not been rotated and appears correclty in the Navigator window and the filmstrip view at the bottom. Please see second attachment for my computer specs. Since updating to version 14.3.1 a couple of days ago, this has happened to me at least 10-20 times. The only way I have been able to get the image to return to its proper orientation is to exit LR and reopen it. However, sometimes this is not correct the situation. Any suggesions or help that you can give is much appreciated. I am on a very tight deadline to complete edits of photos for my client who is a graduating senior. ChatGPT funktioniert im Vergleich dazu tausendmal besser – obwohl ich dafür kein kostenpflichtiges Abo habe, das ich wie adobe cloud teuer bezahle. Bitte fixt das!

I am creating a form in InDesign. I need to be able to add tracking to the text the user types into the Text Field in Acrobat, so the letters are spaced out to fit within the little tick marks. Is this possible within InDesign? I attempted to add a Paragraph Style to the Text Field, but that did not stick when I exported an Interactive Form. I have the previous version of their form where this is accomplished using a Univers Condensed font. The spacing between letters within the tick marks is super clean. I could not achieve this so cleanly in InDesign with tracking (about 1060), but I hope the solution exists there, and not something that needs to be done afterwards in Acrobat.

I am trying to edit a PDF in Adobe Acrobat Standard. The PDF comes in as an image. I do the scan & OCR, it finds all the text on the PDF, but when I click on Edit a PDF I keep getthing this message. "Acrobat has detected that this page doesn't have editable text. If it is a scanned paghe, conver it to another formate using the Export PDF tool." But the PDF is not a scanned image.The other thing I noticed is in the Edit a PDF section in the gear icon, there is a check box for reconignze scanned text, but it is grayed out. I also tried running the scan & ORC saving the PFD and re-opening it in Adobe but I still can't edit any of the text. The PDF still appears as one large image.  

today it is happening to us that the PDFs load and display but after 5-10 seconds the banner appears: This application domain (XXXXXX) is not authorized to use the provided PDF Embed API Client ID. and it stops viewing, we have not changed anything and yesterday it did not happen... does it happen to anyone else? do you know if they have changed something in the viewer? The code and the domain are correct and nothing has been touched in the programming. thanks

I run a mixed workload of RGB and CMYK documents.  One of the major drawbacks of Illustrator is the functionality of the eyedropper.  It's an RGB elitist and doesn't want to help anyone with CMYK.There I said it...the eyedropper tool is an RGB bigot.  It's the 21st century, c'mon Adobe...fix the tool. 😉

Hello,I have a rather very simple question. I'm opening this topic because I couldn't get an answer either here on the forums or via Google.All I want to know is the exact location where Adobe caches the recently opened files & locations. I've already checked in the regular Local and Roaming folders in the user profile but couldn't find any. As a test, I tried deleting the contents of the said folders and replacing them one at a time to pinpoint the recent files cache but failed. Although the settings and preferences are preserved upon putting them back the recent files tab stays empty.So, is it a case of Adobe caching them outside of the user profile folders like somewhere in the registry or elsewhere. If this is indeed accessible to us users I would like to know where so that I could keep a backup for future use.Any advice is appreciated

Hi, I just got an email with the below text. I opened a browser window and logged into my Adobe account, and I see the same in notifications.  I imagine the phone number is part of the "invitation," so I don't want to call it. 🙂 I can't find an actual Adobe support number to call, though. I'm assuming this a phishing attempt? Can you confirm? (Sorry if this isn't the correct forum. I searched all but didn't find this message, and I didn't see anywhere specific for security questions.) Thanks.

A few days ago, I had to replace the motherboard on my laptop. After the hardware change, I attempted to launch Photoshop (part of Adobe Creative Suite CS6) and was prompted to re-enter my serial number. Prior to replacing the motherboard, I had properly deactivated the installation.However, upon entering the serial number again, I received a message stating that the serial number has been revoked.I've tried to download the installer again (see screenshot below) from the Adobe and register it again, but I am getting the same errorI would like to note that I have another installation of CS6 running on a second laptop with the same serial number without any issues. I originally purchased this serial number directly from Adobe as part of a volume licensing agreement, and Adobe has confirmed as of today that the serial number is valid.I would appreciate guidance on how to proceed in reactivating my software on the repaired system.I've downloaded the    

Hi everyone,I’m trying to find out if there's a tool or feature in Adobe Illustrator (or any other Adobe app) that allows you to convert expanded shapes into simple linework or strokes again.Once a shape has been expanded, is there a way to revert it or auto-trace the edges back into editable lines?I’m looking for something that can help clean up or simplify expanded vector graphics—almost like turning fills back into strokes.Any suggestions, tips, or plug-ins that might help?Thanks in advance!

Hello, Part of my work involves draweing in Photoshop. Everything has worked just fine. However suddenly I'm getting pixellated edges on my drawn edges. Usually I draw withnthe pen tool then convert to a selection and fll with colour. For comparison in the image attacehd you can see the old edges, which are good, on the black shape, and the nedw, bad effect on the yellow shape. This is also happening with selection tools. But if I make a shape and concert to a selction its still good. Any help gratefully received! Many thanksRichard    

Hello, I want to create a search box on PDF where a keycode is typed on a text box and a relevant info is displayed on another box. I have previously achieved this using a script supplied from this thread but it turns out scripts aren't fully supported on mobile devices. Is there another way for me to achieve this without using scripts? So a user enters a code on a text box i.e. 'Fruit'Then the other text box will be pre-populated with the relevant info i.e. 'Apple' TIA

Hi everyone Two weeks ago our CC Libraries in our Teams account stopped synchoronizing between users.The work around at the moment involves an export of the Library and local import for each user. I find conflicting information on Adobe whether this feature is no longer available or not to teams accounts. I tried pasting unicode Indian Language fonts in After effects CC 2020, and also copying and pasting from text programs, but they are all displayed wrong.According to previous solution for this problem, these are the steps suggested - 1. Go to Preferences>Type2. Select ‘South Asian and Middle Eastern’ in ‘Text Engine’3. Select ‘Indic’ in ‘Languages Selection’But in CC 2020 Version, there is no ‘Languages Selection’ option in Preferences>Type.So I can't change the formatting of my Indian language fonts to 'Indic' - which is required for correct displaying of Indian Unicode fonts. Please help me.This option was available in previous versions of After effects as specified in the article link below - https://blogs.adobe.com/creativedialogue/video/create-text-layers-in-indian-languages/

Hi. Since the last Windows 10 update, when I try to print a PDF with Adobe 8 from either Word or PowerPoint, it prints a Notepad file instead with the error message below. When I print a Word document with Ariel font, it works fine, but not with Calibri, and almost all my files use Calibri. Please anyone help with a solution to this problem. Hi all, I've got a weird problem hapening in Premiere version 23.0.0 (Build 63)Computer is a PCProcessor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-12900KS 3.40 GHzInstalled RAM 64.0 GBNvidia 3080 Card Colour grading SLog 3 footage, whenever I scrub the timeline or press play, the grade changes. Scopes shift and everything gains contrast and saturation. I've tried removing media cache files, restarting, using a different grade (tried with and without a LUT) but no fix as of yet. Some files have proxies which are turned off, others don't and both seem to be having the issue. First frame is the playhead not moving.  Second shot is the playhead scrubbing   The IRE vlaues shift as does the playback image leading to one very confused grade. Any fixes or advice would be appreciated. JK
