Hello all, I work for a company who uses designer to build forms & I am the designer. I have a dynamic pdf form that has a qr code that has been created and is printing the user attributes incorrectly. You would think the qr code output would print correctly because the Hierarchy is in order per each field as well as the Collection List. Everything checked is within this list. To make matters even more confusing is that there is a previous file that worked & it's identical to the file that I'm working on: Collection List, Hierarchy, the value of the barcode which is (Automatic Scripting, Delimited format, Pipe, UTF-8 Char. Encoding, etc.) Everything is identical. Why is one field out of order when this barcode is printed?!? I don't know what else to do, could someone help.

Have an edited image in Lightroom that I want to continue editing with Photoshop. Right click opens PS but the image doesn't move into PS. Instead the Photoshop window opens with my most recent images showing but no way to move the lightroom image to PS. I'm working on a project and using shapes ontop of one another with fills to hide geometry. I'm doing this becuase if I want to move the elements later the linework that is behind won't be destroyed, so I don't have to extend and retrim stuff. For some reason now when I fill with solid white at 100% opacity normal blend mode, it doesn't hide linework. It hides other fills, but not lines. I've tried messing around with layer order but it doesn't make any difference. Wether the fill is at the top of the layer stack or the bottom it doesn't change anything. It appears to only happen on this layer. If I move the object group to another layer, it behaves normally. However, if I draw new shapes on those other layers, it makes no difference, and the fills don't block their own lines either, so this is making me think I accidentally turned on some setting or something since it's happening with all new shapes, but then it mostly happens on the "Rear Lines" layer it seems so I can't tell. I

Dell XPS 8960 / 32G Ram / 13th Gen i7 / NVIDIA GeForce RTX3070Hey crew. Looking for some help here. I'm using 3d layers and camera to create a close/far rotation effect, and it would be great to utilize top view to build these keyframes in the comp window. BUT for some reason, Top View refuses to show my layers, or my camera. It's just a black screen. All other angles, (Active, Right, Front) work perfectly. It seems like a weird glitch, and it has worked in the past, in this project. Here's what I've tried:- purge cache memory in the preferences dialog  - manually deleting user libraries / presets in My Docs- manually deleting AE Cache files in AppData/Roaming- Reinstalling A.E.(vers) 24.2.1- updating GPU drivers (NVIDEA studio driver) Any ideas?? I'd love for this to work.

Hi there, I'm a bit baffled, as lately, the photo on my iPad have been taking longer and longer to load on screen.I've even had this case this week-end: The whole album was stored locally, including therefore this picture. So I was a bit when it baffled to see "Local = Preview not editable", and that it took 10s to load the image. To be fair, I could always see Loading steps top left, but usually going very fast. Now, it's on average taking 5/6s easily. What's going on? Lightroom iPad 10.4.1 DC91CC/206 on iPad M4 iPad OS 18.5

My company recently lost our Adobe administrators.  We don't have anyone who can login and administer on our behalf. How do we get the admin role moved over to a new user?

I just wanted to post my solution to this error that was preventing me from saving in Substance 3D Painter 7.4.3. I had seen several posts saying this is caused by having lost/unallocated textures in the file, but I did not have any. What solved the issue was deleting the default "Layer 1" paint layers that Painter automatically adds to each texture set. I imagine any empty layer could cause this error. It seems incredibly neglectfull that the file defualts that ship with a software are completely preventing user files to be saved in some cases. Filing a bug report for this as well, but figured it would be useful as a topic here in the meantime.

Reoccuring issue with Adobe apps using excessive memory. I'm getting pop-up warnings. For example, AI is open but no files open (18.92GB RAM), PS has 4 files open totaling less than 100MB file size using (33.09GB RAM). PS and ID are randomingly crashing without any crash report or pop-ups.   I've reopened PS, and still using 22GB with a couple small files open.   I really don't know where to go with this, but it's getting really frustrating.   On a side note: why is this forum forcing to select a topic with only choices unrelated.   MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2021),  Apple M1 Max, 64GB Memory.

Hi Adobe Community, I’m encountering an issue when working with Adobe Acrobat PDF documents saved on a shared drive (NAS or server). Every time I try to save or edit a document, I get an error message that says: "The file may be read-only or another user may have it open." I am then forced to save the document with a different name or in a different folder.  This is causing some confusion, as I end up with multiple versions of the same PDF document in one folder, and sometimes I accidentally delete the wrong version. This issue only started recently, and I’m not sure what’s causing it. Has anyone experienced this problem when working with files saved on a shared drive or network server? Is there a configuration or setting that could be causing this? Any advice or troubleshooting steps to resolve it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hello!I'm having some trouble with a gif - I have rendered the animation I want using After Effects (rendered as QuickTime .mov) then imported the video file into PhotoShop and prepared my file for .gif export via Save for Web (Legacy). On the Save for Web settings the Looping Option is set to 'Forever'. The gif colour and quality is fine - but the one big issue is that the rendered gif has a very long delay between each loop.I've scoured the forums, but I'm having real trouble figuring out what is causing this - any help would be greatly appreciated!Thank you,Sarah

I work at a company where we share our files through a server. We want to be able to open the .ai files and for Illustrator to be able to look up for the files (which should have the same path as the author of the project's) by itself.Adobe After Effects already does this. Whenever one syncs a project and opens it, After Effects will take its time to pull every asset from the repository and then open with everything linked. Why can't Illustrator work the same way? Because as it is, we are forced to either disrupt our workflow by having to manually link the files everytime we have to work on a colleague's project, or have to embed the assets, which is not ideal since a lot of times we use layered photoshop .psd and embeding them converts them into a flatten image.

Hello. I renamed three folders in the Finder (Apple) outside of LR and rearranged their order. Stupid, because LR didn't recognize the folders and I couldn't link them. The Originals folder in LR now contained edited photos. This morning, after much online research, I synchronized the folders. Great, all the folders have been transferred, with the correct contents, but at the top of the menu in the Catalog, the original files are now listed, as well as the edited ones. Normally, the original photos are always there, and when I click on them and go to Develop, I see the photo along with what has been changed and developed. If I delete the edited version from LR, it also disappears from the Edited Photos folder. How can I remove the edited photos from the catalog without them also disappearing from the Edited Photos folder? Thanks for reading my question.

Hello Why, if the current selected layer is a shape, does using the eyedropper change the colour of that shape?I assume this is some well-meaning function. How can I turn it off please? I want the eyedropper simply to load a colour, not change the colour of anything.

Hi Ive recently updated my After Effects and since then I now do not have most of my quicktime codecs, I followed the suggestion on the problem on adobe solutions page: Some QuickTime codecs missing in After Effects but with no luck. Pls help

Hello, We're working with Automation blocks for a while now and we like the way how it works! Now we need some help, because where do we start if we want this:We need to create 150-200 sequences in Premiere, that are all based on one master sequence, the only change is that in a .mogrt we change a text (name of person). And this change in text, should also reflect in the sequence name.We found this: https://docs.mamoworld.com/automation-blocks/tools-ae/compDuplicatesFromSpreadsheet - but this is for AE and we need it for Premiere Pro.Where do we start? Let the script first read the .csv file we make (two rows: Name and Outputname), and then adjust mogrt and then duplicate and then change name of the sequence?

When several clips are selected, changing Speed/Duration or Rate Stretching only affects the last clip. It would be nice if it treats the selection as one clip, affecting each clip with the same amount.

Recently, Premiere 24.6.4 started reporting an error code every time I launched a project. Unfortunately, I don't have a screenshot of the issue or the error code. It essentially said that playback was being interrupted, even though my program monitor and playback worked just fine.If I left the popup up and simply kept working, I didn't have any further issues. If I chose to close the popup, it would reopen within 10 seconds. If I kept repeating that step, it was an infinite loop of closing and reopening.Today, I decided to check the box that said "Never ask me again."Now, the error still seems to occur at the same period because my mouse and keyboard hang and can't select anything every 10 seconds. But there's no longer any popup.I've tried updating to the most recent version of 24, deleting and reinstalling different versions of 24, and resetting preferences. At this point, I just need to know how to enable Premiere to display the error code normally again. I'm not sure how to force a

Need help! I have created a fillable PDF with sections as in the attached file. The problem I am having is that every time I enter a value in any input field, I am getting an error message “The value entered does not match the format of the field [FIELDNAME]” in the calculated fields. I checked the definitions of the calculated fields and couldn’t find anything wrong. One thing I noticed is that the error messages decrease as I ignore them and continue with the rest of the rows. Could this be because the numerator or denominator is zero (or blank)? I hope someone can help me with this problem. Thank you!

Have MacBookAir  latest version updates 10.13.6Brother printer: HL-L5200DWT - Laser dual tray. Assured by Brother that printer is compatible with Mac and is able to print mixed size letter/legal docs. All set up with Br-Script 3 Printer Driver.NEITHER Adobe Reader or Adobe Pro are able to get mixed size documents to print- I set up the file to print using Adobe, click the 'choose paper source by pdf page size' option and hit 'print'. I then get an 'error' message on the Brother Printer, that the 'no paper in the MP tray' and nothing happens. The Multipurpose tray is designated as a 3x5 size, so why it thinks it should print from that tray is beyond me. The other two trays are designated Legal and Letter. Multiple phone calls to Brother - no solution. They are blaming it on the Adobe application. Since Adobe has no Customer Support aside from this forum ( WHAT???! REALLY???!) this is my only option to find an answer. Anyone else with this or a similar problem and if so- did you fin
