I'm trying to resize several images together on a page. I try to select more than one image frame by holding Shift, but it doesn't register. It simply deselects the previous image frame and selects the new one. If I try dragging from outside of the document's borders, it selects the image frames but also selects other frames I drag across. I thought perhaps it has something to do with the images each being anchored to different text, but I just tried importing a few images without anchors and still I can't use shift to select them all. Any ideas? I'm using 19.5.4 on Windows 10. Thank you.

I keep getting this error: We can't process this prompt because the reference imagedoesn't meet our User Guidelines. You can upload anotherimage and try again. Nothing in my image violates the user guidelines. It's my own creation. Attaching here.

I am noticing the hover tooltip on the Illustrator toolbar will randomly pop up on different tools. Sometimes when opening a new file and sometimes it just happens while working. I don't notice a pattern unfortunately but it is a little annoying when working. Version 29.6.1 Thank you kindly!Brad

so there will be a new update which is creative cloud pro. I wanted to know if the usage on non adobe ai models when generating in firefly is applicable for Teams account or is it availble only for enterprise account.

If possible are you able to make it that the illustrator app can finally be put in full screen mode on mac because right now it cant and it is very annoying

We use DWTs as the basis for a web site. Throughout the HTML code in the DWTs we use the${}as containers for tokens that are replaced by an underlying web application.e.g. ${variable} For the most part, this works without issue. However, when the "Update pages" command is run, the associated HTML templates are updated, but any variable tokens contained within certain HTML elements end up being replaced incorrectly. For example this HTML in the DWT:<a href="${variable}">Text</a>ends up as the following the HTML page:<a href="{variable}">Text</a> It would only appear to affect the variable tokens used within certain HTML elements. For example in the DWT:<a href="${token}" title="${tooltip}"><img src="${logo}" alt="Logo" /><span class="sr-only">${mobileheader}</span></a>will update as in the HTML page:<a href="{token}" title="${tooltip}"><img src="{logo}" alt="Logo" /><span class="sr-only">${mo

I have Adobe Creative Cloud installed on several PCs. On two of them, every time I restart the PC or log in with a different Windows user, I have to sign in to Adobe Creative Cloud again. This has been happening since around April. All software is up to date. Why is this happening?

I have a Production where, in Scratch Disks, I'm pointing my auto save to "Same as Production". It appears to be putting autosaves (in Finder) in the folder each specific project is in. This is great. I'd like to NOT have that auto save folder show up in the Production Panel in Premiere. I'm an Assistant Editor; when I hand this off to an editor, I'd rather not have them see the auto saves in the Production Panel (to prevent them from working within an autosaved version of a project). How do I make the auto save folder not show up in the Production panel?

Hi there I am unable to purhcase my CC license as its saying my postal code is invalid. My postal code is 8001, but it wont accept that. Is there a specific format I should be using that Im not aware of?  I'm from South Africa  Thanks;

Hey team.   So I've got an issue and while I can see NUMEROUS posts about this particular subject I can't seem to either get the right answer or figure it out for myself..   Basically I've gone back to Windows from Mac and stored everything on external drives.  Everything went smoothly but.....  Finding the missing photos hasn't.   I see the obvious problem on a few where my Mac has chucked a "volume" label at the start of D Drive (labelled as Red Expansion) and now my PC isn't playing nice as it IDs it as simply D Drive or Red Expansion blah blah drive. So I see that's the problem but how do I reconnect all the missing photos?  I can imagine it is something obvious but I am missing the very large and obvious point 🙂   These photos are there but the question is HOW..

I have a Word file that contains several tables. When I convert this Word file to PDF, I can see some extra dotted borders appearing at the top and bottom of the tables. How can I resolve this issue?

I'm on my Mac and somehow dragged the video preview into its own window.  Deleted the window thinking it would go back to normal but it did not show back up on the app.  I tried closing down the app and opening it back up again but this did not work.

Hello,I'm encountering an issue when trying to open PDF files from Google Drive using Adobe Acrobat's web integration. Every time I attempt to open a file, I get this error:"Sorry, we were unable to authorize this app for all of the files you attempted to open. Please try again."

I'm trying to create a pattern that uses a line of shapes that starts dense and then spaces out as the pattern goes along. I have created an example in Photoshop to depict what I mean. Any help would be grealy appricited. Thank you.

Hi, I have this weird problem. Home Screen freezes. I can hoover on anything and the buttons change colours. But clicks are unresponsive. Also on the new document screen. The only fix that works is to turn on the legacy "file new" document in preferences. Not a cool fix but it works. I have used the Adobe Clean-up app tool and I have reset preferences many times. No effect.  Anyone have a bet on a fix for this issue?

Hi, would anyone be able to help please?  When I go to Neural Filters in Photoshop, it won't allow me to download any of the features listed here, specifically the 'Colorize' feature. When I click 'download', the icon spins for a half second and returns to the dowload icon. How can I fix this? This worked fine on Photoshop 2024.

Hi, I listened yesterday perfectly. But today something happened and The feature doesn't work for Turkish. Please solve this problem.

LrC opens with an error message saying it cannot find or open the catalog. Click OK or "more info" and it promptly crashes. I have signed out and back in to no avail. I updated the NVIDIA RTX 4060 driver for studio use, also to no avail. I feel that if I could keep it open I could direct it to the catalog. Thanks to anyone who can help.

Dear Adobe Support Team, I am reaching out to report a rendering issue we’ve encountered in Adobe Acrobat when viewing PDFs exported from Apple Keynote. The issue arises when vector objects containing gradients—originally created in Adobe Illustrator—are copied into Keynote and then exported as PDF files. When these PDFs are opened in Adobe Acrobat (both Reader and Pro), the gradient elements frequently fail to render correctly. Specifically, we’ve observed:Incomplete or missing rendering of gradient-based vector objects.Flashing or flickering of large embedded images during zooming or panning. This behavior does not occur in other PDF viewers such as macOS Preview, which suggests that the problem may be specific to Acrobat's rendering engine. Since Adobe Illustrator and Acrobat are both part of the Adobe ecosystem, we had expected smoother compatibility, especially when working with Apple Keynote, which is widely used in the design community. We would appreciate yo

I am using the free Adobe 2023.003-20244 on Windows 10. There is a single tab along the top for each document opened. Unfortunately, the tab contains the document title instead of the file name. This is not useful for me because I open many files which show the same letters in their respective tabs. It turns out that the document titles are quite long and they differ only in the last portions of the titles. The tabs only show the leftmost portions of the titles, so the tabs display the same letters. The document titles are determined by the originators of these documents. In past versions of Reader, the document tabs showed the PDF file names, which I *do* control. I can choose file names that are distinguishable even though the tabs only show the leftmost portions of the name. Is there any way to have Reader show file names instead of document titles in the tabs?
