I am using the new version of Adobe Captivate and have an issue with getting a consistent look and feel with my buttons. I am trying to get a similar look and feel to the buttons in the below screenshot. The main reason I need the rest of the training to mirror this page is because the ability to force users to go through each step is tied to the buttons shown here, not the buttons in the play bar. However, when I use other slide templates—like the one below—the button is at the top of the screen, and I can't change the position. If the button locations are always changing, that's a problem for usability. Consistency is important from a design perspective and to make it user-friendly.Then I thought I'd try to insert an interactive button block below the main block, but there are two issues with this approach. 1) The most important being there is only one design style for the button!! The buttons with circles and arrows are not an option on this page (see below). 2) If the content

포토샵을 용량때문에 D드라이브에 설치했는데 그 후로 포토샵 camera raw 가 저렇게 오류가 나면서 되지 않아요. camera raw 플러그인도 다시 설치하고 했는데도 안되네요

Hi, I've been working on a project for two days and suddenly Pr stopped allowing me to drag effects into my timeline. I can drag anything else I want, and through keyboard shortcuts, I can apply default transitions to my clips. However, I cannot open the editing window, select an effect, and simply drag it in. When I try, my cursor becomes a grabbing hand with a little crossed circle beside it informing me that I cannot drag the effect. I have tried resetting the project, resetting all my preferences and caches, resetting to adobe's saved layout for workspaces, read other community posts about similar issues and have tried all the methods that were brought up in those threads, and nothing seems to work. My only option now it seems, is to reinstall Pr, and start the project from scratch if I want to drag effects into my timeline. That's my last resort if anything, but I hope a community member has a simple answer for me that I'm too dumb to see lol. Thank you!

Hi, I want to print the image on my products and resale but I am confused about the Extended License Plan cost. The 1 st screenshot show the price is RM140.98/ month or RM1691.76/ annual (From all plans and pricing page). The 2 nd screenshot show RM356, so this is per image cost or extended license plan? (image from Adobe Stock)Another question is how many images I can download daily with the extended license plan? more that 100 images or .........Thank you.

I want to migrate my PS Preferences to a new computer.  I see a lot of individual files for various settings but no single folder containing general preferences.  Does one exist and I am not reading the names correctly or do I have to copy and paste all the individual settings/preferences/etc. manually and install them individually on the new system?

To my greatest subsprise was charge today for a service I did not use. Please kindly help me refund my money. How will Adobe still change me when a cancellation mail as being sent to me confirming the cancellation process. I have attached the screen of the may sent to me on the 12th May, 2025

So, I'm using the 2024 version, and I am encountering the red screen of death on 4 of my videos this morning.  I was on a call with support for an hour, and then he just hung up on me and didn't help.  Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can retrieve my videos?  They have all changed to a red screen, with upside-down white writing that says Support Unavailable (truer words never spoken, haha).   [Branched from old thread by mod]

Hi allI'm a big fan of Adobe, and would love to drop CapCut and switch back to Adobe Rush.I'm testing this thing out, and I'm trying to replicate on Rush what I normally do with CapCut.One of such things would be to be able to export a single frame from a video clip. CapCut has a button, and even a keyboard shortcut (ctrl+F) in order to do that quickly. Is anything similar coming anytime soon to Rush? Also, is Rush still in development or has it/will it be dropped? I'd love to stay within my Adobe CC while doing creative work. Thank youGiovanni

I removed the background in PS beta, via the cloud, great result. Import in Firefly, person 4 from the left part of the face is missing, and the person in the red dress is missing shoes. After I subtract I get back the correct picture after brushing. However in Firefly after  create the background , see the prompt, , the missing areas are still absent. How to remedy

Hello community,I’d like to raise a point that I believe concerns many of us who use Adobe Express not just to create, but also to automate our publishing workflows (LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Business…).While tools like Figma, Canva Pro, Crello, and others offer direct links to . jpg or . png files that are easily usable in automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n…), Adobe Express, despite being the creative leader, only provides a link to an interactive web page. 🤔 🤔This makes things unnecessarily complicated for those of us who want to automate and stay within the Adobe ecosystem.Maybe I missed an option somewhere? I’d love to know if there’s a hidden trick or planned improvement to get a simple, usable image link.Have others here encountered the same issue? And Adobe, any chance this could be addressed to align with what competitors already provide? Thanks to the community for any tips, and to Adobe for considering this improvement for creators and automation ent

Hello everyone,I recently purchased an Adobe Creative Cloud Photography Plan activation code from Amazon to extend my existing subscription. I redeemed the code through my Adobe account, expecting it to continue my current plan after the current period ends.Unfortunately, instead of extending my existing plan, Adobe has created two separate, parallel subscriptions that include the exact same software. The only difference between them appears to be the size of the Creative Cloud storage. This is not what I intended, and I’d like to avoid paying for two identical subscriptions at the same time.My goal is for the newly added Amazon subscription to begin only after my current plan expires—not to have both running at the same time.Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Is there a way to merge or schedule the new plan to start after the first one ends? I would really appreciate any advice or help from the community or Adobe support.Thank you in advance!

Helo, i need to cancel my subscription,i only payed for adobe so i can get one pdf file for my bachelors, but after cancellation i get additional fine for the whole year, even this month i didnt need it and i have one month already paid before this month, could you cancel my subscription without the yearly pay and maybe refund for this month?Thank you in advance for your answer.

I absolutley do not understand why the functionality of copying and pasting guides to other documents was removed/moved? One of the most basically needed features of a program has to be messed with. Who's function in the script did it mess with??  I cant find an answer on the web due to multiple changes between versions but documentation has not been updated. Im using 24.7.0. Why not have a simple checkbox option for the current guides in the first document to carry over to any sub-sequent documents after it?

I am currently creating an Premiere Pro plugin using the After Effects C++ SDK. I created a simple Tinter plugin that tints all pixels in my clip. To iterate on all of the pixels, I am using the iterate function. My problemThe plugin worked well, but when I applied it to a clip that had a smaller resolution (1920 x 1080) than my sequence global resolution (3840 x 2160), I realized that the effect was applied to all the sequence's pixels, and not just my clip's pixels. I don't understand why, since I didn't neither manipulate the output size nor used the PF_OutFlag_I_EXPAND_BUFFER flag. What I have checked so farUsing breakpoints and the debugger, I verified that no variable (in_data, out_data, output, all of the extent_hint variables) was containing informations about the sequence resolution. The only time where the sequence resolution was visible was within the iterate function, when looking at the x and y coordinates, but I have no idea as

I tried resetting all edits, removing every possible edit, and reverting everything to default on an image. Nothing works. The image is still in My edits album. The issue for me is that I sometimes apply some minor edits to test something and revert back immediately. So now I have hundreds of photos in this album that are not really edited in any way - which makes this album completely useless. Is there a way to remove unedited photos from this album?

I'm having trouble signing into Lightroom on my Mac and receiving error code 12000. Here’s what I’ve tried so far:   Verified my subscription is valid (I can log in on my iPad). Checked my internet connection. Restarted my Mac. Updated Lightroom to the latest version. Cleared the cache in Lightroom. Signed out and back into the Creative Cloud app. Ensured my Mac's date and time settings are correct. Tried connecting to a different Wi-Fi network. Uninstalled and reinstalled Lightroom.   Despite these efforts, I still cannot log in.    [Moved from ‘Bugs’ to ‘Discussions’ by moderator, according to forum rules.]

I have noticed when using some tools, there are symbols for the various Options instead of words. For instatnce the patch tool now has little symbols instead of the words "source" and "destination." This drives me absolutely insane because those little symbols mean nothing to me, and I doubt I will ever learn them. I know I can hover over them, but that does not always seem to work either. Or if it does it takes some time. Any way I can get the words back on my taskbar?

Hello, we will be starting to work with InCopy with our team. The way I am going to work with my team is, I, the designer, will be creating the file. Then I am saving the stories on a server we all have access. Then reviewers will open the InDesign file in InCopy, make their edits, and then I will be applying them on InDesign. The only thing right now is not working for me is the Track Changes panel. I have these questions if someone can please help me:- Do we have to select "Track Changes" in InCopy everytime we check out and edit a text box? - When I open the file on InDesing, I have the Track Changes panel, but can't use any of the tools (to move to next change, to accept...) So I only can update when I go to links and update the link (icml)I appreciate any suggestions

I have previously been using Lightroom Classic and now want to import these photos into Lightroom (cloud based) In lightroom classic the files were stored in different directories based on the date the photo was taken so I have a large number of separate folders. When adding photos to an album I would like to be able to include all photos not just in that folder but in all sub folders as well.

Avoid hyphenation at the end of a line. And I tried disabling the no hyphenation option, but it doesn't look nice. Can you help me please?

Okay, first time doing a post like this, so please go easy on me everyone. I have been banging my head against this roadblock for the last few days I have multiple lines that need to have a trim effect that comes out from the edge of the screen. They are all of various lengths and angles. What I am after is a way that all the lines emerge at the same speed, so that the shorter ones finish first while the longer ones finish last. Trim path seems to be the way to go, but that only works on a percentage, and I haven't found another way to get this to work. I figure an expression might be the way to go, but nothing I have tried has worked

But when i click it and then click again, nothing happens. I want to use the Remix tool in the tool bar, but i can't because of this. Can somebody help me?
