I just started using Adobe's Denoise feature which I think works well. Today I was asked to submit photos I took of some birds and they would like them converted to JPEG. Every time I try to export the DNG file to JPEG It gets shrunken down to the point where I don't think it's going to be printable.  The DNG file is showing anywhere from 35 MB to 40 MB but export the file size for the JPEG is 3 MB? Can't seem to figure out what I'm doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated because I've never had my photos used for an exhibit. I normally export through Lightroom, but maybe I should be using Photoshop?

Hello, I subscribed to the Photoshop annual plan on June 9th, but I misunderstood it as a monthly plan.I have only used it once and do not plan to continue using it. I realized the 14-day refund period had passed, but I’m kindly requesting a one-time exception to cancel without an early termination fee.Thank you for your understanding.

You know, I miss when Adobe did the permanent licensing for their products, especially for the Creative Suite Master Collection, I think  it was about 1300$ USD, but was a one-time price. I honestly don't really fancy the whole cloud saving that Creative Cloud provides. I would be perfectly fine with having a version of Creative Cloud that was local save only, but still had all the software that Creative Cloud provided. Granted, it would be nice if there were more package options for like for instance, an "Artists, Animator, and Video Production" option (that only came with Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Animate). But the all or one approach is okay as long as when installing, one is allowed to install only the software they need, not the full package, like what CS6 Master Collection did. I honestly really don't mind paying the bigger price tag providing it's a one-time price, not a subscription. I personally just don't see the use for paying a subsc

I want to use the consolidate and transcode feature to cut down on my project size, because I have a ton of footage that I don't need other than what was used in the project. I would like to get rid of the fluff, but keep a workable project to refer back to in the future. The project is completely done now, and I was given melts of footage so I really only need the parts of each melt that was used in the final edit, and want to delete the rest of it. Ideally, Consolidate and Transcode extracts the part of the melt that I used, so that I can delete the full file and only keep the parts that were used in the edit. HOWEVER, because I'm editing for social media, none of my sequences are 16x9, the frame rates don't match because I speed ramped a bunch, and therefore consolidate and transcode will only copy the full files to a new location. This doesn't help because it really doesn't save any space for me. I've heard that Render and Replace could be a good work around, but Premiere won't eve

Hello. My name is Mykola. Please help me understand the issue. Several days ago, my Adobe Stock account was deactivated. Why did this happen? What specifically did I violate? I always tried to follow all the rules. Could this be some kind of mistake? I wrote to the contributor-support@adobe.com, but I never received a response. What should I do? How can I reactivate my account?

Since yesterday, Adobe Lightroom Classic suddenly started freezing whenever I click "Copy Settings" in the Develop module (or in the Library module). Normally, a dialog window opens with a checklist of the desired development settings. The only way I can quit Lightroom is via the Task Manager. I'm completely at a loss as to what's causing it. I've updated my NVIDIA graphics card driver and also disabled the respective graphics card support as a test. I'm especially surprised that the problem occurred for no apparent reason and in the middle of my work, and apparently can't be resolved!   [Moved from ‘Bugs’ to ‘Discussions’ by moderator, according to forum rules. A ‘bug’ is not just a fancy word for any software problem! It’s defined as a coding error that makes the application behave in a way that was not intended by the developer.]

I just bought a new Lenova Yoga 9i Aura with an integrated Intel Arc 140Z GPU (16GB). Installed the latest version of Photoshop. Adobe Camera Raw crashes with gpu errors when I apply edits and sometimes just after opening an image. Photoshop and Bridge run without error. I've tried both the latest and second to latest Intel drivers. I've also tried disabling gpu processing in camera raw to no avail. Any ideas?   Any thoughts??

There have been a few posts recently about .MTS files causing issues on 25.3.Some report lack of Audio which can often be no AC3 Codec due to Windows 11 24H2.This got me looking back at my old (Circa 2011-2013) Panasonic AVCHD MTS footage from several travel trips.I've also got a stack of DV tapes of travels as well - but I have a decided approach to them. With .MTS files I can either :1) De-interlace all footage up front using my Topaz Video Ai batch convert to Progressive Video and also convert AC3 audio at same time. This also allows some sharpening tweaks /denoise if required. Then edit all in progressive as normal and Export as HD progressive video 2) Keep all clips as Interlaced and have an Interlaced sequence to edit. Then do a final Export as Progressive. I think I saw a note somewhere on the Forum suggesting exporting to low compression Progressive Codec initially like ProRes to improve quality if original clips are 4-2-0 8 bit. (Can't find post/article) The firs

Is there anyway I can mass delete keywords instead of one at a time?

Dear community,I have problem with my adobe acrobat Pro, namely I moved my Pro license to new PC and uninstall Acrobat Pro on my old PC (I don't logged out before uninstall). I logged in to Adobe Pro in my new PC but thers popping out information that"Serial number ................................ is already in use by the maximum number of computers allowed. To use the product, you must deactivate it on one of the computers within 24 days."It seems that uninstalling did not cause logged out.

I got a new printer yesterday (HP OfficeJet Pro 6968) and when I print, the colors are very different than they are on the screen. Some colors are muddy, some colors are just a bad match.Never had this issue with my previous printer (HP Envy 5530).  Have not changed any settings.I spent 3 hours on the phone with HP yesterday with no resolution.  Wondering what my print settings should be to get the best match?  Or if there is some other issue?I print a lot for clients so I really need to resolve this. Thanks!

Hello! Based on the Documentation, I should be able to set the settings on the Output Module by doing: render_queue = engine.adobe.app.project.renderQueue render_item = render_queue.item(1) output_module = render_item.outputModule(1) output_module_data = { "Format": "QuickTime", } output_module.setSettings(output_module_data) print(output_module.getSettings().toSource()) However, when I try to set settings in this way, there is no effect. I saw there's a bug that causes "[the] OutputModule object to be invalidated after the output module setting is modified, so you need to retrieve the Output Module again after you modify it." I tried reselecting, but either way the setting does not seem to be modified. Can anyone help?

I have a multi-page document published online via Adobe and all of a sudden, three pages of it will not load and simply have a message that says [ "message": not found. ] These pages were working fine until just recently. There have been no changes to the document or files. It comes from a packaged project that has barely been touched. What is going on????

Frequency Separation (FS) is a long used method for skin retouching that creates results that superior to just using the healing brushes and clone tool alone. I am using Ps 28.1 on a Mac Studio M4 series silicone. If If I make edites on the highpass/detail layer the pixel replacement removes the texture completely, and produces bright and often inverted color pixels. If I try this on my Intel based MBP using the same version of Photoshop and the Same release of Mac OS, the Spot Healing Brush Tool, Removal Tool, Healing Brush Tool, and the Clone tool work as expected. My guess this would also work correctly for Windows based computers as well. I spoke with product support and they admitted the abilith to use FS to edit photos is completely broken and I could try the cloud version as a workaround. Not a great solution from a workflow perspective.  What do I mean by FS?1. A duplicate of the image with the High Pass filter applied and the blending mode is set to Linear Light

Illustrator 29.6 added a new option in the Smart Guides section of the application preferences. It's called "Align to Last Position".   I tried to find out what that option is supposed to do, but so far I couldn't spot it. Also, currently it's not mentioned in the Illustrator User Guide.   What is the purpose of it?
