Solved

I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro; Windows 11; & Chrome browser.  I recently started receiving the following message when clicking on a .pdf link in any application.  If I am able to download the pdf to somewhere (e.g., desktop), then click on the saved download the pdf will open, but not directly from the original link.  I've "repaired" the Acrobat install to no avail.  Any ideas on how to fix?    "Bad RequestYour browser sent a request that this server could not understand.Reference #7.6c18d017.1749840006.67c8de0chttps://errors.edgesuite.net/7.6c18d017.1749840006.67c8de0c"

I have a large book with facing pages and multiple chapters. The page numbering is set to automatically generate each page number in the top margin. I hid the page number from the first (title) page of each chapter. After creating all chapters, I needed to add 2 pages to the end of chapter 16. Now, I need to make chapter 17 begin (and follow through) with a different page number. I tried editing thee forst page number at File/Document Setup/Start Page #,  but this did not seem to change anything.  How do I change the page numbering to the subsequent chapter 17?Do I also need to manually change the number of pages to chapter 16?

How can i find my monthly invoice?

Hi, I wanted to edit some letters using the Pencil Tool, but whenever I click with the left mouse button and start drawing, I can’t see any line following the Pencil Tool. Also, the edges/paths of the letters disappear, so I never know exactly where I’m drawing. In the following tutorial, for example at 20:17, you can see that when he uses the tool, a line is drawn and the blue boxes/edges of the letter remain visible the whole time."Show Edges" is already enabled.https://youtu.be/o387QrWe2_0?si=77VaEdsDJMn6a7kR&t=1216

I updated to Photoshop 24.5.0. and immediately noticed considerable lag when using ALT(for eyedropper) and the Hand-tool. Intermittenly the tool gets stuck for a second or so after I release. Sometimes it gets stuck altogether and I have to press the key again to make it release. My setup:-I run Win 10 Pro and two monitors plus Wacom Cintiq 27QHD.-I have Asus PRIME Z690-P D4, ATX motherboard with Intel Core i7-12700K as the chip which has a built in GPU (UHD 770). My Wacom is attached to the motherboard (w. Display Port), as is my big BenQ (HDMI) and then the smaller Acer onto the GeForce (HDMI). My other GPU is NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030.-I have Photoshop 2023 and 2021 installed, using 2023 exclusively (I have to have PS 2021 installed, because the Wacom settings for PS don't seem to work when set for PS 2023).I also use Tourbox Neo, but the same lag occurs when I use the keyboard--as I said, this happened right after I upgraded to 24.5.0

It's really inconvenient to have to open Illustrator every time just to check the contents of a file. For example, Blender recently added thumbnail previews. Even free software is doing it.

Hi -- I have a quick small question. I started a website using Adobe Portfolio last week, and I'm very happy with it. I have a unique name which appears in the URL, website description, etc., but when you google my name the site doesn't show up in the results. Is it the case that it takes more than a week for google to find and take note of the site? Or is it the case that there's something I need to do with the site itself? I've ticked the box 'Allow search engines to index my site,' but none seem to have. You can request that google take notice of the site, but it seems to involve various things that Portfolio doesn't permit -- eg uploading HTML to the site. I'm not looking to appear on the front page of a google search for 'photo,' but I think my site should show up if you google my name -- does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

Hello. I am hoping to get help simply installing Photoshop. I have a Dell Latitude 5591 PC. Granted, it is an older laptop, but I did have Photoshop installed on it three years ago. I use Photoshop mostly for small edits: resizing, adjusting levels, cropping, etc. I have tried to install Photoshop recently, but get a message saying my PC doesn't meet the system requirements. Here's what I have: OS: Windows 11 Pro; Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8400H CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz; 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable); Over 600 GB of storage available on hard drive. Any Advice? Thanks!

Hi everyone, sorry to be back again asking, but hopefully one day I can be answering too and helping others. I have lipsynced my puppet and throughout the scene for the song I thought I was trying to keep it simple by just changing background images for different verses. However are some verses I want to change my puppets X and Y position because it's in from of key elements in by background. Every time I change the X and Y of my puppet it has the new position throughout the whole scene. I then tried creating it on a camera timeline but that didn't work. What is the best way? I could split my lipsync, verses, and backgrounds into separate scenes but this seems long winded and a step backwards. What is the best way?

I have the following bug in Premiere, I dont know where this is coming from, it is really weird:When i add keyframes to audio clips in the timeline to change their level, the keyframe type is set to linear as default, and thats what i want, it always worked like that since i started using premiere 6 years ago.But now, linear type keyframes do have a bezier type shape, and i dont want that. I dont know why it does that, and the weirdest part is the following: if i save the project, close premiere and then reopen the program, the keyframes added before are now correctly linear types as they should be. all keyframes added in new audio parts (not in the ones with keyframes in it, they behave normally) have the weird behavior again.See the attached screenshot for clarification: the keyframes with a linear shape where added before reopening the program, when added they also had the worng shape. The keyframe in the right audio clip was just added, the linear type is selected, but the shape is

Please see the attached screenshots for my project settings/specs. I started a project at 1920 x 1080 with 1.0 Aspect ratio, created a sequence which is 1920x1080, 1.0 AR and am trying to export with "match source" showing 1920x1080, 1.0 AR. Despite everything seemingly lining up, I'm getting a significant crop in my resulting video file. It looks 'correct' in only one spot - the 100% view of the video player inside the project file. I've been burning myself out going in circles trying to find some settings mismatch in my file to fix this. Tried using answers from similar questions on here, but things look fine. Still haven't figured out what's making my particular issue tick so here I am. Thanks in advance for any assistance. Incase it helps, I'm working on a Windows computer using Adobe Premiere Pro 2023 and tried exporting via File>Export>Media and File>Export>Send to Adobe Media Encoder. I'm happy to provide additional information if needed. Best, Th

I've used the denoise feature for a long time now, it has always worked great.  Right now it was taking over 5 minutes to complete one image in 14.3, when it normally took 10-20 seconds. So I decided to update to 14.4 (I know that it no longer generates another file), but it does not complete the process in the indicated time. Is this just momentarily broken? Can I do anything to fix this on my end?

Hi guys, hope all is well. I started having this mask visualization problem: the gradients seem "broken" into steps (as you can see on my screenshot). I've had this problem before on my later Mac running Photoshop 2024. And on the same machine, when I open the file on PS 2023 the problem doesn't show.  I updated to an M4 recently and installed Photoshop 26.8. It ran smoothly up until today, when the problem with the masks appeared. The steps show on 8, 16 and 32 bit files. Do you know of anything I could do to solve the problem? Thanks a lot for the help. Cheers from Rio de Janeiro!

Hello Dear Community. Before the answer i just want to make sure that i read all the post and watched all the video about HDR, Rec 709 or HLG, but knowing these stuff and not finding the solutions is just making me so annoyed. So i have a video thanks to my client she recorded HDR with her iphone not with standart colors. So obviously i set my sequence settings to HLG, my lumetri color settings and my export settings etc.All the settings that i did you guys can see from the pictures i added to this post. But no matter what i did, no matter which option i selected the subtitle colors or the graphic colors just faded. Yellow is not looking like yellow or white looking like grey. And if i set the settings to Rec 709 then the footages just making trouble. So what is the proper solution for that. Like what i'm missing in here? God please help me with that.

Hello, My name is praksh Hinduja (Hinduja Family Switzeland) , I just want to know that AI can read PSD Files or not . If i gave the comman to AI tool , they can modify ?

I'm thinking about switching from my current LRc on PC + NAS workflow to a lighter and 100% cloud Lightroom for iPad (presumably an iPad Air M3) with a decent data plan. I still don't have the iPad so I cannot check by myself. Are local masks and and AI denoise available on the iPad LR version ? And how can I periodically backup all my photos on a hardrive/NAS for increased data security ?

I recently bought the Premium version and it worked last month but now I tried to use it and it says I own the Free version. I'm clearly subscribed since it charged my card and my subscription automatically renewed but it's not allowing me to use it. I tried uninstalling the App, clicking on the trial option (says I'm already a paid subscriber) and nothing is working!! Help!!!

When I open the PDF file, there is not ability to get to "Tools" on one system but when I go to another system I can see it.  But in neither case can I see the "Protect" option to password protectr the file.  Probably very simple but I can't make it happen.  Easy answer for someone but not me.  Please assist.

I just wanted to clarify that if a user is on a Adobe enterprise license and if we want this to be converted to a shared one i.e. one email id and password but multiple users, is that allowed legally? if yes, could you let us know if there is any Adobe official documentation supporting it?

If I go into settings and choose Show all other lighttoom prestets-lightroom-local adjustment brushes....They are still all inthre. I treid to reinstall them, replace them, still once closing the LRC and reopening, getting a brush tool then go to the custom ...they are not there.   If I go back to an older catalog, they are there again.... Any idea?
