Hi all, Notebook MSI i5-8300 @2.30GHz RAM: 16 GB WIN11 x64 Home edition Adobe CC licensed AV: Bitdefender   Adobe Acrobat DC - up to date   In the last 18 months, I am experiencing an issue when I am exporting PDf to MS Word. This month I tried to uninstall Acrobat Dc and re-installed it. The error is even worse. Now, Acrobat DC is crashing when I try to export to MS Word. The names of the file and folders are disappearing. The desktop icons have a weird font. The only way I can view the names of the files and folders is to reboot the computer.   The error appears no matter what PDF file I try to export to MS Word.   All the other Adobe applications are working just fine.

I have a CMYK PDF document that was meant to be printed on tan paper.  It turns out that it will be printed on white paper.  Could I shift the color of both the background and the text and images so the result will look like it was printed on tan?  Or is there a way to shift just the white background to tan? Thanks.

in simple terms.   How do I install the Calibri fonts in my new version of Adobe Acrobat DC?  It is substituting Minion Pro...I need to edit pdf documents.   My previous version of Adobe Acrobat 2015 had the font.  what happened?thank you!

I'm wanting to expand my design from stroke to fill.Yet when I expand (object>expand) the stroke both the position and size are altered. You can see in this screenshot:The black is stroke (align centre)The cyan is what happens when you outline. Are there any settings that will preserve the orginal design. As overall these small differences ruin a carefull constructed design.

Hi! My prior Adobe license recently expired. I today purchased a new license, but when I open Lightroom (Web or on windows) all my photos are gone. Is there any way I could access my old cloud storage connected to the previous expired license? The previous license was a company license, but I have always used my personal profile. Or do I need to request this somehow with Adobe support? Daniel

At the moment I'm quite frustrated with some "features" of animate. First I had to learn, that motionguided layers wont get exported at all - converting to keyframes fixed the problem, but in my eyes isn't a very production-friendly solution. Then I realized, that some layers (not hidden, guided or anything else) wont get exported as well. In my case, I have a layer called "fader" which is simply a graphic-symbol of a white box fading from an alpha of 0  to 100. In the final export this layer isn't taken into account at all. Renaming (because I read somewhere that animate has "problems" with some keywords used as layer-names) didn't do anything good as well.  Nonetheless I'd be very thankful for any suggestions, that could possibly help me out.

How to delete a post? I made a mistake when I uploaded my screenshots and now I can't do anything about it. I just want to delete the entire post. Can someone help please? ☺️

I need space on my HD and need to move my previews in Lightroom Classic to a external HD or convert them to smart previews for space. My pictures are downloading to the external drive now.

Hi, I copied pasted the 'path' of the 'Line layer' into circle's 'position; property to animate it along with the line's path. but the scale gets bigger once I paste it.. Why does this happening. I drew it in Illustrator then used overlord (App) to bring the path into AE and scaled it a bit before I animated the 'Line' layer using trim path. Please help me.

Hello,I have uploaded several AI-generated PNG illustration files created using Adobe Illustrator. While uploading, I selected the “Illustration” category and also enabled the “Generative AI” tag. However, after approval, these files are being placed under the “Photo” category instead of “Illustration.”All files are vector-based and exported as PNGs with transparent backgrounds. I believe this misclassification may impact their visibility and relevance to potential buyers. Please look into this issue and let me know how I can ensure that my AI-generated illustrations are correctly categorized as “Illustration.”Thank you for your support!Best regards,Emon

Hi,I use Adobe Acrobat's own split function to split a PDF into single-page PDFs whose file names are made up of the bookmarks of the source PDF. Each page can be accessed with its own bookmark. The bookmark 'Page_1' leads to page 1 and should be written out as a separate PDF with the file name 'Page_1.pdf'.I create the bookmarks in the PDF with the following JavaScript. After splitting, however, only a single PDF is written out. Why isn't a separate PDF written out for each page, as I specify in the settings for splitting? var root = this.bookmarkRoot; for (var i = 0; i < this.numPages; i++) { root.createChild("Page_" + (i+1), "this.pageNum=" + i, i); }  yosimo

I need proof that a file was shared in Adobe Acrobat.  Adobe Acrobat displays the receipents did not view the file, but I need documentation of the date the file was shared with the receipents. Thank you for your assistance.

Style Packs don't save to the Custom Tab in the Style Packs Panel.  They save as a style pack group in Paragraph Styles. But this is useless to share across documents if you save this group to a CC Library It loses its Style Pack grouping and becomes individual paragraph styles. Using InDesign 2024 (19.4) English  Noted this is in parts of other posts but seems to be associated with other issues.   The Style parks are working as suggested it is just this lack of portability that I am having issues with.

Does anyone have any ideas to to resolve a problem with the Fast Web View setting changing from Yes to No after saving and reopening the PDF? This only seems to happen on large PDFs (5-10K pages, 40-70MB)These PDFs also need to be secured as well.
