Solved

Does anyone have any ideas to to resolve a problem with the Fast Web View setting changing from Yes to No after saving and reopening the PDF? This only seems to happen on large PDFs (5-10K pages, 40-70MB)These PDFs also need to be secured as well.

Hello dear We are a company that makes video servers. We confirmed that the length is automatically updated when we load the file we are recording in MXF (XDCAMHD422 50Mbps) into Premiere Pro.However, files recorded in ProRes (MOV) could not even be loaded. What formats (Wrapper) can Premiere Pro load for the growing up file? Thanks.!!

Hi, I sync my files with multicam but I find some mystery.  First : If I create a "single timecode" multicam source sequence with differents camera angles, this will work. BUT If in an other time I do the same thing to create each multicam for each file, Premiere Pro doesn't care. Sometimes I could have several files for one sound on an unique multicam and each file is on a different track while they are the same camera label. Two : If I create for exemple a multicam preset with 23 sound tracks to be sure to have all of my sounds from differents cameras and at the end, the multicam contains only 10 tracks, even if I change that, Premiere doesn't care and will stay on 23 tracks when I will use it in a sequence.Three : In my multicam of 23 sound tracks but for real 10 tracks, If I delete empty tracks and even change the order of my sounds, Premiere doesn't care and will show me the order of sound's creation when I will use it in a timeline. BUT if I use the flatten op

I can add notes to an image by right-clicking the thumbnail,  going to file info>Basic ,and writing in the Description box. After doing this, is there any other way to see, at a later time, what is written in the Description box other than right-clicking on the thumbnail again?

I have tried multiple photos from my Apple photos file, a couple have imported into Illustrator but most have not. I am using an iPad Pro. Even the photo I took using my iPad would not import into Illustrator. I have tried making the photos smaller and just 72dpi. I have tried copy and paste and also the Place tool. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Hey guys, I need some help. I am making some short videos and would like my puppet to raise his hand when some text is being displayed in the video, so is there anyway to import a video file into Adobe Character Animator in the background for reference on the timing? Thanks!

Hi, Somewhere along the way I downloaded the Adobe Illustrator Help Book, 2019 in pdf form. Is there a more recent version of this in pdf.? I'm now using version 29 (2025), but the pdf doesn't have to be the very latest, just recent. I know there is an online version on the Adobe site, but I do better seeing things in a broader context... just my learning style. Thanks!

How do I cancel my free 7 day trial of Acrobat

It would be handy to see the file details of the file I am currently editing.  Specifically as they can get converted to DNG or Tiff or Jpeg.

WIN 10 64 Pro  Adobe Acrobat Pro DC .20100Unfortunately, I did receive the most recent windows update.Problem: The PDF icons on my desktop turn black.Acrobat is set to shop images in the icons and view as large icons. When logging in to windows, icons first appear as generic red/white icons, then become images. At the end of windows login, all Desktop PDF icons snap to black.Icons show images in all other folders except desktop, as well, images show in Dropbox. Is there a way to fix this? If it is the update, can it be redacted? Many thanks

Hi,As I edit quite a lot of photos on my mobile, and I used to work with Adobe when I was a photographer, LR was my app of choice for editing. I have had a photography plan, I think, from the very first moment it was introduced. But as that has only 20GB on the cloud, I also have an LR + 1 TB plan, just for storage, as there was no option to buy extra space in the cloud.Yesterday, I received mail stating that the price of the Photography plan is going to increase, and if I want to keep the current one, I have to change from paying monthly to paying annually. Sure, wanted to keep PS, wanted to keep price, ok. Clicked through the process, got an email with confirmation about the changes in the plan, and I thought I was golden. To my surprise, I got a return for some part of the LR + 1 TB storage, and that plan was cancelled. I was not informed about that, it was not my intention. Not big of a big deal, just to get a new one, right? Wrong. Now that the subscription is at a higher price.I w

Good afternoon! App store is saying LRC has an update but creative cloud has already done the update.   How do I clear this? There's only one LRC in the applications folder.

I have not been able to update photoshop for quite a while.  The Creative Cloud desktop app tells me it needs to update, so I have tried several times to update the program with no success.  I receive no errors.  The download simply stops at a different percent every time.  Sometimes it's stuck at 4% for over 12 hours before I cancel the process.  Sometimes it gets stuck at 2%, 10%, 27%, and 67%.  67% is the most progress I've got so far.  Each time I made sure my PC wasn't running any other unneeded programs or processes at the same time, but to no avail.  I read about suggestions to manually update Photoshop without using Creative Cloud but I do not know how to do that or where to find the recent updates to download.  What should I do about this?

Hey everyone!  I'm trying to create the headers of an index in Illustrator. So, I'd like a numbered list with all my sections and then be able to break up that list into individual text boxes, so I can list the subsections below. Something like this: But when I break up the list into new text boxes, the numbers seem to reset, which is really annoying. Is there any way to maintain the numbering across different text boxes? When I resize the text box, I get the ACTUAL numbers I want over it, like the continued numbers. Which is weird because that only shows up when manipulating the tex box.  Does anyone know if it's possible to keep the original numbers across multiple text boxes? Thank you!

im having trouble figuring out how to fill this image with a solid color. Can only seem to change the lines but would like to keep them black and fill the inside with red. any suggestions is appreciated, thanks!

Hello, I use Pathfinder in Illustrator CC and it changed shape a lot:Before:And after: (it distorts both shape and coordinates - moves all new object to whole (integer) pixel). "Snap to point" and "Snap to grid" are off. Pathfinder > Pathfinder options > Precision doesn't change anything. What to do to fix this?

Hello,I can't transform a circle or an ellipse.I have a Bounding Box but instead of arrows (transform tool) it shows "oval" symbol. It is strange. So I can't transform it horisontally to make an ellipse. If there any native way to set it right? Without using a "Free transform tool" and other extras?
