Solved

When I select LAYER > NEW FILL LAYER > (and select a color other than black) = The fill is always BLACK.  I have restarted, I have updated Photoshop, I am working in an RGB color profile and I started with a brand new file, simple white background and new later... Same results.  Once it fills BLACK it gives me the color picker to select a color, but what is the point of picking a color within NEW FILL LAYER ?  I do see the yellow color I selected next to black box but what am I doing wrong here?  I feel like I used to be able to fill with Gray but no longer.  Please help. Thank you

Just upgraded to LrC  14.3 and cannot fine auto stack by capture time in either a right click manner or top menu. See photo. I've restarted. Mac Sequoia 15.4.1

I was trying to resize a smart object layer. I usually use the shortcut Ctrl-T to bring up the trnasform gizmo. Nothing happened. I tried it many ties on different smart object layers and the smae problem persisted. If I go to Edit-->Fre Trasnfrom, the gizmo appears without problem. I tried Ctrl-T on normal layers, and it works.

I cancelled 12 days after I tried the Adobe CC apps. I still haven't gotten my refund.

Hello,I experience issues with Acrobat on my new MAC (on PC, Arobat on the same licence worked fine). On scanned PDFs, right click on the image to "Recognize Text" causes no effect. When selecting Scan and OCR from All Tools, the Scan and OCR menue does not open, instead it causes selection of the Convert menu. So far I have Logged in/out, deinstalled+reinstalled. Checked my licence is active. Thoughts?AndreasAbout My Acrobat - C&PArchitecture: arm64Processor: Apple M4Build: 25.1.20467.0AGM: 7.1.11CoolType: 10.0.3JP2K: 4.0.2.54782

I am using Acrobat to create a fillable form, similar to an order form. There's a series of rows with a numeric quantity which needs to be totalled. I have made the quantity fields numeric with two decimal places and added the calculation for the total. It works fine in Acrobat preview. After I save the form, exit Acrobat, and open the form in my browser  it does not work properly. When I open the PDF in Acrobat again, I can see that all the field properties have reverted to the default format and the calculation has been removed. I am working on a standalone Mac with an up to date OS (Sequoia 15.4.1). I am using Acrobat on a free trial. I have opened the PDF using Safari and the Mac's built in preview. I am being very careful about making sure that I am using the right file, created a folder that contains only that PDF and am consistently using only that file.  Here's what I'm seeing, using a simplified form for the example: 1. I cannot find the Legacy Gradients.  I'm using: Adobe Photoshop Version: 21.2.1 20200716.r.265 2020/07/16: 2b9692040b x64   I see guidance on this site to use a drop down menu in the Gradient Editor and search for either a Special Effects folder or the Legacy Gradients folder.  I can't see either folder.  In fact, I can't see the little bars icon that bring up the drop down menu.  I do have a settings icon that does brings up the menu in this post.  Help!  Thx.

Hi There, No idea if this is a bug or a setting but I'm having a frustrating issue where changing the position for one keyframe, also changes the display position of the next keyframe (it doesn't change the position numbers). And if I manually adjust each keyframe, the starting position becomes crazier and crazier until I get to a keyframe that I can't position at all. Does anyone know how to fix? Have tried/checked:That both temporal and spatial interpolation are set to linearDeleting all keyframes and starting againUn-toggling animation for position and starting againUn-toggling animation for scale and position, then starting againRestarting premiereRestarting Premiere, opening a different project, quitting and reopening the current project again I have 28 frames where I need to match a mask that is on source footage I can't alter. The clip (a PSD date) also has an animated mask on it. On the first clip, it took 20sec to adjust each keyframe manually. Bu

This seems to be an ongoing issue across versions, operating systems, and years. I don't know who to convince at Adobe that there is a legitimate bug causing this and for them to roll out some sort of fix. I'm using a Mac running OS Catalina, and Premiere Pro CC 2021 version 15.2. For whatever reason, Premiere Pro started hanging on startup every single time on "Loading ImporterQuickTime.bundle". I have uninstalled/reinstalled; employed the variety of solutions such as repairing permissions on my Mac; deleted the DynamicLink thing; deleted my user preference folder; and deleted the QuickTime plugins themselves in the past - all of which resulted in sometimes fixing Premiere Pro only once - and then the next time, it goes back to hanging at the same spot. What is the actual reason this is happening, and what is a permanent fix for it?

I just updated to the new version of Premiere 2017.1 and I am still seeing a problem with the audio meter in the timeline. Before, it would show you the db values next to the meter, so you could see precise levels. Now the numbers are gone, which forces you to open up either the track mixer or clip mixer windows to see the values. Not ideal and takes up valuable screen real estate when I just need to check to see if I'm in the ballpark. Is this a bug? Is there an option I'm missing in the settings to turn the numbers back on? Any help would be much appreciated.

Good afternoon, Just started learning about XD. If there's a dark mode for it, I'm unable to find it. Does anyone know if that's planned for the future or am I missing a preference somewhere? Thanks,-- Mark

I am hoping someone can help me with a lost InDesign file. I shared a design file for review, but I have since lost the original file when my computer and backup drives were stolen. The link for review only points to the shared version of the file, which is stored in the cloud. Is there a way to recover that file in inDesign or at least download a pdf version of it?

Hello, I've recently started recording podcast material and have run into an issue I can't understand. Within the "Auto Pod" plug in I have assigned my Audio and Video correctly however when creating the multi cam edit I recieve a error message. Seen Below:I Have however sync the video to start and end at the exact same point, I've even gone so far as to edit the Original video files to be exactly the same length and still have this reoccuring issue. If anyone has any ideas as to why this is occuring your help is more than appreciated!

Is there any reason why 32bit currently does not support all photoshop functionality after all these years of it being around?

After updating Adobe Illustrator to latest version this morning, I'm getting the error "Illustrator could partially read this file..." when opening .ai files that were created in Corel Draw originally. I've been using this workflow for quite some time now, without any problems. These files were originally created in CorelDRAW and saved directly as the .ai file type. I noticed that it's a text issue. So if my drawings have text, it won't open. If i remove the text, it's fine. This issue only started after the Illustrator update. Any known issues or fixes?

Looking for guidance on restricting duplicate entries in PDF form fields. Is there a way to prevent users from entering the same contact information in different fields on a PDF form.

RH 2020.8.34 I'm customizing the Studio Frameless skin. I worked with the Left Panel options and thought I added Index and Glossary in the tab section. As seen in the attached images, the Index and Glossary buttons do not display after generating. Hopefully it's an easy fix I overlooked. Thanks!

Hey Community, we switched from our Adobe Console to a Resellers VIP programm Console. Basically they created a new console where we added the users and asigned the licenses. What the unfortunately not told us is that all the data will not be migrated. We are using the cloud storage and mostly for Adobe Lightroom. What would be the best solution now for us? - step back from the new contract and reactivate the old console- migrate everything to the new console (from what we found out there is no way to migrate all Lightroom data including folder and library hierarchy automatically)- also the Rest of the data can only be migrated in manual processes for every userCan you confirm this? What would be a solution to avoid hours of manual work for us? Thanks for helpingSimon

The images were made in photshop and are linked to the file, the shape (that looks like a star) was made in illustrator and it didn't chage colors... The first picture below is part of the work in indesign and the second is part of the export pdf. When exported to jpg and epub the colors stay the same. I need my work on pdf, can anybody help me?
