my laptop failed so how do i de-activate premier elements so i can install on a different device? I have on a desktop but would like it on my laptop as well. How do I do this please? it is not listed on my activated products if I sign in either which I don't know why

I just got a brand new Mac Studio with M4 chip. I had Mac Studio with the M1 chip. Identical setup just a new computer.  Dreamweaver FTP worked fine on the M1 mac, now I'm getting Access Denied errors or password and user is incorrect. Filezilla works fine.

I had to transfer my BIOS to a new SSD which meant reinstalling all of my Adobe apps. After fighting Premiere 2024 I realized I could still access the 2021 version if I launched it from it's exe file. Premiere saves all of the files and even fonts I've uploaded to it, I'm even still logged into my Adobe account, but everytime I step away from a project for more than a day it completely deletes all of my presets and I'm going insane. I either have to crunch time 3 months worth of clips to be able to subtitle them or remake the presets everytime I want to work on a project.  I just want it to save my presets man 😕😕 I don't understand why I'm having to troubleshoot such a simple problem in 2025, especially when I pay for all of their apps.

HiOve the last 2 years or so, I've taken a photo of a certain scene from the same spot every couple of days. I've got about 400 photos. Can I create a timelapse in Rush where each photo displays for a certain duration (not sure what, somewhere between 3-5 sec maybe) then the next pic displays for the same duration,  repeated about 400 times until all 400 images are cycled thru. Then repeat or stop, not sure at this stage. Ideally, I'm looking for some workflow whereby I can select all in order (oldest to most recent) and apply the above settings 🙂 rather than repeating something 400+ times 😞I'd like quality to be sufficient for posting to YouTube. Thanks

I've created a multi-section 350-page book in InDesign. One section has mutliple sub-sections in it, and the running header (set up as a text variable on a parent page) is giving me problems on one single page. I use the section heading paragraph style to populate the text of the running header, and I've set up a character style called running header so that I can choose how much of the section heading text to include in the running header. My problem is that in this one subsection, "Resumes", page one's running header simply says "Resume", but all other pages correctly have the running header of "Resumes". I've checked that all letters of "Resumes" are correctly styled. I'm baffled. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Hey. I've already created a shape in illustrator, then I went to select the type along a path tool and the message "You must click on a non-compound, non masking path to create text along a path" I'm not sure what else I should be clicking on so that I can use the tool.

How can I change the color of a 3D material to look like the image?

I hope someone may provide a solution. When using the E3D plugin my model textures visually appear correct and with correct difuse colour. But when I press the OK button and it drops into AE the difuse texture is washed out & to light. This occuring on both plain elements with for expmple a brick / wood floor texture applied and with standard E3D standard model pack.It maybe a setting I missing?Any assistance would be most appreciated.

When trying to use any kind of image generation in Photoshop, it starts loading the usual 3 variations at first, but after a few seconds the generation stops and the screen reverts to its previous state before the prompt was entered. Nothing appears in the history either. Additionally, information about plans, billing history, and payments does not load on the website, and the Firefly site also fails to load data. What could be the issue and how can it be fixed?

I have an old laptop (GeForce 410M).I want to try some Adobe software.IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO KNOW WHAT VERSION WAS THE LATEST!Incredible that old tech is completelty discarded.

I want to layer 2 swatches that I have made the old fashioned way, a rectangle with no outline and no fill. When I tile the blue rectangle swatch in PS on its own the repeat is seamless. When I add another swatch to the AI doc the original no longer tiles seamlessly. I need help. I have been working this way forever and for some reason today it's not working.

Release: Lightroom Classic Release 13.2Platform: Dell Precision 5760OS: Windows 10 Pro Version 10.0.19045Lightroom Classic crashes every time I click the Denoise... button to attempt an AI denoise. It does this whether the image is a JPEG or DNG. The crash occurs about a second after the "Loading Enhance Data" dialog box appears.

Hi, In Martin Evening's "photoshop lightroom 5 book" pg 219 it goes "LR and PS are able to automatically compensate the shadow point every time you send a file to the desktop printer or you convert an image to cmyk (im assuming it wont do this if you send a RGB photo to a lab printer?). LR's color management system always ensures that the blackest blacks you set in the basic panel faithfully print as black and preserve all the shadow detail". Now this book is from 2013 so I don't know if it applies to the current LR classic of today.  I asked Grok Ai and it said LR doesnt do this -- so my question is does what martin said still apply to LR today? thanks

My iMac can only be updated to Big Sur. Can anyone help with a direct download link for Premiere Pro 2023 that is compatible with Big Sur.

Hello,I have tried everything to get rid of the Error code: cached preview needs 2 or more frames to play back and nothing works. I have cleared out all of the cache on my mac, uninstalled and reinstalled After Effects and the Creative Cloud twice, and watched every youtube video on it. Holding down Command+Option+Shift while its starting up doesn't show me anything about it reseting my preferences. I have the 2020 version of After Effects and am working on macOS 10.15.7 with 8GB and plenty of storage. Does anyone have any ideas of how to help me?Thanks

I want to undock or at least move my tools bar and there is no menu options on the TOOLS panel - i have restarted etc.  The "three lines" menu is missing. Am on Windows 10. Picture below.  any ideas how i can move or undock this thing??  Thanks.

I was trying to edit my video on After Effects but my video won't show up in the space where I should be able to see the video's visuals. I circled the area in red in the picture below. I can hear the voices and the music fine, but I just can't see the video. Does anyone know how to fix this?   Title edited by Mod.

Hello,What might be the issue here... When importing still images of the same size depicting the same diagram and bringing them into the Sequencer (Timeline) and playing back, the first image is slightly offset to the left in the video, so the depicted diagram moves when it's supposed to align with the previous image. Is this going to be an issue with the Exported final video presentation or just a playback issue?
