Solved

Hello, I am a user who pays Adobe Creative for about a year. I was fired from the company and I didn't think I would use it anymore in January, so I released a subscription. Subscription fees have been made until February, March and April. 200,000 won is too precious for me. Is it possible to refund? As you can see from the use history, there is no record of using Adobe since January. Help!, The account is ******, and I have a request for withdrawal on March 15.   *모더레이터에 의해 개인 정보가 삭제 되었습니다.

I want to use a JSX script to freely transform the image. My image has two horizontal reference lines: one at the top of the head and one at the chin. When I perform a free transform to the chin position, the distance between the top of the head and the top reference line creates a gap. How can I keep the top of the head aligned with the top reference line while also ensuring that the chin stays aligned with the bottom reference line?

Does anyone know why adjusting the parameters in the Lens Correction Panel would make Lightroom suddenly choose to using an alternate (and incorrect) profile? Maybe just a bug? Lens profile enabled. I click 'Setup: Default' and the correct profile loads, I then move either the distortion or vignetting slider and the incorrect profile is loaded. I took a screen reocrding but don't seem to be able to add it here. These are regular DNG files, converted from ARW with Lightroom, not EXIF tweaked in any way. They have completely stadard metadata. Lightroom correctly identifies the camera and lenses in various metadata fields. Sony A7RII. The problem exists with a variety of Sony lenses (Batis, Sony G etc). The option to reset my lens profiles to defaults is greyed out, I guess that means that they are reset. I also emptied out the LensProfileDefaults folder to make sure that nothing odd had ended up set. No change. I have only just noticed the issue. It could have come wi

I have a large number of images to process.  Briefly, they're all scanned negatives and I want to add a levels adjustment layer.  A look at the first few suggests that pullling the left slider up to about 35 and the right slider down to 225 will be near enough in 99.99% of cases. My thought process - record a suitable action (two steps: create levels layer, set layer with "Input:35,225"), start a batch job, go get a brew.  However, the action pays back fine (dialog is off), but stops with the cursor in the input box waiting for input. If I add another step the action continues without applying the inputs. What do I need to do to get the action to enter the specified input? Many thanks in advance,

Is there a way to fit an image, vector, or object to the size of the artboard? I know you can do the opposite, where the artboard adjusts to the selected object, but I need to do the reverse. Thanks a lot for any answers.

Hello, I am trying to remove this branch from in front of the bird face.. I have tried the quick select tool and the healing brush and with all of them they become muddy and you can totally tell that I photoshopped it out.. Does anyone have any tips or tricks? I am fairly new at photoshop so any help would be greatly appreciated. Ive watched the tutorial on the video and it just doesnt work that easy haha

Hi Community. I have imported a PNG sequence of a logo spinning around 360, currnetly its just orbiting on its axis, and  I want to add some interest to it. I'd like for the object to start of slow, and gradually build up speed, going faster and faster. Can somoene please let me know a simple approach? Thank you.

I am running on Mac 10.15.7 Catalina and have upgraded to Photoshop 2025 (26..6.0). When I attempt to open an image that I have previously worked on, the image is black. The layers panel is visible but toggling the layers on and off has no effect on the image.  How do I resolve this?

I accidentally detached the image screen I was working on from the workspace and I can't seem to re-attach it back again. I used to be able to simply drag and drop it in. Same goes for my Tools strip and my Layers box. Once they get detached I can't seem to drag and drop them back onto the workspace.  See attached video please.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks much.Brian

Hi all...  I have always had this problem with Premiere Pro across any device that I use, and I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if I'm just frickin' cursed, but it's very frustrating!Whenever I try to render and replace any video clip using any settings in the render and replace window, I get the error box below:In case the image doesn't load, it says "The operation could not be completed due to some errors.  Please refer to the Events panel for details."But, here is the events panel:Totally empty.  I have no clue what went wrong.  The file does save next to the original media, and does play just fine in Premiere, but the program just doesn't apply any effects to the clip (namely in this case Warp Stabilizer and Lumetri Color, but I've tried a combination of other effects and it just never works).  And it never actually replaces the file in the sequence or imports the newly created file into my project files panel. This has happened across multiple ve

On a Mac Mini M4, Creative Cloud Desktop only gives the spinning beachball, both in the menu and if the application window opens. If the application window opens, I cannot click or select any item in the window because of the spinning beachball.I cannot uninstall the applciaction, because I cannot uninstall the Creative Cloud apps, first. I have attempted to run the repair, which completes but with no effect. Booted into Safe Mode, same problems. I need to back up my stetting for Audition at the very least, and uninstall/ reinstall Creative Cloud and its related apps. Any thoughts?

I remember once I tried to download Adobe for a free trial to see if I'd use it or not, but I ended up not using it and deleted it right there at the moment. Then I went to cancel my plan, I thought I did cancel it, but it turns out it didn't register the cancelation. Now I'm stuck paying $30 month for a year. I don't want to keep paying for shyt i don't have or use. And if I try to cancel it it says i need to pay $142 more to cancel my plan. Is there other ways to cancel it?

Hi, Can anyone comment on why my picture has been refused? Thanks a lot!BR,Quentin

Hi everyone, Hoping someone can help out. I have a document with about 200 references (footnotes). I need to swap the position of the full stop (or period) so that it appear after the footnote. For example, the current layout is:Sentence.Footnote(Or with numbers: Sentence.12)And I need:SentenceFootnote.(Sentence12.) Is there a way to use find and replace to swap these around? I can easily find the instances by using .^Fbut I don't know enough to code the swap. I don't fancy manually searching through 200 references to fix them all! Any help would be very much appreciated.ThanksAndy

Hello, I hope you can help. I'm very experienced with Photoshop (professional photo studio) and I'm learning how to use Lightroom. I'm working my way through a detailed tutorial and have encountered something unexpected.  In the Develop module ONLY, I'm getting a weird color overlay on the image AND the background. If I change the background color in preferences, it persists. For example the White option looks pale yellow. The gray option looks like yellow overlaid on gray. So it's not coming from the background color preference. In the other modules, for example, Library, Print, Slideshow, etc. The background in the center panel looks as it should. It's white, as you would expect, if white is the chosen color in the preferences. Soft proofing is not enabled, so I don't think that's causing the strange color.  I am working on the latest version of Lightroom Classic. My Mac is running Sequoia 15.3.2. I've included screen grabs of the other information that

Hello, Adobe Community! I really need your help and advice. Over a month ago, my Adobe Stock account was blocked, and I immediately submitted an appeal. Unfortunately, I haven’t received a response yet and don’t know what to do next. I’ve dedicated a lot of time to creating content for the platform—more than 15000 of my works have been accepted, and Adobe Stock has become a true source of inspiration for me. It’s important for me to understand which of my works do not comply with the guidelines so that I can correct any issues and continue creating high-quality content that meets Adobe’s requirements. If anyone has experienced a similar situation or has recommendations on how to speed up the appeal process, please share your insights! I sincerely hope for your support and appreciate any advice you can offer.   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

I recently upgraded to an Apple Studio Display. In Display Preferences several "Reference Mode" presets are available in addition to the default. When working with LR Classic, is there reason to choose the "photography" mode or the "sRGB" mode over the default? Would this give a more/less helpful visual rendition than soft-proofing in the develop module? I do some printing (sRGB) and post images in various ways to the web. Thank you.

Hi, I want to create a premiere sequence that's 120 fps but when I create a new sequence the limit seems to be 60p. Any ideas? Thanks

In Adobe Acrobat, when I am using the Draw tool with my Wacom tablet, there is a distinct delay before the beginning of the stroke is registered. I first noticed this issue a few years ago, and haven't been able to find a good solution in all that time. Here are the conditions under which I have and have not seen this problem:Delay: using Wacom tablet to draw in AcrobatOn my home computer (Windows 10 with a GTX 1060 6GB graphics card)On my former work computer (Windows 8, then Windows 10)Note: Unlike on my home computer, where this behavior is always present, on my work computer the first stroke after opening Acrobat was always perfectly normal, with no lagWith a Wacom Intuos Pro Pen and Touch Medium (PTH651)With a Wacom Intuos Pen and Touch Medium (CTH680)Over the past few years (i.e., through various Windows, Wacom driver, and Creative Cloud updates)Note: I think there might have been a period of time when the problem went away for a few months on my work computer, but it could be th
