As I was checking my document in PAC2021, the error message 'Characters in a text object cannot be mapped to Unicode' showed itself. お世話になっております。 Premiere Proのショートカットキーについて一部不具合が生じており、ご質問をさせていただきます。 MacBookからモニター、キーボードをメインに変更して使用していたところファンクションキーに設定していたショートカットが反応しなくなりキーボードの標準機能（音量上げ等）が適用されるようになりました。MacBookのほうではショートカットが優先して適用されます。 解決方法をご教授いただければ幸いです、よろしくお願いいたします。

I've been using Indesign for a long time and have never had these problems before. Suddenly when I export a pdf, they are all exporting to very large sizes. I just went into an old file and updated 2 photos (replaced them with slightly different ones). This should have produced a file that was pretty much the same size as the previous version, once I exported to pdf. The older version file size was 972 KB. This latest one that I just saved was 198 MB. None of my files seem to be embedded... I'm not seeing the embedded file icon next to any of them.What could be causing this? I'm having weird troubles with all of my Adobe Programs right now and this one seemed to crop up at the same time. People have been suggesting that maybe I need a new graphics card. Could this sort of issue be related?Thanks for you your help!- Sarah

Hi I set up an account but incorrectly as a Personal User.  I ought to have set up a company account.  Is it possible to migrate the active licences to a company account or change the account type to a company account?  I need to do this as we require more licences/Enterprise subscription. Thanks in advance

PremiereRushで5分以内の動画制作を行っている初心者です。作業環境はwin11Pro、Rushのバージョンはv2.10.0です。 Rushでの作業時、クリップが上のテロップや他の画像素材とまとまったグループ化のような状態になり、グループ化したクリップを他の動画素材に差し替えようとするときに一気にテロップもろもろ消えてしまいます。（オレンジの線）グループ化しようとしてなるのではなく勝手にグループ化してしまうのは仕様なのでしょうか？ 現状グループ化したクリップを差し替える際は、グループ化した素材を一度右隣のクリップまでよける→クリップを削除→動画を差し替える→素材をもとの位置まで戻すという大変非効率な方法で作業しています。 こちらのグループ化解除の方法や効率的な差し替えの編集、Rushの編集方法があれば教えてください。チュートリアル等で説明があった場合は申し訳ございません。

Hello, My team has the latest version of RoboHelp (2022.1.188). We also have Acrobat Pro 2022.003.20322.All of a sudden, when we create a PDF of one or more topics in RoboHelp, the PDF has this at the top of each page: "Created with RealObjects PDFreactor(R) Evaluation Version | https://www.pdfreactor.com"We didn't install PDFreactor and we don't want it. We tested other programs like PhotoShop, Outlook, Word, etc. and no other program is doing this except for RoboHelp.After searching around, we see that RoboHelp and Adobe "integrates PDFreactor into RoboHelp."We don't want to use this way of creating PDFs and have this disclaimer at the top of each PDF page! How can we return to regular use of PDFs with Acrobat and not PDFreactor?Thanks!Alexandra

I have a beautiful PNG file that I want to turn into a sticker. I have been trying all day to create a die cut line around the image so it has a nice even white border. I have watched countless Youtube videos and tried EVERYTHING. How can I do this? Please help!!

Hi , My account is not displayed on the creative cloud desktop, and the Adobe fonts I activated through the font web page cannot be used normally. When I tried to open the Creative Cloud from the web page, an error was displayed, but these problems did not occur when I logged in with another account.

안녕하세요. 저는 카메라와 PC를 테더툴즈로 연결하고'연결전송된 촬영' 으로 카메라 데이터를 라이트룸으로 받아서 촬영 하고 있는데요.촬영하는 모든 사진에 제가 미리 설정해놓은 오버레이 크롭값을 고정(적용)하고 싶은데 어떻게 하면 될까요? (추가설명)수정 전 결과물에는 천장과 벽면이 나오고 있어서 오버레이로 사진을 잘라낸 후 최종 결과물을 만들고 있습니다. 현재는 제가 세팅해놓은 (오버레이 크롭)값이 고정 적용 되지 않고, 촬영을 할때마다 다시 해줘야 하는 상태입니다. 

Please add "Match the document units" as an option within SVG Options. If this is left unchecked the SVG will use the default SVG unit of pixels, if checked the SVG will adopt the units used in the working document.  Why?Historically when saving an AI file as an SVG the width and height of that SVG would be set in pixels regardess of the units of measurement used in the document, at some point in the last couple of years that changed, the units used in the document were matched in the SVG. This is troublesome as a lot of third-party apps only recognise pixels. For example I use SVG files for a CNC router and the firmware crashes if you use anything but pixels.Current hacksSave the SVG, open it in TextEdit and then manually chang the width and height of the SVG to match the pixel values used in viewBox. Right-click on the document rulers change the units to pixels and then export the SVG. Once saved, revert the rulers back to the working units.

使用illustrator 近20年，從來沒有碰過這樣的問題 Illustrator 無法使用拖曳複製 (物件+Alt) 有顯示+號，但沒有複製成功偏好設定也還原出廠設定，也懷疑過是電腦/鍵盤/問題，但是在Photoshop / indesign 都沒有這樣的問題....  非常困擾 😞

Tengo varios Macs con diferentes sistemas instalados (Desde Ventura hata Sonoma) que tienen problemas con la opcion "Guardar para Web" de Photoshop si tienen configurado Microsoft OneDrive.He realizado muchas pruebas con diferentes equipos y todos tienen el comun que tiene configurado el servico en la nuve de Microsoft, hasta el punto de un equipo funcionar sin problemas y dar error nada mas instalarlo.La funciona de " Guardar para Web" aparenntemente funciona sin problemas hasta el momento de pulsar el boton "Guardar..." que es cuando salta el mensaje..."Error en la función de Guardar para Web de AdobeNo se ga podido completar la operación. Hallo zusammen, vielleicht könnt ihr mir helfen.Ich habe mir AdobeAcrobatPro zugelegt, da ich gehofft hatte in einer 3D PDf  das Messen durch ein Passwortvergabe zu sperren.Leider habe ich noch keine Möglichkeit gefunden. Könnt ihr mir vielleicht doch eine Möglichkeit mit diesem Programm sagen? Dank euch im Voraus.
