I sent 400 photos, 390 were rejected due to quality. All my photos were taken with a professional camera and all the principles of photography were followed! Why do you have to reject all my photos!? Dear All,Can you help me how can I enable the preview thumbnail when opening a file?Thank you very much!!!

Trying to revert back to the default color for fillable fields, but need the color value to enter.

I received a signed document from my client with ADOBE verification that it was signed, but there is no written signature on the signature line. It only had a printed stamp of the person's name and date of signature below the line. What could be the problem? Is it truly valid?

Just staged a new MacMini M4 running Sequoia 15.3.1, and installed some proprietary plug-ins in Acrobat Pro (2024.005.20414).The plug-ins set their preferences through a Acrobat > Settings > Plug-ins dialog. I'm unable to launch the Settings... dialog, which throws the error message: "Out of Memory. Try to increase the amount of memory dedicated to this program."  I have tons or RAM memory and the hard disk has tons of room on it for VM spooling. I don't know of any way on modern Macs to allocate more memory to applications. Has anyone seen this error before? Any suggestions as to how to fix or workaround?I'm unable to launch the plug-in without being able to set a license server IP in the plug-in preferences dialog.

Respectfully, I’d like to offer a small suggestion for the Adobe Contributor program that could benefit both Adobe and contributors. Instead of Account Deactivation of contributors when irregular earnings are detected, consider implementing an adjustment system similar to what Shutterstock uses. As shown in the attached image, Shutterstock makes minor adjustments (e.g., -$0.10) and reduces the download count if a fraudulent or invalid transaction is identified. This approach offers several benefits: Benefits for Adobe:1. Protects platform integrity by still addressing fraudulent activity without over-penalizing users.2. Reduces support overhead by minimizing account termination disputes and unnecessary appeals.3. Builds stronger contributor trust, which can lead to higher quality submissions and long-term platform loyalty.4. Maintains consistent content flow, ensuring Adobe Stock remains competitive with a steady supply of diverse assets. Benefits for Contributors: 1

I use Adobe Sign for certain legal documents for our customers. Today, I sent a customer a document to e-sign and got the notice that the email bounced back and was undeliverable. I thought maybe it's because the customer was using a school email so I had her give me her personal email. The same thing happened. I'm not sure what to tell her to have her or I remedy the issue. I can't even access the Adobe Sign support because, as a previous poster mentioned, the Adobe Sign support page is broken. The FAQ that I saw for emails bouncing seemed to be dealing with if you are the recipient and the emails are bouncing. But is there anything the sender can do? Is this purely a recipient problem? Any help or input would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

We often create guides in Word 365 with fairly complex images or screenshots. For accessibility we include a transcript of the image in an accordion. so that a screen reader user can choose if they want to listen to the transcript or skip it. So using a random image it would look like this, when collapsed, as it would be by defaultbut could be expanded by selecting the arrow besise the transcriptIs there any way to emulate this in Adobe Acrobat Pro?  If I save the Word document as Adobe PDF this functionality is lost so the transcript is either (depending on the state when saved) hidden and can't be viewed, or is there in full, which kind of defeats the purpose. Any ideas or help would be much appeciated. Many thanks

Just downloaded new insurance documents - but all blank pages when opened in Adobe acrobat pro - but in my preview app i can see all the content is there.Checked (very) old files from same insurance company, files i was able to read i acrobat earlier - now all these docs have blank pages.  This notification comes up - along with the blank pages: "This file claims compliance with the PDF/A standard and has been opened read-only to prevent modification." What happened with Acrobat? Is there a fix?

Hi. I am trying to use the bloat tool to create a 5 petal flower from a regular pentagon. In the Illustrator menu I navigate to EFFECT > DISTORT & TRANSFORM > PUCKER & BLOAT. However, as shown in the screenshot, the result is not symmetrical.  The red stroke is the pentagon stroke to which I am applying the effect. The other shapes are just to show alignment. The stroke is not aligned to the pixel grid and so it should be free to be drawn. We can see that the different petals are different shapes. Admitedly, I am using CS6 but is this the problem? Is there  something I am missing. I like the bloat effect for the type of flower I am trying to create but it needs to be symmetrical. Is there a better way to create the symmetrical 5 petal flower without drawing it?

Updated Acrobat Reader yesterday and Windows explorer preview panel is no longer working

Is there a way to turn off drop shadow selection?I have been creating some LP elements with a UI style, using illustrator as they're just mock ups, not functional or a realistic snapshot, (maybe Figma would be better easier. Anyway.)There is a lot of overlapping glows and drop shadows, when I'm selecting elements clicking will select the object aboves drop shadow instead. Across multiple elements this can get so confusing. It sometimes doesnt even seem consistent, such as inability to select an object unless selecting the drop shadow portion.

Hi Adobe Comminity,  I'm really struggling with something and wondered if anyone knows wehats going on. I'm a wedding stationer and paint out my designs which I then photograph and edit in photoshop. Recently my photoshop has been overlaying these crazy neon colours on top of my images. I've tried changing colour settings, updating and restoring my photoshop back to factory settings, re-photographing the images and creating new files....nothing seems to work! Can anyone guess as to what is going on? Thanks!

As you can see here, I have the shape selected and the side bar shows a blue outline with no fill but the shape has a fill. I did not knowingly fill this shape and now I can't un-fill it. It is not grouped or clipped or compounded. Help would be much appreciated!

Hello! I’d like to ask whether it is possible to train a custom model that can apply a consistent visual effect to portraits—such as changing the background or shirt color—while preserving the subject’s facial features. My goal is to create a filter that can be used across multiple photos from a photoshoot. Thank you:)

Sorry I 'yelled' in the post subject, but MAN this is frustrating. I DO understand that the .PSD file format is proprietary, totally get it. BUT - do you understand how frutrating it is for those of us who save revisions of documents for clients to not be able to SEE what's in them? What's even MORE frustrating is that in the Edit | Preference | File Handling dialog, there is an OPTION TO DO THIS! Doing a bit of research it also says to make sure your Maximize PSD and PSB File Compatibility is set to Always. Both of the above listed ooptions have ALWAYS been set to Always. So, why doesn't it show the thumbnail in WIndows Explorer? I tried a few of the thumbnail handlers like SageThumbs and a couple/few others, and all they did was make a mess of things, if they worked at all. PLEASE Adobe - keep your proprietary file format, that's cool - but at LEAST let Windows show the dang thumbnail already! C'mon!

Hi   In Photoshop I was able to select and delete the Stock Character Dr. Applesmith's left hand with the mouse and then select his right hand and copy it so that I could make a left hand that had no mouse.   I just can't get the hand itself to flip horizontal, because when I flip horizontal, the whole character flips, even though I have the hand selected.   Also, I want to get rid of his coat and selected the coat layer, but only the central part of the coat will delete - what am I missing in terms of actions?   And how do I get other 3-D characters like Dr. Applesmith - Adobe Stock?   I'm trying to modify Dr. Applesmith for use in Character Animator.     Thank you!

When I use Caecilia LT Pro in InDesign, it is not possible to use small caps, allthough they cán be found in the Glyphs panel. So it is possible to ‘type’ a word by double-clicking on the small caps in the glyphs panel, but changing text to small caps in the usual way does not work. I suppose it is because the small capitals in this font have not been assigned the right unicode, e.g. the small capital A has unicode E005 (private use aerea) while in other fonts, (e.g. the PMNCaeciliaSans Text) this letter is under unicode 0041 Can something be done about this? Or is there another way to be able to use them? Because it is a shame that the small caps cannot be used properly because they are very nicely designed!

I need a refresher course. I am printing photographs from CS5 to an Epson Surecolor P400 on Ilford Galerie paper and my prints are dark. I know CS5 is old, but I bought it years ago and that's what I have.  I just don't understand whether to use the embedded working space, to let Photoshop or the printer handle color, or to choose the printer profile or the paper's profile .icc I know these are basic questions but I have never had a clear understanding of which way to go and every tutorial seems to say conflicting things.  Are there simple answers somewhere or good tutorials I can use? My monitors are set up well and my colors are good, but dark. I can get an excellent print, but I waste paper in the process.  Help?
