Why not support iPhone 16 Pro video file?it is not ok!

Hi everybody, I have a logo which was text but I turned the text into shapes. I am trying to modify the points on the shapes but I have found that the anchor points are in fact not just one shape! It’s hard to explain but when you move or delete an actor point you have to move three layers of it. The shape is repeated underneath twice. You can change the colour of one of them so I have turned it red in this example. The grey bits appear to be two shapes stuck together. Can anyone explain what is happening and how to make it just one shape? Thanks.

I just updated my Android phone.  Forms that I have previously edited are no longer rendering correctly.  The filled in data shows correctly in the PDF document but when I open it with Adobe Acrobat, the filled in data are no longer where they should be.  I also updated Adobe Acrobat but that did not correct the issue.

Help : depuis la mise à jour de photoshop 26.5 quand je fais "modifier dans Photshop 2025" depuis lightroom, la photo ne s'affiche pas pour modification dans Photoshop.. Photoshop s'ouvre bien mais reste sur l'acceuil.Deuximème chose, j'avais réussi a renommer automatiquement mes photos (rajout de -Ps au nom du fichier) quand je fais "enregistrer une copie" mais je ne trouve plus ou je l'avais "automatisé" et du coups quand je fais enregister une copie ça me met le com du fichier + copie au lieu de mon extention de nom -Ps J'ai fait des mises jours de la bêta et je n'ai pas ces problème sur les beta

It always worked fine but in the last few weeks i'm not able to open Camera Raw Filter in Photoshop.It gives me this message: "camera raw requires graphics processor acceleration to edit photos". Photoshop was already unistalled and installed again; try to reset camera raw preferences; checked also if CUDA was enabled in my NVIDA 3D settings and it is.Also cheched in Windows, graphics settings, GPU preferences. GPU is detected in general in Photoshop but camera raw filter not.I have a NVIDIA RTX3070 Laptop, latest drivers Nvidia Studio version 572.83. What more can i do to solve this issue?Thanks! 

I generated and modified an image in Firefly, I've already downloaded it, but I realized I need to add another element. Does Firefly allow me to upload that image to make further modifications? Thank you!

Hello - I'm new to this forum, so please forgive me if my question is somehow out of line.  I need to update Adobe Photoshop CS5.  Purchased it for company use in 2011 (purchased in DVD format).  I recently installed it on a new computer (iMac running El Capitain 10.11.1).  I downloaded Adobe Photoshop 12.0.4 update for Adobe Photoshop CS5, but when I run it, I get error "update is not applicable."  Can't contact customer support - seems the forums are my only hope.   Thanks.

Since updating to PS 26.5   I find that I can not transfer an image to PS from Lightroom.   When I  try to do it  PS opens up but there is no image transferred from LR.  Can anyone help thanksApple Mac Studio M2 Max. 64GB RAM.

When I use a mask , copy this image to a new layer and remove the mask: The thumbnail shows the entire image, but when you select the layer the image is trimmed in relation to the mask. The image I attached shows the selected layer where you would expect the entire image with the mask overlay shown, but that part has disappeared. Version 26.5

Photoshop CS3 freezes whenever I try to import and never unfreezes. I have to close it with Task Manager. Hi, I hope this is helpful to other content creators out there!   I was working on the captions for my video, but when I opened the properties of my captions, I could only edit a few things like font name and alignment. I couldn't find where to edit the font size or other settings to modify my captions properly!   It took me a day, but I finally found a solution to the problem: In the Caption Track Settings, it was set to 'Australian OP-47.' When I changed it to 'Subtitle,' the missing settings appeared. Such a weird bug... Hope this helps somebody as it is definitely tricky to find!

Just updated Creative Cloud to latest version. When I click on Adobe Express(Beta) I get an unsupported browser error. I have tried Google Chrome and Edge. Both updated to latest versions but still getting the error.

 I'm using vs code with the cfbuilder plugin and using commandbox as my development server.  I am getting an error when I start cfbuilder in vscode that cfbuilder requires a version of Java greater than 7.  I already had a version greater than 7 but I clicked on the download Java button in the error and reinstalled it.  However I still get the error.  When I enter "java -version" in the VSCode terminal it responds:java version "23.0.2" 2025-01-21Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 23.0.2+7-58)Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 23.0.2+7-58, mixed mode, sharing) Not sure what to do. -Rick

Hey there, I have recently created a preset using the Spyder Color Checker. I'm trying to apply said preset to all 200 images of the series other than by selecting each individually and clicking the preset. I've been working with LR since 10 years now, so I'm asking myself what's going on.I have found all sorts of (outdated) guides on how to achieve this, since the logical way via "Sync" doesn't seem to work - via Develop module, Quick Develop etc. Once I click any other image than the "root" image to check, no matter what I sync, the preset isn't being applied automatically. I just can't believe this can be that difficult. You people are out of your damn minds! I've been paying for the full Creative Cloud for over a decade. I have little use for the Firefly video model as it is not quite there yet. But the ONE time I need to use it... you tell me it's not included in my Subscription?!?!?!?!? What a bunch of pukes! My 1000 generation credits are the wrong kind of credit? You guys suck. And your video model sucks!

This is becoming super frustrating and continues to drive me to the brink of madness. Attached is the photo i'm editing in LR Mobile on the left (which has the correct color and contrast, detail etc) and when i save it to my Iphone 13 Pro you can see the color is chalky, washed, and loss of contrast; on the right. This is one unacceptable and infuriating, to spend all this money on equipment and software just to get an inaccurate photo is mind boggling. I have also turned off my 'HRD' settings in my Photos app so this is the direct comparison. Any help is super appreciated!!!

분명 얼마전까지 잘 접속이 됐었는데...포토, 일러 등 다른 프로그램은 잘 되는데, 크리에이티브 클라우드 데탑 앱만 갑자기 실행이 안됩니다. 요 창에서 좀 이따가 그냥 닫혀버려요  바탕화면에 놨는데 열려고 할때마다 저렇게 폴더가 새로 생성되는건 덤이구요  삭제 후 깔면  다른 앱엔 영향이 없는건가요?도대체 저 폴더는 안그랬었는데 왜 생기는 건가요?ㅠ자꾸 저 폴더가 생기는게 너무 거슬리고, 빨리 해결하고 싶어요

Hi, I know it's a stupid question but as someone who has strong feelings towards Generative AI, I just was wondering if there's any way to completely opt out of it, to disable it within Photoshop and have it not be something suggested? 

Adobe rejected my AI image due to Quality Issues. Can you tell me what is in these images? I need to fix it now.

Was told these were rejected due to "Quality Issues". My guess is the bee isn't the primarily focused part of one photo but can someone help me as to why the other one was rejected for quality issues?  Is it underexposed?

Pour libérer de l'espace sur le disque dur de mon iMac  je voudrais pouvoir modifier et sauvegarder mes fichiers photos Lightroom à partir d'un disque SSD externe. Actuellement, j'ai 90,000 photos pour un poids de 1.42 To. Que me conseillez vous?
