Solved

I have illustrator only on my iPad at the moment, and have successfully licensed and opened and used previous Stock images on illustrator for iPad, and can still open those files on illustrator for iPad. I last opened a newly licensed imaige that way maybe a month ago I would guess. However, now I can't open the images that I have newly licensed in the last week or so. I've downloaded them multiple times and tried multiple ways of opening them in illustrator for iPad, but it just says "can't open file". This is two different licensed images so far, but as mentioned I can open old licensed images. What could be the issue?

I may be expecting InDesign to do something it isn't designed to do but, as with Illustrator & Photoshop, I expect to be able to see a checkerboard where there is transparency & I can't figure out how to show that.   Is that an option?

"Attempt to call a method that has not been implemented" is the error message i get when trying to open a PDF on a PC

Greetings! I am very happy to see the 3D aspect of AE! I have been thinking about subscribing to the full version of Cinema4d. But I have a question about AE. Will or does AE 3D have the ability to render photo realistic animations. As a animation hobbyist I love doing "spacesci-fi scenes" with ships, space background, planets etc... OF course Cinema4D handles that many optional renderers. But Does AE render out with similiar level of realism? Similiar to RedShift or even the built in Physical Render in Cinema4D ?  Thanks for your help on this ! "Live Long and Render Fast"

Hello, yesterday I just updated the After Effects because the new  "Create Nulls from Paths"  tool would help me to do what I was doing. And helped! So I worked for 6 hours, saving versions, with the autosave on, and everything was doing ok. Than in a moment a saved the project and closed the software to do another thing. When I tried to open the project again, it started to open, i could see the project window filling with my footages, but when it finished After Effects crashed. And it happened with all the versions and autosaves since I used the new "Create Nulls from Paths" tool.I tried to import a project to another, tried to open in another computer and nothing, i just lost my projects and my work. The only projects that still opening is before the after effects update, in other words before I used the create nulls from path.I thought that was a  incompatibility with the "Omino Snake" plugin that i'm using in the project. So yesterday i did a test: i opened the cc201

I need to access Illustrator. When I click to open Illustrator, edit an Illustrator file, or open Adobe Creative cloud, I got error messages telling me to reinstall the software. When I go to my system settings and select uninstall for Illustrator or the Adobe Cloud, the same message appears. I have tried re-downloading which is the only thing I can do successfully. When it downloads successfully, it automatically closes out the app and nothing happens afterwards. I have a time sensitive project and I've already spent my whole work day trying to troubleshoot this issue. I uploaded the error messages I received and to reinterate: the same 2 messages appear when I try to open any Adobe app, including the Adobe Creative Suite and I get the same message when I attempt to uninstall any Adobe app.

Hello, I have had Indesign 2023 , and just formatted my computer. When reinstalling from the creative cloud I have now the latest version which is nothing like the 2023. I really don't like this new version and find it is not user friendly. I tried installing an earlier version but the earliest was 19.0 and it was exactly the same. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

Hi there!I have a problem where After Effects keep switching to Mercury Software Only by itself without me switching it. Yes, I'm always using Mercury GPU Acceleration (CUDA). No idea why it does this and it's quite annoying.I tried searching around for solutions but I can't seem to find one or maybe it's just me who's encountering this.Any ways to turn this off? I mean the auto switching. I don't want this option or want this to happen all the time as it slows down my workflow. Thanks in advance!PS: Please see attached for more info or let me know if there are any other information that I should provide to get this fixed.

My client wants to use the Adobe Cloud commenting features to review and make edits for a report im working on. After creating the Share for Review Link with my "Company X"contact and an external group that reviews as well, I would like to now disable the external group's ability to comment. Everyone was told a "Pens down" date for no additional comments for this round so we can make edits and prepare the next draft, but there are people that continue to make comments on it - which is proving complicated to keep trac of now.The only way I see is to UNSHARE the document - but that unshares it with my "CompanyX" contact who needs to see all those comments and make sure I have implimented them. Im sure Im missing something simple because if I cant keep people from commenting this is going to turn into a nightmare.

I have forgotten my password on the digital signature option in the "fill and sign" section of Acrobat. does anyone know how to recover and/or change it?

I use Inches as my "General" unit of measure, but in the new 2018 version (running under Win 7), it doesn't stick.I'm pretty sure all my other preference settings are sticking...it's just Units that won't take. On every launch or New Document, it reverts to Points.I've tried all the combinations, (prefs dump/reset, close/relaunch, reboot, set with document/no document open, set at the rulers, etc., etc,. etc.), I can think of short of uninstall/reinstall...Anyone else see this?

both last night for a few moments, while today for about an hour maybe more even at this time online I can't access the page of firefly's image creations, videos and more because

hi there,I have been on the forums and help pages and cannot find anything about printing in colour when the grayscale had been selected.I am printing on the Adobe Acrobat Reader and have explicitly selected the print in Grayscale but the page has printed with Colour??I am a universtiy student and it is imperative that I print in black and white.I am hoping that someone can help me ASAP as I have now already spent 30 mintues trying to get in touch with you since you don't offer any E-mail address or any contact details for me to address this issue other than the forums which i felt was less that sufficient. That is 30 minutes of my studying that i won't ever be able to get back. Please get back withn Help ASAP otherwise i will just have to assume that adobe Acrobat reader is incapable of printing in Grayscale. Many thanks,John.

SOLUCION EN EL SIGUIENTE MENSAJE   ¡Buenas!!!

Hey there,I've recently started using the latest version of Adobe Photoshop Elements.  I've figured out how to isolate my digital signature and add it to pictures and whatnot, but what I can't figure out for the life of me is how to darken it, make is a solid color, or change the color.  It looks very grainy, even when I've adjusted the contrast.  If someone has the patience to put up with my ignorance, I would love a little help.  Thanks so much in advance.

I've downloaded a PDF with outlined text. But when I open the PDF in Illustrator I'm getting a 'missing fonts' error message - even though they are system fonts that i have on my machine. The text has been converted to live text and has lost all it's formatting. Others in my office opened the PDF and the text is outlined.  I've tried downlaoding the file again, and it's now displaying as outlines. Is there a reason for this? My software is all up to date and I'm running Sequoia 15.4.1.

Windows１１で26.6を利用中ですがレイヤーパネルの上で右クリックを押しても何の反応もありません。これ何か設定がありますかね？

No idea how this happened but I closed my file as usual then when I re-opened it all of the artwork is flat and has a big blue 'X' on it, all one piece. Any help here would e greatly appreciated!

Hello,I am creating some word search puzzles using Tables. I have all the letters centered vertically and horizontally in the cells using styles. Everthing looks perfect in indesign but once exported to PDF the last 1-2 rows of every table are shifted to the left/right side. I used a monospaced font to make sure everything looks even but these last rows are not cooperating. Please see photo below:     Photo below this is the same as above but with strokes around the cells so it's easier to see. Top row everything is centered. As it moves down it moves more and more to the side. Again, this is only how it looks AFTER exporting. In Indesign every is aligned perfectly.I tried adding diagonal strokes to the cells just to see what happens when exported and then everything was magically aligned... See pic below: So... then I tried keeping the diagonals in the cells but setting the stoke weight to 0pt aaaand everything is misaligned again. I found a super cr
