Hi. Can anyone recommend a script that extracts individual pages from a multi-page document? I found some old ones but not sure if there's one for the current software.

I got a file at office which got corrupted (.ai file). I had to send its PDF into press printing at 300dpi. I tried setting up an indesign file and tried copy/pasting everything from illustrator to indesign. I wrote all the text but rest all graphics have now been copied/pasted from illustrator to indesign. Sometimes i got the message 'files will be copied as embedded EPS'. The resulting PDF from indesign turned out to be much lesser MB file size. The printer said that it might be a very low resolution file and bad for print. What could have caused this? To get my indesign file into a high resolution file what should i do now to fix it without having to redo all the work? Or should i redraw all images in photoshop and place file to indesign? I need help fast please

After an hour of googling and trying a couple of suggestions on how to do this - I've tried using CC Libraries and saving out a .ase file - I feel like I'm spinning my wheels, nothing has worked, and now I'm wasting a lot of time. Thus I must ask here and hope that an AI expert can help me, even if the answer is that it isn't possible to do what I need so that I can just stop trying/looking. Illustrator v30.1Windows 11 I have 20 different Illustrator files. Each one has a geological diagram in it with a lot of polygon fills, lines, and text labels - suffice to say they're complex images. My client wants to change the colours in the legend, and right now I'm having to go through and change that colour in every document one by one. I feel like surely there's a better way of being able to just change the colour swatch once somewhere and have that change apply across all of the other documents in real time. Google's AI answer implies that this functionality is found in the C

I am brand new to Illustrator. I just received news that, as a longtime MS Publisher user, Microsoft is dropping Publisher and is not going to even allow contunued use without support.  I am trying to switch to Illustrator. I have downloarded the Avery Template for the label I want to use.But I can find no way to edit and add text, artwork or anything to the label. Please help!

This has been happening the last 24 hours after an uninstall and reinstall.I'm losing hours of work, what is going on?

I was going to post about my Export folders disappearing, but think I have solved that problem.  Somewhere along the way, the "Add to This Catalog" box got unchecked in the Export dialog. Question 1:  If my exported edited files were not added to the current catalog, where are they (from Lightroom's perspective)?  The Export folders and their files are exactly where I expect them to be when I view them in Windows Explorer, that being "Same folder as original photo" in subfolder "Export." Question 2:  How do I go about adding those folders and files to the current catalog so that Lightroom sees them when viewing the Library module? Thanks!

Hello,By pressing on the red cross at the top right of the acrobat main window, I would like to :- minimize the acrobat main window.- close all open file tabs inside the acrobat main window. Is it possible to set it in preferences ?

Hello, I am new to Substance, I need to make approximately this wood texture. I know that I can manualy hand paint it but I but I would like it to be done automatically.

Don't know what the issue is but all of a sudden LRC running on MacMiniProM4, the size of the Catalog cannot be changed, fill the whole screen (27" dell) and I cannot make it smaller, no matter what I try.  Turned it on off, etc. nothing helps.  I cannot see menu items and the Apple Menu overlaps the LR Menu, etc. Any ideas?

After updating to Photoshop Beta version 27.3.0 on Windows 11 today, 12.18.2025, the Gradient Editor and Gradient Map are no longer working correctly. All gradient swatches are now displaying as solid colors instead of gradients. This issue affects all gradients, including default gradients, custom gradients, and Adobe Stock gradients. The problem appears inside the Gradient Editor itself. I have tried the following steps and none resolved the issue: • Restarted Photoshop multiple times• Restarted my computer• Deleted all gradients, including the default gradients• Checked Adobe Stock gradients• Reopened the Gradient Editor and Gradient Map The issue still persists after all troubleshooting steps. This makes Gradient Map and gradient based workflows unusable. This is a critical issue for professional work that relies on gradients for color grading, masking, and creative effects. I have attached a screenshot showing the issue where all gradients appear as solid color swatches. Please ad

Hello,I have created a PDF and want to export it with some default settings like zoom 100% + page scrolling. So when I will open this created PDF it will be automatically with zoom 100% and page scrolling. How to set it ?

I'm producing a document which has over 50 questions with multiple radio button answers set up in a table - Image attached. A button in the 'Your View' column and a button 'Our View' column can be active at the same time (so the green button in 'Your View' and a Green button in 'Our View' can both be active. However, when the 'N/A' Button at the end of the row is selected, it clears the buttons in that whole row. I do this in Acrobat by going into the settings of the 'N/A' radio button, and via 'Actions > On Focus> Reset Form > edit - and I select what other radio buttons I want switching off.   However, as there are soooo many questions and radio buttons in my document, I didn't know if there was a quicker way to do this? (maybe something I can set up in Indesign?) Rather than manually going into Acrobat after every PDF Save and editing each N/A button in every question row? (This is a document that might go through multiple version changes) also sorr

Hello! I am using unstructured FrameMaker 2019 (version 15.0.5.838).  My frameMaker documents contain several reference pages with many reference frames, collected over the several years. I want to clean up the reference pages and remove unused reference frames. But how can I find out if a particular reference frame is used in a paragraph style? Is there a paragraph format search (comparable to the search for character formats) where I can search for "frame above" or "frame below"? Bye... 🙂

I literally uploaded a cover and the AI can't get the title correct from the cover to the spine. It put a bad title on the spine and some jibberish that made no sense. I asked it several times to fix and it just spit out the same incorrect stuff. This is costing me credits and it's not working!

Since I often work with different clients who have a specific color palette indicated in the Guideline, I created the COLOR Libraries for each one, implementing them over the years. So they can be used in the 3 Adobe programs: Illustrator, Indesign and Photoshop (and wherever you can use it as it is very useful. Now I run into a big problem: InDesign doesn't treat the "gradient" swatch as normally as it does in Adobe Illustrator. In fact I would say that it has been doing it for some time: if you save the gradient it saves you a separate file with the gradient. Illustrator instead saves a Gradient sample. It's just not possible to make InDesign consistent with other programs. Because it works well in Illustrator while in Indesign it is decidedly more complex and not very useful. Thanks for listening.

It's very unprofessional that one we hit Release to Layers, the layers name change to Layer 1, 2. Professional people have put it time to actually name the layers, and when we wanna prepare the file to animate for After Effects, it changes SO UNPROFESSIONAL ADOBE

This has been occuring for over a year now. So it's been through multiple updates. See the video for an example of the bug in action. Description:  I want to edit an existing text layer. I click the text inside the composition window once and highlight the text I would like to change. I begin typing and the new text is added to the beginning of the text statement and not replacing the highlighted text. If I then highlight the text again, the replacment occurs as expected.  This is a huge time waste and has led to copy errors when I have been too quick to edit during short deadlines.  Anyone experiencing the same thing?  Macbook Pro M1 Max.  Sequois 15.7.3.  After Effects 25.6.4. 64GB RAM.
