W11LrC 15.1 Step to reproduce. Look at the file size of a existing photo  in the Metadata Tab with the Exif and IPTC display all is OKSwitch to the default display and customize it to have the file size displayed. The file size is then wrong. It is writen "Fichier Introuvable"  (this mean cannot find the file in french) why in french Btw when LrC is in english. And the file is not missing as you can see under the histogram  The problem is that this is not always the case. And I did not find a common criteria. This can happen with 50D, 7DMKII, R7 photos. This can happen with RAW or Jpg. This can happen with any lens mounted. But it is not random. If the problem appears on one photo, the problem won't disappear next time you look at the photo.

Ohh, the most dissapointing when you're a honest man and got this again. My image is carefully created 3D rendering without using any tiny kind of Ai. And then I got this - your image rejected beacuase not labelled as Generative Ai content....Am I really need to label non-Ai content as Ai generated just to get this accepted? Seems like it's the easiest way

I have a huge problem. I changed the drive letter on my Windows 11 machine because that's where LrC was looking to get my files for download. I changed the Drive letter, from my computer,  from E: to D:. Now LrC won't run. It opens but freezes. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but it's doing the same thing. I also changed my drive letter back to E: and that didn't help either. I get no error codes or messages, it just freezes after opening. I was also using LrC yesterday, so I know this is why it's crashing. I can't access any of the menu items because of it freezing. Please help. .

I purchased All Apps – Pro Edition – EDU via my university. I used my university e-mail for the same package years ago and now I used it once more. Adobe doesn't recognise the fact that I have a paid plan and still views the account as a free user. Can I get some assistance on this? Thank you.

This doesn't happen every time, but enough that it's becoming a nuisance. I open a RAW file in Camera RAW, select masking, select landscape, select multiple masks, then open them to edit. I'm able to make adjustments with the first mask, but as soon as I click on a second one, it glitches like this. I then have to click elsewhere and back on the mask for the issue to disappear.  Before you ask, Photoshop, Camera RAW, and Windows 11 are all up-to-date 🙂

Let’s say I want to target Illustrator 2026. I’ve seen examples like:<Host Name="ILST" Version="[30.0,30.9]" /> But if a 30.10 comes out, or even a 30.9.1, it falls outside that range. Is there a good way to cover all future 2026 versions?

Please see screenshot below. I need to be able to access the transparency options to resize my preset option when saving an Illustrator file to .eps (the printers use .eps files to work with their software, so saving to another file type is not an option). Can anyone tell me why these are greyed out and how I can fix that? THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Hi! My EDL is giving sequence timecode in and outs that don't correspond to my timeline. It will say 03;00, for example, but if I go to 03;00, the clip isn't there.  All the offending clips are marked split delay, and when I unlink audio and video, the issue resolves.  I assume split delay means that audio and video from the same source are staggered or something, but would love more intel on what this means and why the timecode isn't what's in the timeline! Thank you!

Hi. I am experiencing disappearing text blocks. I import text into my InDesign document via the Place command. When I try to edit the document, and insert the cursor, either all or a portion of the entire text block disappears. I Control Z to recover and make my correction, save, and move on. When I spot another correction I repeat the process and the text block again disappears, not every time, but sporadically. The worst part is that the correction I had made previously also disappears, even though I have been Saving after every single correction/addition. This began in late Deccember. I have uninstalled and reinstalled InDesign. I have swapped out mouses. Same issue.

This is literally driving me insane. I have previously had a personal account for MANY years with Adobe and I  can't get onto any human being to help me. I now have a free university account which I was assured that when I set it up I would be able to use the existing Adobe apps on my laptop. Now of course since I closed my personal account which was costing me a fortune in favour of the free account I CAN NOT download Creative Cloud without it defaulting to my personal account, even though when I download it I am doing it through the university account. Therefore I am unable to use Adobe apps at all. My personal account was closed and I have signed out of it, I have cleared my caches, shut down the computer, removed CC, used a different browser and still it defaults to my personal account. I can not get any sense out of the university IT because they are not experts on Adobe. Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

Hi Adobe Stock Team and Community,I am writing this post to seek guidance regarding my contributor account status. My account was deactivated on December 24, 2025, due to "Suspicious Activity." I believe this might be a mistake or a false positive triggered by the system.I immediately sent an appeal email to "contributor-support@adobe.com" on the same day (Dec 24). However, it has been over 11days and I haven't received any response yet. I have checked my Spam/Junk folders regularly, but there is no email from Adobe.I understand that there might be a backlog due to the recent holiday season (Christmas & New Year), but I am really worried about my account.Could a moderator please advise if there are significant delays in support tickets right now? Or should I resend the email?Any update would be highly appreciated.Thank you.

Ever since I bought it, the app have visual performance issues, making texts become invisible right aftes editing it, deforming fonts, having delays after copy and paste commands and many other issues that makes using the app really annoying. Anyone pls, knows whats the cause of such problem? Indesign is 21.1 and I have a RTX 5060, 16gb ram, i5 and the app runs from an SSD.Thanks in advance.

Using InDesign 21.1, I have a doc that is 8.5 in. x 10.5 in. Top and inside margins = 1.5 in; bottom and outside margins = 2 in. The pages reflect their parent pages accurately.I want use Adjust Layout to change the page size to 7 x 10.5 with top margin at 1.25 in and other 3 at 1 in.In Adjust Layout I set the width and height, unchecked Auto-adjust margins and entered the new margin values.Indd is not providing the margins I requested. In Document Setup the values are correct. When I reopen Adjust Layout the values are correct. But the page margins did not change on the parents or the body pages. (Page size changed accurately.)What am I missing? Thanks.

Hi, I just downloaded some templates but when I try to open them up in Illustrator I get an error (see screenshot).  What's wrong?

MERCI !

I just bought a Pixel 10 and got it all set up on Monday. I opened the Lightroom App for the first time today (it was downloaded when my phone was set up using sync), and none of my photos from Lightroom are appearing. They do show on the web version of Lightroom. Is there anything I can do to get my photos back on the app?

Hello, I'm fairly new to AI and am currently trying to solve this problem I have in the best way possible. I'm trying to duplicate these sheep (attached below) in a uniform way, but need a way to hide the "extra" lines behind the first sheep. I have been trying to use the erase tool but I'm sure there is a cleaner and more efficient way to achieve this. Does anyone have a good tip or tool for this purpose? I'm having a similar issue with the legs as I need them to follow the shape of the "wool", I feel like both this issues are related and could be solved with a similar tool perhaps?  All my attempts end up looking sloppy...  Thank you!
