Solved

Windows 11 crashed, so acrobat pro 2017 (stand alone license) was not uninstalled/deactivated correctly. No devices show up in Adobe web-account page. Acrobat will not reactivate as abode website will not believe that second stand alone install was removed.

I can not get photos to import from iphone to lightroom classic. They appear on the import window completely jumbled (not by date) and then when I finally go through and pick the images I want to import they do not import, nothing happens.

Adobe Premiere V25 (including current update) has made in app encoding impossible. A two minute cuts only video with titles takes 11 minuted to encode. Yet if I send it to media encoder it take one minute. I am greatly frustrated and perturbed. I spent three hours this morning tech'ing through my network 10gb card and harassing IT. The card was not the problem.  There is no excuse for this issue, it was bothering me, so I jumped through every hoop I could find to no avail. I landed at the truth Adobe Premiere is unusable for rendering output in a rational amount of time, and I am upset by this. WTF adobie!

Hello everyone, can anyone tell me how to turn off the information above my drawing area? It sounds strange, but it bothers me enormously. 🙂 I've looked everywhere and haven't found anything suitable. I can click on it, but I can't delete it completely. Thanks for your help.   <Title renamed by moderator>

I cannot get past the above screen to log in to our Admin Console using our contract owner's login credentials.  This has been like this for 10 days.  I raised a ticket and was told to contact my Account Manager.  The ticket was then marked as resolved. The account manager was told by someone from Adobe that the issue would be escalated to Global Support but nothing has happened.  I received an email today saying that my licences were expiring because I hadn't renewed them but I can't.How can I get someone to help me with this urgently.

Hi everyone,I'm pretty new to Illustrator and I need a little help with something.I got a design for a logo, so the background needs to be transparent. In my first design ideas I used a white circle, put a black box above it and then just wrote over it.As you can see the end of the white line from the circle is straight. But when I combine the box and the circle, so that I can have a transparent background later, it turns out like this: I want the end of the white line to be straight. How do I do that? Can I do that?

Hallo!

All of my Lightroom CC photos suddenly disappeared and I don't know why! I've seen quite some people having problems with disappearing photos, albums, etc.But none of the cases I've read here or on reddit matched mine close enough that it would have been of any help. So I want to send a cry for help, cause I'm pretty desperate: To begin with I have quite some devices I use with Lightroom: 1 Windows PC, 1 Macbook, 1 iPad, 3 Android devices. Plus: I didn't use Lightroom for a while (like 8 month or so).So it's very hard for me to track down what happened between then, when everything worked perfectly fine and today, where all folders and albums are still there, but show 0 photos. Wherever I open Lightroom I can watch the photos disappear from the app during sync. The webversion lightroom.adobe.com looks the same. Luckily I managed to backup "C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Adobe\Lightroom CC" and "C:\Users\xxx\Pictures\Lightroom" with the .LRCAT file on my Windows PC and I also

Hello everyone,I think it would be a nice thing if everyone could see their account balance for premium feature credits directly in Photoshop. I find the current solution via Firefly to be very inconvenient. Kind regards,Thomas

I am experiencing a playback issue in the latest version of Adobe Premiere Pro.When I use the L key to increase playback speed (2x or higher), the video playback becomes unstable after a few seconds. The image becomes choppy, and GPU-based effects such as blur or mask-based effects appear misaligned or detached from the subject during playback.Important points:- Normal playback speed (1x) works correctly- Paused frames are correct- Final export/rendered files are correct- The issue occurs only during accelerated playback- This did not occur in older versions of Premiere ProSystem specifications:- OS: Windows 11- CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X (16-Core, 4.30 GHz)- GPU: Water-cooled NVIDIA RTX 4080 SUPER- RAM: 128 GBAdditional details:- The issue occurs with both 60fps and 30fps footage- Resolution: FHD (1920×1080)- It happens even when:- Playback resolution is set to 1/4- Switching between Hardware Acceleration and Software Only rendering- GPU drivers are up to date- Mercury Transmit is disable

Hi everyone,I need some guidance regarding a concern on Adobe Stock. One contributor has recreated my most downloaded motion graphics video by keeping the same animation, layout, timing, and structure, and only changing the font of the text. These assets were created by me after proper research, market demand analysis, and a lot of effort. After this unauthentic recreation was uploaded, I have not received a single download on my original top-performing asset. Additionally, the contributor has used very similar titles, descriptions, and tags to my original assets.I would like to understand if this is considered derivative content under Adobe Stock guidelines and what the correct steps are to protect original work in such cases.Thank you for your support.

I was experimenting and created a new Collection. I dragged "ALL PHOTOS" (over 100k) to the collection and turned on SYNC with cloud.  It started to sync.  Seeing it wouild take forever I deleted the collection from the catalog..  There is no collection remaing YET sync continues.  I NEED it to STOP trying to sync.  I successfully use the feature quite often so I don't think it is a set up issue. Current MAC and Adobe products.

Please cancel my subscription because it's not much of use to me as of today⁉️

It turns my clip into black and white.I have used the eyedropper to select the background color (green) and played around with the options for Matte generation and color correction. No luck.|Any thoughs?Kind regards, Erik.
