“I permanently deleted my old Google account and later purchased a Firefly subscription using my new Google account. Despite this, the subscription has been linked to my deleted Google account instead of my active one. This is a mistake caused by your system, not by me. Please transfer the subscription to my new email account or issue a refund. Supporting evidence is attached below.”

When I cut-and-paste layers with content (with Paste Remember Layers) the pasted copy doesn't go into the selected blank layer but duplicates and leaves content in the existing layer. Paste-in-Place acts the same way. How does one copy-and-paste content to a new layer, and/or to a new artboard? I must be missing the obvious. Thanks. iMac 24 M1Sonoma 14.8.2AI 30.0

Personally, i love adjusting sizes and positions just by simply dragging arrows around using my mouse. It is far simpler for me, if each time drag something it doesn't "jump" too far. I know it could be set somewhere in the top toolbar, but i've done that on someone else's computer. Also, the sensitivity has been much higher by the time i was starting my project. If somebody could tell me how to deal with this, or reccomend me a better way to do these size adjustments etc. it would be lovely.

I am trying to use pathfinder on this shoe so combine all the black and outline the stroke but when i select it-the entire shoe turns black. I go through the shoe and select all the pieces but its taking a long time. help

I tried a free trial. I couldn't cancel my plan, so I was charged on Saturday. When I tried to cancel my subscription and get a refund, I realized that I had paid using the wrong email address. Since it's a non-existent email address, I can't log in. How can I log in and cancel my plan?

My Acrobat app on my Ipad pro was crashing . I had no idea what to do so I looked at the Adobe community forum and it recommended to remove the app and re-install. While uninstalling the app there was a notice that all data would not be removed. I assumed it was telling me the truth. Unfortunately that does not seem to be the case as all files are gone.  Please do not respond that all files should be in the Acrobat cloud, i dont use it, and when things go there I take them off (not your business what files i have) Why did your system give that notice and then remove all the files? The files went back years - this is not about me deleting them it is about your servce telling me they would not be deleted and they are. how do I recover files that you said would remain resident on my machine.  .

I need an official installer for InDesign 2024 because of a plugin compatibility.

Hello,Since I formatted my Mac Studio's hard drive to clear system data and free up disk space, I've been experiencing a bug in Photoshop and Camera Raw. Whenever I go back into Camera Raw to change a setting, the color balance changes completely; the colors become strange and inconsistent. This bug doesn't occur in new PSD files, but all my working files created in recent months are now unusable, which is very problematic! Note that after formatting, I didn't restore my Time Machine backup, which was restoring an overly full hard drive. Instead, I started from scratch, reinstalling my software and manually recovering my documents. Thanks

I'm looking for PS version 22.2 (= 3D-features). I had this installed last year but meanwhile it's lost on my PC. Now i'm looking for but i cannot find it anywhere.

Hello together,I'm trying to create a form, where, if I check a box or boxes, the value will be added as a total sum.for example:CheckBox1 = 3CheckBox2 = 6Checkbox3 = 3if 1 + 2 = checked thank the Total in field "TotalSum" should be 9.If all boxes are unchecked than 0. I tried this script but this works only as "else", not as "and".sorry, I'm totally new in adobe or scripting... if (this.getField("1.0").isBoxChecked(0)) event.value = 0; else if (this.getField("1.1").isBoxChecked(0)) event.value = 3; else if (this.getField("1.2").isBoxChecked(0)) event.value = 6; else if (this.getField("1.3").isBoxChecked(0)) event.value = 3; else event.value = 0; Thank you in advance,Hinnerk

Hello,In Illustrator, I have vector files with overlapping layers and many colors.Originally, these files come from a PDF exported from an imposition software used in a printing workflow, containing multiple combined files. For some of them, I can’t open the files at all, and for others, saving is very slow or doesn’t work—the software becomes unresponsive. The CPU and computer memory are not saturated at all. Here is my configuration:CPU: i7-14700KRAM: 64 GBGPU: NVIDIA RTX A2000 128 GBDoes anyone have a solution? Illustrator preferences, computer settings?Thank you for your feedback.

Mac OS Sonoma 14.8.3 on MacPro Intel AND Mac OS Tahoe 26.2 on M3 PowerBook.Printer: HP Laserjet Pro M345-4Acrobat: Latest version on each OS Been trying to track down the souce of my problem for 3 hours so far. It started with a one-page PDF that just refused to print. So started by blaming the printer connection. When I hit PRINT the job shows to spool up and printer starts to respond, then job in print queue just disappears? I reinstalled HP Drivers, deleted/reinstalled printer, restarted multiple times - nothing. Both my computers with different OS vesions same behavior. Then I tried another PDF - same issue. Finally, I opened both problem PDFs in Apple Preview and they printed instantly! I tried printing docs from WORD, TextEdit, even Photoshop - no problems - that nailed it down to Acrobat. To complicate matters "some" PDFs DO print as I was testing further. I checked the two problem PDFs and No Security was added, so I am stumpped.

Hello,In a PDF page I have a content that is very small. I don't want to crop. I would like to select this part of the page, detach it and increase its size. How to do it ?

This issue is coming up with Lightroom CC version 9.1 on MacOS Sequoia 15.7.2 I have recently imported some photos into different albums and they are not loading when trying to view them in either Grid View or Edit View. Very few photos of these albums appear, with the rest simply appearing as black boxes with no icon indicators. I have attached a couple screenshots showing missing photos. I have restarted my computer as well as a full shutdown with and without external displays attached.  I have found other forum posts outlining the steps to remove catalog preview files, however I am unable to locate these files. I have a background in IT and am an avid Lightroom user so I feel it should be an easy fix, but I'm obviously missing something.

umm why cant i see handles of my anchor point i am confused how to get handles

Is there a way of fixing certain objects within an illustrator file (so that they can't be accidentally moved/resized), while maintaining the ability to align other objects to these fixed objects? thanks!
