Hi When I log on to our business adobe I am unable to access E-sign.  I am just getting the error below? How do I fix this?

Good morning, I would like to remove my payment card information from my Adobe account. I don't have any active plans, but I would like the data to be deleted from your systems. Can you confirm the deletion? Thank you. [Typo in title edited by moderator]

Bit of an odd one as I think most questions are around LrC using too much CPU and RAM 🙂I was doing an import today which does the following:Imports 671 photosApply PresetConvert to DNGBuild Smart PreviewsThis was from a CfExpress Card to a Samsung 980 NVME SSDI believe it copies the data first, and then does the preset/convert/previews after as that's what task manager seems to indicate.i.e. a lot of disk activity on the card + SSD, then not much but a lot more CPU.However, the CPU goes through this weird cycle of 100% CPU for a bit, and then nothing. The RAM usage does also not really increase that much considering I've just imported about 16 GB worth of data.I've posted a picture at the bottom of this post, but wondering if this is normal for LrC, or if something else may be a bottleneck for this?

I have a subscrioption for Acrobat Pro DC Continuous Release version 2022 I have files on my computer that I want to edit, ie add highlights or comments to. I want to save them after editing without them going to the cloud. I have looked through the preferences and cannot find an option to turn off saving to the cloud. I have tried removing the save button, but there is no save as button, so now every time I want to save a file that I have edited or made comments on, I have to go to File > Save As > then choose the location > then overwrite the file. This is crazy! I just want to save the file with the edits to the original location.   How can this be done now without so much effort?

I, too, am having issues with Pro crashing when trying to rearrange reading order.  It only seems to occur with files imported from Canva.  It has happened with multiple different files.

Edit to add it must be something to do with the page or on the page, because I shifted all the text to the next page and there was no gap or split and the gap is in the same place on that left page regardless of where the text is. I'm thinking it must be a bug, I deleted the pages so everything moved to the next spread and it's fine! Hi everyone, I have a really weird one I'm hoping someone can figure out for me! I have this page set up, the text in the right column is all the same paragraph, there are no returns or any other spaces of any kind other than a normal space between words, but there is a 2 line gap which I can't figure out. You can see the hidden characters are just normal spaces in the 2nd screenshot. The gap is there if I add or remove text (3rd screenshot) which led me to think it was a stray box with a wrap, but I've unlocked all on the spread and then selected all and as you can see there is no box aside from the red one I've drawn around the area in que

Enhance your CSS with preprocessors |I've been watching this video and trying following along. The narrator says that a CSS file is automatically created, but I'm not seeing it in my folder. I'm working with Dreamweaver CC 2018. What do I need to do to create a compiler? I just started learning SCSS this morning, however, I've written CSS for quite awhile. Do I need to have a CSS file set up?

Today I purchased AI Assistant which switched Acrobat to a New Interface (instead of Classic View). I restored Classic view since toolbar is on top and can be personalized.  However, I'm unable to access to AI Assistant with Classic View.  Please let me know how to access AI Assistant with Classic View (or do I need to switch  to New Interface to use AI Assistant). Thanks.

Hi,We are facing an issue with Adobe Acrobat version 25.001.20623 on Windows 11.When trying to open any downloaded PDF, Acrobat shows the error: "An internal error occurred"DetailsVersion: Acrobat 25.001.20623OS: Windows 11Affects: all users tested, multiple machinesLocal files (not downloaded) open normally.Troubleshooting performedDisabling “Protected Mode at startup” (Preferences → Security (Enhanced)) allows the file to open without error. With Protected Mode enabled, the error occurs consistently.Protected View settings (Off / Potentially unsafe locations / All files) do not resolve the issue.WorkaroundCurrently the only working solution is to disable Protected Mode at startup, which is not ideal from a security perspective. Can you help with that? Thanks.
