Hi,We are facing an issue with Adobe Acrobat version 25.001.20623 on Windows 11.When trying to open any downloaded PDF, Acrobat shows the error: "An internal error occurred"DetailsVersion: Acrobat 25.001.20623OS: Windows 11Affects: all users tested, multiple machinesLocal files (not downloaded) open normally.Troubleshooting performedDisabling “Protected Mode at startup” (Preferences → Security (Enhanced)) allows the file to open without error. With Protected Mode enabled, the error occurs consistently.Protected View settings (Off / Potentially unsafe locations / All files) do not resolve the issue.WorkaroundCurrently the only working solution is to disable Protected Mode at startup, which is not ideal from a security perspective. Can you help with that? Thanks.

Hello Community, My company has created a new Adobe account with a new license for me, which means that my existing Adobe Express projects can no longer be found in Adobe Express. In order to save the projects, we saved all data locally before the account and license migration, so I have the projects as EXPRESS files.Unfortunately, I can't find a way to import these files into Adobe Express, because it doesn't open the EXPRESS files via the import functions, i.e. neither via “Upload media” nor “Import from other applications”. Can anyone help me to import the files? Surely there must be a way to import these files, which come directly from Adobe Express, back into Adobe Express? Otherwise all my projects would unfortunately be lost... Thank you very much for your help! Best regardsStefan

Hi all,I've been editing a film for the past couple of months on Premiere Pro.Currently working on a sequence and having some really strange audio issue I just can't figure out.I'm in the middle of editing and suddenly when playing back the sequence the audio was filled with static.Listen here:https://vocaroo.com/i/s1QWFDZdnSEXIn this audio snippet there is someone trying to open a plastic container, so ignore those plastic-y clicking sounds. It's just the AM radio static type sounds that is the issue. So I've been trying to isolate the issue by testing different options, but for the life of me I can't figure it out.I'm running latest version of PP on Windows 10 on a laptop:Skylake i7-6700HQ32GB DDR4Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GDDR5Samsung SSD 850 EVO M.2 500GBFocusrite Scarlett 2i2 USB audio interfaceThe scene is about 5 minutes. I was editing around 2 minutes into the scene when suddenly I got mentioned static during playback. I had just added an 8th track of audio. So I tried removin

When utilizing Adobe Acrobat Pro to read PDFs, there's a blue overlay coating all pages of all documents. Opening the very same document on any other pdf reader doesn't present the blue tint. It popped up out of nowhere yesterday and it's quite infuriating. I would like to know how to remove it, if possible. Thanks.

Hello,I cant install Adobe Firefly on my android, Google Play displays "The device is not compatible with this version". My device is Samsung S21 Ultra with Android 15, Firefly officialy requires Android 10 as minimum, so I dont see the problem. I also have and use almost all others Adobe mobile apps (such as Lightroom, Adobe Express, Creative Cloud, Rush) so I dont understand, why I is there problem specifically with Firefly. 😞 Do you have any idea, what could be the problem?

I use Lightroom Classic on a Mac. I've used the same external hard drive for too long - about 3 years - and need to start using a new HD. How do I set up the new HD so that LRC saves my images as well as the catalog to the external HD?  Thanks in advance for advice!

Hi everyone,I just made a sale on Adobe Stock for $1.01, but unlike before, it hasn,t been added to my balance. Normally, royalties appear instantly or within a few minutes.Has anyone experienced a similar delay recently? Could this be a technical issue or something else affecting small royalties?Any insights would be appreciated! Thanks!

Audio Visual

I synchronize audio and video for an independent feature film that develops in one or two day shots every 3-5 weeks. With versions of Premiere Pro prior to the current one indicated everything has always gone smoothly. Importing MTS files generated by an AVCHD video camera, importing the audio files in WAVE format from the sound engineer and synchronizing them with the clapperboard. On April 25th I did the last job. Today I had to start the new one with the new shots but when importing the MTS files I discovered that Premiere Pro instead of the audio track of the file generates white noise at high volume for the entire duration of the clip, a clip that when viewed with VLC returns the correct audio content.Fortunately I always keep two other previous versions when I update to a later version so I used 24.6.5 to create the new work project and in this the audio of the MTS files is imported and played correctly. So I tried to import this project in version 35.3.0, no import errors, but wh

Hello, documentary editor here. I recently updated Premiere to the latest version (25.3, I believe) and some of the clips in my timeline now have corrupt-sounding audio: Blaring distortion and static to be specific. The raw clip is fine; this only happens when I import it into Premiere. I tried clearing cache files and other saves, but that didn't help. Out of curriosity, I rolled back to an earlier version (25.2) and now everything is back to normal. So I fiure it must be an issue with the latest update and certain audio codecs. Anyone else having this issue?

It keeps writing this in my photoshop

Hi, I downloaded the latest Premiere update and when I import files in MTS format the audio is just noise. Can anyone explain how to fix this?

I linked my Adobe account to Creative Cloud for teams. What data and files of mine (from my Teams profile) will be visible to the organization's administrator?I mostly use Lightroom and Lightroom Classic, and I’m wondering if the admin will be able to see:The photos I sync from my Lightroom Classic catalog (on my PC) to mobile devices, andThe photos I sync via Lightroom from mobile devices to my PC.In general, what information created by me in Lightroom and Lightroom Classic under the Teams profile will be accessible to the organization’s administrator?

Hello, I am encountering a bug with Multicam source clips when they are cut into a timeline. I've attached three screenshots to illustrate my issue.    I have synced multiple camera angles to create multicam source clips, and given them custom names according to the scene and take (image 1). However, once these clips are cut into my timeline, the custom names disappear, and the only name that is displayed is the filename from the source (image 2)   It seems that there is an option in the wrench menu of the timeline to "Show source clip name and label" (image 3), however even when this option is unchecked, Premiere Pro still does not display the custom multicam clip name in the timeline. This is an beyond frustrating- editors need to be able to look at the clips in their timeline and know exactly which scene and take they are looking at.   A note to Adobe's engineers: please do not suggest some convoluted work around- this is clearly a bug and should be very simple.

When you are reading a document in the acrobat.com browser-based reader with scroll pages enabled and reach the end of the page, the document will jump downward, so that the next page is at the top of the screen.  I suppose it's my subjective opinion, but I find this behavior very annoying. It makes it difficult to scroll through a document naturally. This is because I have to remember to read all the way to the end of the page before scrolling far enough to allow the next page to come into view. Otherwise, the last paragraph or so won't be visible because the reader moved the view so that the previous page is not visible and the top of the new page is positioned all the way at the top of the viewer.I don't think I've ever used any other word processor or document reader that does this. The desktop-based reader doesn't do it, but I don't always have access to it.  Is there an option to change this behavior, so that the document scrolls smoothly through pages?

Bonjour, Je travaille lightroom classic sur un disque dur externe avec touts mes sauvegardes.Mais sur le disque il est noté V13 et pourtant je suis à jour V14.5.pouvez-vous m'expliquer d'où vient le problème. Merci

I have a very long report, with several chapters. All of the text is in one long text flow. Obviously if I make a change on page 1 (like adding a photo) this will reflow the text all the way to page 200. I don't want to have to check every single subsequent page for reflow issues. Is there a way, at the end of a chapter/section, to break the text thread, AND keep the subsequent text on the subsequent pages? So if I make a change at the start of the report it is not reflowing the content at the end.

Hi,I'm designing some merch for my business and am wanting to have transparent writing on a rectangle shape.Everything worked well for my first attemps, but the recent one with the font I like the most doesn't seem to apply the transparency to the entire word. I created it by Type WordCreate shapeSelect word and 'create outlines'Go to pathfinder and 'minus front' You can see above the RMAN that it gets cut off. There is a black background to the black writing is actually transparent. This is how my earlier versions came up with a different font (but all steps followed the same) If anyone can please help fix the issue that would be much appreciated. I'm a newb at this program so laymans terms required.  Thanks so much
