Solved

As of this morning I cannot export .png files from Lightroom Classic. I get the message that content credentials cannot be confirmed. How do I fix this?

Dear Adobe Support Team,I hope you're doing well.I'm experiencing an issue while trying to install the Mockup Baker plugin on my system through Creative Cloud. The plugin installation fails with a message indicating that it is only compatible with Photoshop version 26.8.1.However, I would like to inform you that I have Photoshop version 26.8.1 currently installed and running on my system, which makes this message confusing.Despite meeting the required version, the plugin fails to connect or install properly. Could you please help me understand why this is happening and how I can resolve the issue? Here are some additional details:Photoshop version: 26.8.1OS: [windows 11]Plugin: Mockup Baker (1.1.2)Installation method: Adobe Creative Cloud plugin panelLooking forward to your assistance.Best regards,[alirzea nabavi][Alirezana_Official3422]

I created a template on adobe illustrator with a bunch of clipping masks. I found a script to replace the image link for all 9 clipping masks on the art board at the same time.   But to replace the clipping mask image with 1000+ different images from one folder, is there a way to record and batch while also changing the name of the file as the jpg or png file's name? Here is what I used to fast relink each of the images instead of clicking replace link for individual images : youtube.com/watch?v=DaKv0NqTD88   Again my issue is trying to replace each link with over 1000+ images and then saving the adobe illustrator file as a new file with the image link's name using record/batch.

I have a document with several sections.  Each section is my own notes on several different books I am studying.  As I study more of each text, I add my notes to the end of each section.  However, when the text reflows, instead of adding another page to the end of the section 'Book1:' the text flows onto the first page of the section 'Books:'How do I get the document to add a new page to the end of the section I am writing in when I need more space in that section?I have selected EDIT>PREFERENCES>TYPE>SMART TEXT REFLOW>ADD PAGES TO END OF SECTION Thanks!

Hi everyone.  I'm trying to open CR3 files from my new Canon R6 Mark II.  I'm running Lightroom 6.14 with macOS Monterey 12.7.6.  Those are the latest versions of the Mac OS and Lightroom that I'm able to run on my computer, which will not allow me to open the CR3 raw photos.  It looks like I can't download the latest version of the Adobe DNG Converter either.  Canon Digital Photo Professional 4 seems to open the files, but I am hoping to still be able to run Lightroom to open these CR3 files since that is my main software I use for my photos. I hope there is a work around where I can still run a version of Lightroom, even if not the latest, on my Mac.  Thanks in advance for your help, everyone!

How do I change the background color of the Menu Bar. I wish to have a  Black background and lthe letters white, and if later I whish to return to its default setting.

I check my Adobe account every few days.   I noticed this morning that my subscription is increasing from $9.99 a month (the old photography plan) to $14.99 a month.  I thought about it and paid for the entire year all at once to sace 33% on the const of annual subscription.   Knocks it down to about $12.00 a month, but I still get al lthe other stuff (in particular Adobe express Premium features) too.   For me it's a good deal, just disappointed I didn't even get an email about the increase.

My trial period for adobe scan got ended and i forgot about it and got charged. Can i cancel subscription immediately and get a refund?

I am trying to merge two circles together.  However, when I do this, the stroke thickness of the inner circle always becomes thinner.  Is there any way to merge these two objects while maintaining the stroke thickness?I'm fairly new to Illustrator.  I've tried different things, like Expanding, but nothing seems to work.1) The thickness I want:2) The thickness after merging the circles:

Hi,I've come across a frustrating glitch or issue where after leaving a timeline running after a short period of time, the video on my timeline would go into what looks like fast-forward mode without pressing the L button. I cannot find the solution to this issue. I've pressed the J button several times to reverse this but I am still having issues. Right now, I've resorted to closing the app and opening it again so the issue doesn't come up again. Is there a particular reason for this happening? Has anyone else encountered this problem? Could you please lend a hand? Thank you

Hello everyone, I'm having a problem with the way masks work in Camera Raw: when I apply a mask, the colors appear completely distorted for the selected area, even though I haven't applied any adjustments yet... all the sliders seem to be going haywire. I've attached an example. Thanks for your help.Giovanni

Hi Everyone, I've uploaded a series of images a couple of days ago. 2 of them got rejected, the reason mentioned was"Similar content in our collection:" I've searched the Adobe Stock and didn't find anything close to these two images. Is there any way to find those similar pictures which I'm not aware of?

I just updated to V25 and I was really looking forward to the fresh new timeline with rounded corners on clips, but its not there? Do I have to switch something on or is it missing?

Hello everyone, I’m looking for advice on best practices for uploading vector files to Adobe Stock I usually upload SVGs but many recommend EPS 10. -Is EPS still preferred over SVG by contributors and buyers-Should vectors have a transparent background or a solid color-Does resolution like 1000 by 1000 versus 5000 by 5000 pixels affect previews or search ranking despite vectors being scalable. Thanks in advance for any tips   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hi everyone Just trying to figure out what's going on here. I'm simply trying to record a voice over on my version (13) of Premiere Pro, and leep coming up with this error. I've tried fiddling around with the settings, and tried googling this error, but existing threads have pointed me to solutions that don't quite work on my version of Pr. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Are you guys completely serious!? I didnt even use it once!! I would please like to somehow talk to a customer service representative? or need someones advice somewhere because I cannot, in my right mind, rationalizer this unjustified fee.

We are a camera store, I'm posting this question for one of our customers. He has bought a Sony RX100 VII A (RX100M7A) from us. The "A" is in the name because this is a slightly updated version of the RX100 VII - in order to comply with EU regulations determining that all electronic devices that can be charged with a USB-cable can only use a USB-C port, Sony chose to deactivate USB-charging in the RX100 VII, which only has a USB-A(I think) port. This updated version is noted as the RX100M7A, which you can also see in the EXIF information of its photos. The customer finds that he can't open RAW files in Adobe Photoshop Elements 2025 (Windows 11), despite having updated Elements, reinstalled it, and updated Camera Raw. But, we've tried opening a RAW file from his camera here (Photoshop/Lightroom with Camera Raw 17.4.1, Windows 10) and had no problems. Neither did a Sony representative who tried opening the same RAW file in Lightroom on Mac. I've speculated that the problem is t

hi community...Does anyone know how to outline paths in such a way that outlines the entire outside of the group? In my outlined group below, you can see that the individual paths and arrowheads are each outlined separately. How to I outline the whole organism, so to speak, so that the intersecting parts are not outlined? I tried grouping each line and then nesting those groups under one big group of the whole. I also just tried simply grouping all the components with no nested groups. Thanks!

Hello, I have been trying to solve this problem for weeks at this point with no avail.I'm running the latest version of Adobe Animate, '(Animate 24.0.4)', updated a few hours ago. Here's the steps I've been taking to import and use my audio files.1.  File > Import > Import to Library. I've tried multiple .wav and mp3 files, all producing similar results.2. When in the library, I drag said file into the stage, and add frames for the audio to play in the timeline.3. Press play. No matter it starts from the first frame, scrubbing, or in different parts of the project, nothing plays. I've also tried changing between Event and Stream multiple times. Also a note below.- In other Adobe windows, such as Test Movie, Export, and testing audio files in their Properties, all those audios seem to work fine. The issue seems to lie in the actual Animate window itself.

Seeking feedback on these two histology images that were rejected for Quality Issues (that was all that was given).  I have seen many histological images on Stock that are far worse than these two. So hoping for some positive feedback so that I can get more of my histological micrographs online outside of scientific publication. Thanks in advanced,Kevin
