Solved

I'm trying to use Puppets from Puppet Marker.  So I selected a character and generate it after choosing transparent background.  The puppet then enters into the timeline mode, but it has the unwanted background again.  So I select transparent background in the triggers.  Then when I import an audio voice file to the scene, the puppet's default background once AGAIN shows up behind the character.  Why does Character Animator keep trying to give this puppet a background that I do not want? I want it to be and REMAIN transparent behind the puppet.

I am asking it to do shodo (calligraphy) with the kanji 刈 and it just does a bunch of random japanese looking things even with the correct kanji as a refence and shodo as the style image.

Hello all, I have the iPad Pro 9.7in (first generation) and i cannot sign in to my account via adobe, apple, google or facebook. Both iPad OS 13.5 and Lightroom are the latest versions as of today, date of posting.I have tried turning it off and on, deleting the app and reinstalling. What am I missing? It fails to connect to Adobe so I'm assuming the other 3 connection types failed for a similar reason.I've been using it for years and since a few weeks ago this happened to my iPad. I still have an active subscription and I can still use it on my iPhone.Any advise would be great. Thanks!

I have been revisiting previously imported RAW images that have been edited and created DNG Denoised images. I have been deleting the DNG and using the Auto Sync process to apply Denoise to a batch if the Raw images. I there a recommended procedure carry out this function. Presently I am just applying the Denoise with the previous edits in place.

Bonjour,Est-ce possible de comparer des fichiers Indesign, comme le fait 'normalement' Adobe Acrobat pour les PDF?En vous remerciant,Liza

I have a new PC running Windows 11 Pro 24H2.  High end system (Core Ultra 9, RTX 5080, 64 GB RAM, etc.).  Trying to transfer my Lr Classic from my old system (Windows 10 Pro 22H2).Copied whole Lightroom folder and sub-folders but when I try and open the catalog, it says it's corrupted.  Lr then disappears, doesn't even always show up in Task Manager.  Tried several backups and ther same happens. Can still run on my old PC without an issue.  Did the whole copy again several times.  I can start and run LrC with the default catalog, no problem but I have many 10,000s of edits in the old catalog and want them.Going crazy trying to figure this out.  Can anyone help?

This is what I get when I click on the PDF:Document retention policy appliedThis agreement has been deleted, but transaction meta data is still available

Hello! I am new to using photoshop and Lightroom on my MacBook, and I have always done my picture editing on my iPad. I've paid for separate annual subscriptions for each. Since I've been doing it on my iPad, is it considered the mobile versions? And if so, can I switch to the desktop version so I can use it on my MacBook but also still edit on my iPad when I want?

For example, the preview file is taking forever to copy to a new hard drive in macOSThe catalogue of the file is not that big it's around 5000 photos and again I'm not talking about the smart preview. I'm talking about the preview file.Any solution for it?

Some other apps got the ability to draw text flows like with a pen. I can't find that function in Adobe Express or illustrator.

8月にいろいろ値上げされるようですが、Illustrator（アプリ単体）はいくらになるかご存知の方いらっしゃいますか？現在は3280円ですね。

Since the latest Illustrator update, I've encountered a problem: the program is changing to incorrect fonts without any alert. Even though the correct fonts are installed on my system, I'm getting no notification when this unexpected substitution happens (especially with Arabic fonts)

This seems to be a common problem and I cannot find an answer. I send out a lot of sensitive docs in PDF form that I would like to ensure are not able to be open or read after a certain time.  How do I achieve that ?I have a subscription to the Document Cloud. Thanks

Just wondering, would it be good to have feature to filter based on lens rather than only camera?

I'm trying to create a library of animated shapes I've made, and I find it difficult to delete all the footage after every project and then save the project with all the layers that I don't necessarily need, however I do want the option to use it again for a later project. Is there a way to export a composition as a separate After Effects file? Please & thank you for your time.Best,Kenny

This is about working with mask paths. While using a pen tablet to draw paths frame by frame, I want to select and move individual vertices, but I often encounter unintended behaviors. Specifically, instead of simply clicking and dragging a vertex to move it, a new point is sometimes added, or the tool switches to rotation mode, making the process very difficult to control. After Effects makes it easier in this regard because it allows you to fix the number of vertices and toggle rotation, but the software runs slowly, making it difficult to progress through frames smoothly. I wish the clickable area for selecting vertices was a bit larger, though I understand it’s unlikely to be improved anytime soon. Also, when zooming in to work more precisely, the frequency of misclicks seems to increase even more. If anyone else has experienced similar issues, I’d appreciate any advice or suggestions for how to deal with them.

I'll put my best guess up top:I moved my Lr Classic (14.4) catalog from one computer to another, (MacOS) and on the new computer, my username is different - I think that broke the workflow.I moved .lrcat and .lrdata, and the folder structure is the same on both old and new machines: Users/myname/Pictures/<a year folder, with month folders within that)The symptoms are that:The original photos are all on my NAS, and show up when it is connected - but doesn't indicate "Original and Smart Preview" I still have the intact Lr catalog on the first computer, I'm willing to start again. Suggestions? And I thank you for whatever you can offer.Dan

This is exactly my problem:  help with audio drift on .dv files on mac Long story short, the problem has changed somewhat.  It used to be audio drift, now it's audio at all.  I have long iMovie .dv files (2hrs each) and when I bring them into Premiere Pro, there's no audio.  For some reason, only 1 clip had a few seconds of audio at the beginning, then none after.  How do I get my .dv files (that play just fine in Quicktime) to have audio when on my timeline in PP?   This has happened on multiple computers over multiple years/versions of PP so it's not as simple as cleaning out the Media Cache (which I also did).  I'm also not a video nerd so please explain it like you would a child.  Any ideas?

Subject: Lightroom Classic 14.4 – Export Bug Dropping File Name Text Product: Lightroom ClassicVersion: 14.4Operating System: Windows 11 Pro 64-bit Issue Description: I've encountered a bug in Lightroom Classic version 14.4 concerning filename behavior during export. As part of my workflow, I round-trip headshots and portraits through external editors—primarily Evoto and Photoshop—launched directly from Lightroom. To keep files organized, I append “Edit” to the filename during the editing sequence. After passing through both programs, the returned file typically has a name format of "subject name-##-Edit-Edit.tif" Lightroom serves as my base for initial edits, file management, and exporting client-ready files. I use export presets that apply a custom name followed by the original filename. However, I've noticed that Lightroom is now dropping the second “Edit” from the filename during export. This issue is consistent across all my export presets and only began recently. Steps to Reprodu

Hi everyone, I recently took a photography class, and as part of it, I was given a Creative Cloud subscription. Right now, I’m on an “Adobe for Enterprise” plan through my school. I’ve been using Lightroom Creative Cloud (not Lightroom Classic), and I have a lot of photos stored in the cloud. Since the class is ending soon, I’m concerned about what will happen to my data in Lightroom. Will everything be deleted right away, or will I have some time—maybe a month—to either (a) get a new subscription or (b) download my photos? Are photos still accessible after the subscription ends? Also (slightly off-topic), what’s the difference between a work and a personal Adobe account? I think I have both tied to the same email, but only the work account has an active subscription. Do they store different data in the cloud? And once my Enterprise plan ends, will I still be able to log into the work account to buy a new subscription or retrieve my photos? Thank you!

As of this morning I cannot export .png files from Lightroom Classic. I get the message that content credentials cannot be confirmed. How do I fix this?

Dear Adobe Support Team,I hope you're doing well.I'm experiencing an issue while trying to install the Mockup Baker plugin on my system through Creative Cloud. The plugin installation fails with a message indicating that it is only compatible with Photoshop version 26.8.1.However, I would like to inform you that I have Photoshop version 26.8.1 currently installed and running on my system, which makes this message confusing.Despite meeting the required version, the plugin fails to connect or install properly. Could you please help me understand why this is happening and how I can resolve the issue? Here are some additional details:Photoshop version: 26.8.1OS: [windows 11]Plugin: Mockup Baker (1.1.2)Installation method: Adobe Creative Cloud plugin panelLooking forward to your assistance.Best regards,[alirzea nabavi][Alirezana_Official3422]
