I signed up for what was shown as a free trial, but my payment method was charged. I cancelled the subscription immediately. I did not intend to purchase a paid subscription. Please review the charge and issue a refund. I've filled the acrobat cancellation form. Kindly look into it, and do the necessary as soon as possible. Thankyou.

Since January 18 of this year, I have been paying for an adobe subscription for my school account using a promotional subscription price ($12.49). Ever since my promotional price ended in July, it has only let me access my adobe apps through my personal account and not my school account. Is there a way to switch back to my school account without encountering a cancellation fee?

Think of it like this, I want to KEEP this shape of the stroke but I want to make it smaller and not so big. I can't use ANYTHING in the properties stroke settings. But think of me just shrinking it while maintaining the shape how do I do it, the "walking" text image is my attempt and the others is what I want it to look like.

Using Mac OS, I am manually creating an Instagram Reel in Photoshop by stacking multiple images as layers and then converting them into frames using the Timeline panel. However, despite following the correct steps, I do not see the option "Make Frames from Layers" in the Timeline panel menu. Additionally, the "+" (Add Frame) button is missing. This issue has occurred multiple times. The first time, I resolved it by completely rebuilding the file, but now that the issue has reappeared, I believe I am missing something fundamental about how Photoshop handles this process.  I haven't been able to recreate the success from the last time this happened.  Steps Taken & Expected Behavior I am following these steps: 1. Prepare the Document   - Create a new 1080 x 1920 px, 300 dpi document.   - Load multiple images into separate layers using **File > Scripts > Load Files into Stack.   - Ensure the background is blurr

Existe um bug na exportação do vídeo com legenda. Ao por pra exportar um video que foi legendado e possui legenda ativa na timeline, o sistema simplesmente desativa a opção de legenda na hora de gerar o video final. Isso é inaceital e gera muitos atrasos no processo de edição.[Moved to Adobe Premiere by a moderator］

Could someone please help me figure out how to tint this plain maple wood so it matches the stained wood shown next to it in the attached image?I want to preserve the natural wood grain rather than wash it out. Ideally, I’m looking for a way to tint the maple so the existing grain remains visible while taking on the same color and appearance as the stained wood.

Enabling 'Spacing' causes this glitch. However, if I uncheck 'Spacing', I can't draw continuous lines or make smooth, connected brush strokes with my mouse.

I use an external hard drive for my photos. Lightroom won’t show me the folders in that drive anymore. It used too. I’m only seeing 1 folder now.

I have a document where a bunch of tabs have a leading . character. This is not set up in the paragraph (which has no defined tab stops) or the style or its parent style. I can find no explanation for it.Anybody?Update: There was a tab stop buried under the right-margin marker. This UI is a clinic on design failure. Look at this thing.

I have a drawing of multiple railway lines that was sketched over from Google Maps. I now need to expand the tracks asymmetrically to I can annotate certain features. If all the tracks were parallel it would be perfectly easy, but they’re not.The existing drawing is to-scale and good for an overall understanding of the complex. What I now need to do is create something that’s still close to scale horizontally, but expanded vertically to allow the annotations beside each track. The Illustrator file will be placed into InDesign, and I tried using InDesign to expand the drawing, however everything is skewed in doing so, which I don’t want. Rectangular station platforms become parallelograms, dashed lines likewise, etc. This is a small part of the drawing as a point of reference.West end of Harold Interlocking, with MID yard and GCB leads. The entire drawing is considerably larger and even more complex. I am not a skilled-enough illustrator to re-create this freehand in the format I’d lik

For the past several days, Adobe Express Photos has hijacked the Shift+S keypress (not Ctrl+Shift+S or Win+Shift+S) on my Win11 computer. When I type Shift+S in any program (MS Word, browser, etc.) it isn't received by the program but rather launches Adobe Express Photos (it is treated as a hotkey for Adobe Express Photos).Initially I had to end the Adobe Express Photos task in order to restore sanity to my computer. The Adobe’s AI chat directed me to the settings in Adobe Express Photo. Under Screenshot Shortcut, there are two shortcuts, Print Screen and Win+Shift+S, which were both enabled. I disabled both of them, and that resolves my issue (even though my issue is with Shift+S, without the Windows key).I never use Adobe Express Photos and never enabled these settings in the first place.

For the past few days, I have been receiving an "HTTP ERROR 403: Access to www.behance.net was denied" message.I have already tried every standard troubleshooting step, so the issue does not appear to be on my end.

Today was the last 7th day of free trial and I’ve been charge for subscription, so I have cancelled the subscription and wondering if I get full refund as this is too expensive for me

Adobe Fresco iPad – PDF Export Distorts TextI am experiencing a serious export problem in Adobe Fresco on iPad.My text looks completely correct within my Fresco documents. However, when I export the document as a PDF, the text becomes distorted.I have tested multiple documents, including older Fresco files that previously exported correctly. Both my old and newly created files now experience the same problem, which makes me believe this may be related to a recent Fresco update or change to the PDF export process.I have also tested other export formats: JPEG: text appears correct. PNG: text/artwork becomes blurry, even when using the highest available resolution. PSD: the exported file is also blurry. PDF: artwork may be present, but the text becomes distorted. Changing the font does not resolve the PDF distortion. The same Fresco files did not have this problem previously.Could the Fresco team please investigate whether there is currently a PDF export/rendering bug? I would als

I already have an Adobe ID and currently live in Vietnam. My Adobe account country/region is set to Vietnam. When I go to Adobe Stock and click “Sell,” or try to access the Contributor Portal, I get: “New account creation is not available at this time.”I am not trying to create a new Adobe ID. I need to activate a Contributor profile for my existing Adobe ID.I also cannot use the Adobe Stock Contributor support form because it redirects me to the same “New account creation is not available at this time” page.I previously lived in Russia, but I currently reside in Vietnam. Could my Adobe ID still have an old Russia country association internally, even though my account settings now show Vietnam?Could someone please help me activate or access the Contributor profile for my existing Adobe ID?

I've been having a problem with Illustrator CC for over a week now on my Windows 11 PC. Everytime I click on the scroll bar to drag my view, it doesn't stop dragging once I lift my mouse and I have to force quit Illustrator. I've reinstalled Illustrator, but it's still happening. I can't find anything on other sites about this issue. Can someone help?

When I click on text or image layer, the boundry box is tightly fit around the text or opject. As soon as I click the edge of the boundry to expand the text, photoshop changes the slection and includes a much larger area with blank pixels. I used to be able to click and hold a bounry edge and drag to the new size. Now when i click the edge, it expands and then I have to click the new expanded edge to resize. Is there a fix for this? It is incredibly frustrating when trying to align edges. Why can I no longer just drag an edge without it resizing the boundary? If I group the text (Ctrl +G) it will not add the blank pixles when dragging the edge but thats crazy to do for every text layer. What is happening!?

Hey everyone! I have run into this issue many times over the years and figured I'd post about it. I'm currently working in Illustrator 2020. When using either the Rotate or Reflect tool, Illustrator often gets stuck. What I mean by stuck is that after trying to rotate or reflect some artwork the tool remains active as if you never released right click. This makes it so that every subsequent movement just rotates around the artwork you were orginally trying to transform. If you try to click elsewhere in the program, nothing happens. This locks the software up for a few minutes until eventually illustrator releases from the rotate tool and only then can you continue to work. There is also the issue where, if you try to change the rotational axis, the center point gets stuck to the cursor and the program is stuck in a similar fashion. I've stopped trying to move the rotational axis since it now seems to happen almost every time do that with GPU preview turned on. I kno
