Description:Hi Adobe Community,I’ve been dealing with constant crashes while using Adobe Premiere Pro 2025, and I’m hoping someone here can help me figure out what’s going wrong. This problem has persisted for some time, and although I’ve tried various troubleshooting steps, the crashes continue to happen.Nature of the Crash:My PC crashes whenever I perform tasks that require more graphical power, like rendering, scrubbing through the timeline, masking, or even something as simple as adding guide lines on the screen. The crashes occur randomly—sometimes after just 5 minutes of editing, and other times after an hour. The frustrating part is that for the last two days, everything was fine without a single crash, but this morning it crashed five times while exporting videos. Exporting through Media Encoder 2025 also caused crashes.When Premiere Pro crashes, it freezes up, and my entire system becomes unresponsive, forcing me to hard reset the PC. はじめまして、質問させていただきます。年間プランの無料体験を申し込んで、体験期間中に解約したのですが、何かの手違いで解約されておらず、請求が来てしまい困っています。解約した後でチャットで解約の確認もして、アカウントにも現在「契約プランなし」と表示されています。ヘルプセンターにチャットで問い合わせしたのですが、途中で途切れてしまいました。１８時になると自動的に切断されるのでしょうか？他に解約について経験されている方があれば、ご教授をよろしくお願いいたします。

CreativeCloudを起動しても中が真っ白のスペースが出てくるばかりです。それぞれのソフトは使えますが、機能が制限されてるというような表示も出ます。MacのOSが古いからでしょうか。Ventura13.7.6躯体は2017年製なのでこれ以上のバージョンは使えないみたいです。

I use Adobe After Effects CC 2017, and auto-save is turned on by default. The path of auto-save is marked as "Next to Project". My computer turned off yesterday, because of electricity. So where can I find my lost project?

Hi hoping you can help. First screenshot below is a page that’s giving me trouble in my epub and how it looks in Indesign. The text sits nicely above the photo as it should. There is no page break. Hidden characters showing. The second screenshot is how it looks in Kindle Previewer. Why is there the big white space between the paragraph above the pic and the photo? This has only happened to three of 20 photos in the design and I haven’t done anything differently with them. The problem photos are not locked, they’re not on Master page. (Pshop 26.4.1, Mac OS Ventura 13.4.1) My question is about placing an image directly into a shape. I have my main Pshop document open, and a stock photo file opened next to my main document. Now, I typically drag the stock photo into my main document, place the photo directly over the shape, then go to the Layers palette, then OPT-Click on the line between the shape and the stock photo above, which then places the photo into the shape. However, sometimes, when I drag the photo to the shape in my main doc, the photo goes directly into the shape. But more often than not, the pick will NOT go into the shape via "drag-and-drop", and I must use the technique mentioned in my second paragraph (Opt-Click line between the layers). How can I get Photoshop to allow me to directly drag-and-drop a photo into my shape every time? Thank you-

I have an M1 MacBook Pro, 2 TB HD.  I use the uptodate version of LrC.  Currently, my computer HD stores my catalog, catalog backup, and images.  I am running out of computer HD space and want to move catalog backups and images to an external HD.  It is better practice anyway.  I have the following questions:Is there any need to partition the external HD to separate catalog backups and images?  I wouldn't think so, but want to be sure.How do you determine the optimal external HD size?  What is the best strategy and process to do back-ups of the images?  2nd external HD?  Back-up software?  Backing up to the cloud is not an option for me due to internet speed/bandwidth limitations.Will be running low on USB-C ports. Any recommendations for Hubs? Thanks!

I have over 100 episodes of 20-minute 1080p .mxf footage and plan to use a media intelligence search tool. My current 2017 iMac (i5, 32GB RAM) struggles even with just 30 short MP4 clips (30 seconds to 2 minutes) when using the tool — it constantly shows a “memory running out” warning. What specs would you recommend for smooth, AI-assisted processing of large .mxf files? I’m considering a MacBook Pro M4 Max with 128GB of RAM, but I’m not sure if that’s sufficient.

Tengo un texto puntual (Point Type), y cuando varío el tamaño de alguno de los caracteres, se produce un centrado en el sentido vertical, desplazando las letras de la línea base.Generé estilos de párrafo y de carácter para tener un resumen de todas las características del texto, y no consigo dar con el comando que genera esta variación.No se trata de la tipografía ni de sus variantes. En el ejemplo, utilicé Arial, a modo genérico.Probé todo lo vinculado al panel de alineación y de Area Type…Tampoco ChatGPT pudo identificar cuál es el problema en esa línea.¿A alguien más le ocurrió esto?Puedo generar un texto nuevo, de cero, sin ese efecto. No es ese el problema. Mi objetivo es saber cuál es la función, porque me podría ser útil en otros trabajos.Gracias 

Pre Pro crashes if I try to render more than a few seconds of the timeline, even if there's only 1 clip in the timeline. Also it also crashes if I try to input too long a clip to the timeline. It never used to do this. What is wrong?  3840x2160 50p ProRes

When InDesign crashes, it saves something to make the current edits recoverable. Does InCopy make a recoverable file when it crashes, to presrve the latest edits?

I use Windows desktop. What is the reason sometimes LOCK command is not available in the dropdown of Object menu bar but hot key works [Ctrl+2]?

Hello,Recently, this pop-up has shown up on my machine. IS there a way to disable it?I work with many layers of groups in my work. It is often that I ungroup a few layers at a time, like 3 of 4 or 4 of 6. But this pop-up keeps popping up. Yes, I get that there is a way to ungroup all at once, but that's not what I'm doing.  Any help would be appreciated!
