Solved

I have a user experiencing a odd problem. They have Adobe Acrobat (the free version) & are using fill-in forms. The forms work fine on other computers. Recently after their latest OS (Win 10) & application updates, they started having this problem. When they click on any field in the form (any fill-in form), it opens. But as soon as they click into a field, the form crashes. They get the standard "Acrobat quit unexpectedly. Click 'Learn more' for possible fixes." message. However, when they open Acrobat directly, then go to File & open the pdf that way, the problem does not occur. This happens regardless of who is logged into the computer, so it isn't user or profile dependent. I've uninstall all of the OS updates (that were un-installable) that happened right before the problem started occurring. I've completely uninstalled acrobat, ran the cleaner tool, then reinstalled after downloading the latest version. I've unchecked the preview checkbox

Hello, I forgot to ingest my assets as I normally do, I just finish a project and dragged assets from different sources (not all neatly organized in the project's folder) is there a way, to gather all assets before saving and archiving the project ? Thank you, Jessie

The folders are just showing as the folder icon which makes it difficult to gauge at a glance which folders are empty.Bridge ↑vsFile explorer ↓(yes they're not the same location).

Hi folks. I'm greener than grass, and I need help. I have never used any art software and I would like to start. I work with vinyl and I always buy someone elses work to create my products. How do I draw and what instrument(s) should I be using?

I am new to Lightroom.  I'm trying to set an iCloud folder as an import destination in Lightroom Classic 9.3 on my Mac.  Lightroom won’t accept that folder.  Note that I don't want to import from an iCloud source folder.  I want the import to copy the files to an iCloud destination folder.  Do you have any guidance?

We have several (consents) templates we'd like to stack for signature into a single email request, however Adobe looks to pre-populate the fields from one template to the next (incorrectly). Is there a way to stop it from pre-populating the fields from one template to the next before I send?

Hello, I have a customer who shares a server where multiple users are using the same machine. All but one customer are having trouble opening and using Adobe on the computer. We get these messages when attempting to open Adobe:"Attempt to call a method that has not been implemented." and after, "Raise without handler!"

Hi,as Enterprise User (via WPP) I'm trying to enter the model training function to evaluate this possible solution for one of my clients. However, the link only shows me an explantory video, no actual interface to use this feature

Hi, I’m currently making a video for my internship and I live in the Netherlands. For my previous video, I was able to add automatic Dutch captions by selecting the language, which worked perfectly. However, for this new video, I no longer see the option to select a language for the auto-captions — which is strange, because I could do it last time. When I try to translate the captions now, it only translates from English, even though my video is entirely in Dutch.I really prefer not to add the captions manually, as the video is about 30 minutes long and that would take too much time.Is there a way to fix this or manually set the language to Dutch for auto-captions?-Note: No i dont have any plugins installed...

Hello guys,That’s the question:How to edit the text in Splash Screen of Premiere, Photoshop, Media Encoder or of any other piece?I don’t want to see “Artwork by XXX …”, so how to edit or remove it?Kind Regards

So I'm attempting to use the Share for Review feature in InDesign with my team; It just feels like the notifications are almost overkill. Not only do I see them in my Creative Cloud app, and also in the document itself, but I also get emails whenever anyone does ANYTHING on the document -- like SO MANY EMAILS. Can I turn off the email notification part?

PrPRO2025Ver.25.2.3・・・・PSDデータが流し込めなくなってしまいました。

Hi, I was creating letters that looked like jeans patches with their seams. The results were excellent. Then I tried to do the same thing, but to make the letters look embroidered. I tried many variations, changing style references, countless prompts, doing word-by-word, parameter combinations, and nothing. I can't get Firefly to respect the reference structure. It creates images with various background embroidery, landscapes, people, etc., and on top, the structure I indicated, but flat, with no effect.I've spent countless credits without getting anything right.I hope you can tell me where the error is. Thanks. Reference structure Various results

Hello. I'm trying to create a fillable form in Acrobat, using Acrobat Sign to delineate where signatures are needed, etc. I can figure that much out. But after I create it I need to save it to my google drive. From there, I will pull down from the drive on a tablet to have customers complete and sign the form.  I don't need to 'send for signature'. I need to present it to a client on my tablet for signature.  Same form, different client every time. I can get as far as creating it. Sigh. Then any way that I try to save it just shows me an unfillable PDF when I go to retrieve it. Please help! THANKS!

paint bucket 기능을 사용하고 싶은데 2024년 프리미어 버전에서는 보이지 않습니다

I hope not because that would be extremely un-user-friendly. It is currently asking me to sign in when I click the link in the test email I send to my other email address Thanks!Rich

Unfortunately the update to 20.2 lets InDesign crash whenever I close a document. Luckily CC lets you revert to an earlier version quite easily.     <Title renamed by MOD>

HiI am an infrequent user of LRC and still struggling to get to grips with it. I uploaded a bunch of photos in Dec 2024, did some preliminary edits on them and just came back to do some further adjustments. However, I was horrified to find that EVERY SINGLE edit on EVERY SINGLE photo in my LRC seems to have disappeared. There don't seem to be any issues with LRC finding each image so I don't understand where the edits have gone. Would appreciate some help! Thanks in advance!!

Some background:1.  My WINDOWS computer has two SDDs, A 2TB (drive C) and a 4TB (drive D).2.  My Lightroom Classic program is on Drive C:3.  My pictures and catalog back ups are on Drive 😧4.  My drive C: had a catastrophic crash and stopped reading or writing.5.  I had to replace drive C: and reload the operating system and all my program software.6.  Now when I try to reload my existing catalog from drive 😧 it says "fixing errors in castalog," and goes into the twilight zone.  The only way to get back to Lightroom, is to restart my computer.7.  In my back up section of data on Drive 😧 I have several backed up catalogs.  I'm using the one with the latest date.8.  In case that one was truly corrupted when the drive failed I even went back to a previous catalog, but still no-go. I have over 20 YEARS of processed pictures, I would hate to lose hundreds of hours of processing! Help! Eddie

So, my latest CC Ilustrator version crashed after I accidentally put the Gassian Blur effect up a bit too high on a circular gradient. All the toolbars, control and panels just simply didn't load up with any new document open - or the software would just crash with a generic message upon launch.I've re-installed the program, keeping my settings from before [swatches, jump list etc], but it's not letting me select my saved Workspace, nor allowing me to create/ reset / manage them. All greyed out. And it only comes up with the artboard and elements, none of the system UI, again.... Any ideas on what to do now? 🤔 🤔

Say I have a square and I want to extend nothing but the left size. The way I've found to do that is moving the anchor point to the other side first. If not, I would increse the size of the whole shape altogether.Isn't there a hold down CTRL type of deal before clicking and dragging? It seem too much of effort having to move to anchor point first.

Hello, Can someone please explain to me what actually happens when you use photoshop with Windows set to 1920x1080 on a display with a 3840x2160 native resolution? For example, is the image quality reduced when running in 1920x1080? If so, I can't really notice a difference with the image quality. I see the UI is much different. Then again, I really have no way to compare the two side by side. I have cs6 and have to run it with Windows set to 1920x1080 due to the UI. Would the actual image quality be better in photoshop if I run it with Windows in 3840x2160? I have a 75" display and in 4k, that 59ppi. I heard someone say cs6 was designed for 96ppi. Since my display is less than that,(59ppi) should there be any issue? For example, I understand its only an issue when the display has a higher ppi than 96. Bottom line, I was thinking about getting a professional cameras but there is no point if using cs6 in 1920x1080 on a 4k display reduces the quality.  Pleas

Hi Adobe Team,Please bring back the option to show the import dialog before syncing a folder in Lightroom Classic. It used to let me review and select subfolders or specific images before importing — now it auto-imports everything without warning. This makes it harder to stay organized and slows down my workflow. It was a small feature, but incredibly useful. A toggle in the Sync Folder dialog would solve this.
