When starting Premiere Pro 23.5, the app will take an inordinate amount of time (many minutes!) to load third-party plug-ins and create its plug-in cache, giving users the impression that the app has become unresponsive where in reality the process has just become unbearably slow. To reproduce with our software:1) Install the most recent version of FxFactory (Mac only):https://fxfactory.com/download/Install a few products for Premiere, at least the default FxFactory Pro and Photo Montage plugins to test. 2) Make sure Premiere Pro is starting with no plug-in cache. If necessary, delete the following file to force the app to rebuild its cache:~/Library/Preferences/com.Adobe.Premiere Pro.23.0.plist(ignore the fact that there is a 23.5.plist file too... it looks like Premiere Pro 23.5 is using the above file for the purpose of caching plugin info.) 3) Launch Premiere Pro 4) The app will reach the point where it loads the "FxFactory.plugin" bundle, and remain there anywh

My computer specs:CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3DGPU: Nvidia RTX 4080 SuperRAM: 64GB DDR5Issue summary:When I open InDesign (version 2025, 20.3.1), the application freezes as soon as I open the Pages panel. It happens regardless of whether I’m working with an existing document or creating a new one.In Windows Resource Monitor, InDesign shows as “Not Responding” (red highlight).Steps to reproduce:1. Launch InDesign.2. Open any document (even a new blank one).3. Open the Pages panel.4. The program freezes completely and becomes unresponsive.I’ve tried several things:-Restarting the computer-Reinstalling InDesign (including cleaning with CC Cleaner)-Installing older versions-Resetting preferences-Testing both the Korean and English versions of InDesign-Forcing the GPU (NVIDIA) to be used for InDesign in Windows Graphics Settings In the English version, InDesign works fine — no freezing at all.In the Korean version, opening the Pages panel consistently freezes the program. This suggests the i

Ok, I'm having CONSTANT slow drag with InDesign. The spinning beach ball appears while I"m doing almost ANYTHING, even after quitting/re-starting the program, and even re-starting the OS. I'm running High Sierra on Mac, with 40GB of memory, so that shouldn't be the issue, but almost anything I'm doing, I'm getting major lag. Any ideas? This is really ridiculous. Thanks!

The Generative AI images are terrible and i'm looking for a feature that can be default "on" the same way Safe Seach works, something like the attached example. We have quite a large team selecting stock and we need to be able to have these images hidden without search terms or special knowledge of how to omit them.

How to apply for a refund, I bought the wrong products and I cannot find the way to refund

I seem to have hit the wrong keys by accident and now my Acrobat pages appear like graph paper, laid over the text. It has also changed the edit function, so instead of being able to select text, copy and paste, it surrounds the selection with a think blue box. What have I done?

I've got a project where I'm using both Illustrator and InDesign. I have a font I want to use, and was able to use a Distort and Transform Effect in Illustrator to make the text match the stylized illustration.I would like to match that text style for some headers in my InDesign document (keeping the type editable). Is there a way to apply the same effect (or the same type of effect) in InDesign? The attached image shows the text with and without the effect applied for reference.

Hi, I used Firefly to generate a text to video. It was a simple promp:People in an office gathering around a cake shaped like the letters "A" and "I." One person is taking a slice from the corner of the I. The video generated a circular cake on a table with just hands coming in from the edges of the video and all taking a slice. No office scene. The cake wasn't shaped like AI. More than one person taking a slice. The video was nothing like the prompt, and yet there was no way to correct or refine the prompt, and generating that video still used credits. A bit mind-blowing how bad this is and how you could charge credits for something I didn't even download because it was so far from the desired end product. Here's a screenshot of the first scene: 🤯🤦‍♂

Im not sure what button i pressed, but the color from my image was removed in a single click and i am not sure how to fill the colors back again. Ctrl-Z (Undo) did not revert the colors back into the image. the image is currently just an outline.

Hello, I'm new to Adobe. Here’s a photo I've been working on. Let me know what you think.

How do I cancel a trial subcription. I follow the instructions and they are not useful because they keep me going around in a circle. Is there a number I can call to talk to a human. The instructions say call us, but there is no number to call.Thank you for your help.

Hello Team, my screen appears to be a shade of grey - see image. How do I darken it?

I am trying to find a way to reorder the Mask menu items.  I would like to move the Effects Menu so that it is under the Tone Menu.  I other words, I would like to use the same order I have for the Main menu in the Mask's menu.

I uploaded an image, removed the background, but I can't find the generative fill option. Is there a quick solution to this? Thanks

Hi! I got the error "Encoder failure" when I tryied consolidate sequence. Perhaps this solution useful to someone. Premiere persistently gave me a mistake "Encoder failure". He did not give any description of why the error occurred. First I used the next options for projectManager.  pmo.clipTranscoderOption = pmo.CLIP_TRANSCODE_MATCH_SEQUENCE;pmo.clipTransferOption = pmo.CLIP_TRANSFER_TRANSCODE;pmo.handleFrameCount = -1;pmo.convertSyntheticsToClips = false;pmo.convertAECompsToClips = false;pmo.copyToPreventAlphaLoss = false;pmo.includeConformedAudio = false;pmo.includePreviews = false;pmo.excludeUnused = false;pmo.renameMedia = false;pmo.includeAllSequences = false;pmo.affectedSequences = [sequence];pmo.destinationPath = consolidatedResoucesPath; The problem was that the options includePreviews and includeConformedAudio needed to be set in true, when clipTransferOption is CLIP_TRANSFER_TRANSCODE.
