I've paid for this app for a few years and integrate it with my online business social media posts frequently. It was my favorite for the ease and quickness to create a post. For a while now when I upload a picture, if I try to edit or crop or anyway it crashes. Or if I upload a second photo it crashes. It's simply unusable and very frustrating. I've paid for at least 3 months and have gone through a few updates in which I haven't been able to use it at all. Please help or update your broken app. Device: iPhone 16 Proios version: 18.4 Device Storage: 185Gb of 1TB used (plenty of storage available!)

Hello everyone,I use Acrobat Pro DC (Release 2019.021.200.61).When converting excel to pdf, the images (photos or other images) no longer appear in the final pdf. (after conversion)In the past, everything worked fine ... (this problem occurred after some update from Acrobat or Microsoft / Office 365)There are a lot of people with the same problem since mid December 2019.I have already followed several suggestions to solve this, but unfortunately nothing can be solved ... Br,

To re-link footage files in After Effects, you only have to re-link the first one and then AE sees all the other in the folder.  How can I do this in Premiere? I have a hundred files, too many for one at a time. Thanks!

Hi If I create an AEGP using the c++ SDK. Is it then possible to detect if a new project have been opened or created? Either by some type of event or in the IdleHook? Somewhat related: Does the events descriped here work in AEGPs? https://ae-plugins.docsforadobe.dev/effect-ui-events/effect-ui-events.html  Thanks,Jakob

I just realised i have been paying adobe subscription since may 2024, which means i have been paying 6 months worth of subscription, because i didnt cancel my free trial, and i didnt touch the adobe acrobat pro at all. now i want to cancel it, it says i have to pay another extra $80. Please help me as i am only just a student studying in university.. i can't afford to pay another $80, and i have already paid $165.24 for the 6 months, i dont even earn an income.. Could i get a refund for that 6 months too, i really didnt use adobe. Customer support kept offering me a discounted price of the next few months for the plan. I dont even use it so why does he keep offering me the discount price?? Why does a big company like adobe want money so badly from poor students who dont even earn an income???

What is the proper way to set up saddle-stitched booklet layout with separated cover?I am going to create a booklet as shown above. It's going to be saddle stitched. And the cover and the inside pages are going to be different stock. My current method is to have two separate files for cover and inside pages so I can easily output two files for printing. But the client also wants a "soft" pdf proof with all pages in correct order(so the cover file will be split into front cover and back cover and be placed at both end of the inside pages). Is there a proper way to set up file for this kind of jobs?

I see there is a longer distant past chat about this but today and twice in succession the app crashed while employing the eyedropper tool on the second occasion I lost the work (no big deal as I have a copy). Why is this happening and is the Adobe team aware?

Hi,I have a custom workspace set up in AE. However, every time my project autosaves and sometimes when I import new assets all the panels resize, some crush up to one side, some spread wide in the middle. On some occasions, panels will even disappear. It used to be that I could reset to saved workspace and it would correct itself - though this is tedious when I have to do it after every autosave - but since the CC2018 update, this no longer works. It seems like AE isn't saving my layout but is saving this squashed and stretched layout instead and I can't overwrite it.I have also saved it under new names and that doesn't work. It's beginning to drive me mad, not to mention interfering with my workflow.Any help is gratefully received. Thanks

Is it only [a-ln-oq-z]?It seems unscientific and too much of a hassle.

Hello,a couple of months ago, I noticed that the link https://illustrator-scripting-guide.readthedocs.io/ is no longer working. If anyone knows where I can find similar documentation? I have searched extensively, but haven't been able to find the documentation.Thank you all in advance for your help.

Muchas gracias!

Greetings,I apologize if this seems too rudimentary. When I read documents, I prefer to scroll, as opposed to having a new page pop up. I recall in earlier versions of Acrobat and Reader, that scrolling was available in toolbars and the header of the UI (just dated myself there). Now, the only available option is on the bottom right edge of the UI, and that is fit screen/ scroll. That requires selecting the option and then resizing the page. I looked in the in the customization routine for the toolbar the floats near the top left. However, there didn't seem to be a group to add navigation options. The only way, I have found, to get continuous scrolling is to go to the view menu and select scrolling. I like Acrobat for its capability as a PDF system. It's rather amazing. But it's really busy and I wonder if I am missing what I'm looking for because I can't see the forest for the trees. To repeat, I must admit my ignorance of the program. So my question is (you new on

It's really sad what happened to this app. I don't need a full on video editing app like Pro. It was just enough. Then the cloud was taken away. There's no way to sync your PC and mobile platforms.  This was a good one...

I was working on my art on Fresco. Then after I saved, part of the layers suddenly become Photoshop only so I can't draw on them anymore. All the layers in the file were created in Fresco, there should be no problem reading them. The only thing I did may have caused this is I signed in to my account on Photoshop on my iPad after I saved the file on Fresco. But it became like that without me even opening the file in Photoshop. This is very frustrating. Please let me know if anyone has the solution to this problem.

I am still new with PS. My question surrounds collecting a group of images within PS in order tp form a composite image. Thanks for any help. 1. you can bring images into PS from LR and have them appear in the layers panel as smart objects.2. you can open a number of images directly to PS and then do drag-and-drop over a base image to get those images to appear as layers.3. you can use the place embedded command to bring an image directly into PS and have that image appear in the layers panel. Questions: is the place embedded the fastest way to get a series of images appearing in the layers panel as layers?  When you bring in a few pictures you want to appear as layers, why can't you right click on the imported image(s) and select 'Create Layer' ?  That sems like a very easy way to create a layer from an image. Thoughts?

How do i change the text  "Lorem ipsum" in adobe illustaror, photoshop & indesign in imac.

I can't update a shared link. I'm receiving Error 44:63   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Bonjour, J'ai formaté mon PC en oubliant de désactiver les licences et depuis je ne peux plus activer mes licences Photoshop Element et Premiere Element. Est-il possible d'avoir de l'aide ? Merci.

I want to determine if the styles below exist before I run another script, and if they don't, then create new ones.Paragraph style: paCharacter style: chObject style: obTable style:: mytablecell style: cel Thank you very much.

I found that the Share process taken too long to publish now. It takes about 10-15 minutes (1-2 minutes before) to upload ~40MB XD file with ~400 screens on 20Mbps wifi network. After publishing 100% progress, the screen appears "Something went wrong. Learn More (Error 44:63)" error. Luckily I found that the public link works normally.

When using masks in Premiere Pro and creating paths while deforming shapes, I often find myself accidentally adding anchor points or unintentionally rotating the shape. In contrast, After Effects allows you to lock the number of vertices and resize shapes without accidentally modifying the path, which is a big advantage. However, After Effects doesn’t support frame-by-frame navigation with the mouse wheel, which can be quite inconvenient. Even when assigning a shortcut for moving forward one frame, there's a noticeable delay, which slows down the workflow. Is anyone else experiencing similar frustrations when working in Premiere Pro? If anyone knows a solution or workaround, I’d really appreciate your insights. I truly hope this concern reaches the Adobe development team.
