Solved

Hi Adobe team,I’m experiencing severe performance issues with Premiere Pro on my MacBook Air M2, and I wanted to report the bug in detail.Summary of the problem:Premiere Pro constantly freezes, lags, and causes extremely high CPU usage on my M2 Mac, even when working on very lightweight projects. Editing becomes nearly impossible and the software feels unstable and unoptimized.I’ve already tried all the standard troubleshooting steps — clearing cache, resetting preferences, disabling hardware acceleration, and reinstalling the app — but nothing resolves the issue. At this point, I’ve seen hundreds and hundreds of users across Reddit and Adobe forums reporting the same exact problem, which seems to have started right after the latest macOS update. Please, consider releasing an update to fix this as soon as possible. It’s genuinely absurd that such a critical issue has persisted for over a month. Right now, it’s impossible to work — I can’t even add a single line of text without the softwa

Is there a way to get uniform sizes for a crop? I have three speakers in a Zoom and I am placing them side by side but I want the boxes to be uniform. I cannot see actual dimensions for the crop. Is there a way to say, I want every clip to be 360 pixels by 400 pixels etc? Then I drag them into alignment?

SDK and indesign version compatibility:I have compiled my Indesign plugins with SDK of 20.0.1 and used InDesign 20.0.1 which is working fine. Now I have upgraded the indesign version to 20.3.1, but still my old plugins are working. Is that ok? should I still recompile or continue with the existing old plugins ? Does Adobe provide a compatibility matrix to help users determine which compiled SDK version plugins can work with a particular InDesign version?

I would like to know if it is possible to delete layers that do not have a lock or color attribute using scripts. Thank you very much in advance.

After the update, the selected layer with a layer mask will automatically select the layer mask not the layer, even if I CMD+T the layer. Is there any way to fix this issue? Thanks

So, I'm used do make a selection using the Lasso Tool with the image zoomed in and I hold spacebar to drag the canvas while selecting more parts of the image. But recently, i noticed that this doesn't work anymore. While I'm making a selection if I hold spacebar nothing happens. The canvas doesn't move and the Lasso Tool continues to select. Only when I take the pen (I use a wacom tablet) off the table, the hand tool appears.

Hey there, Had this problem a while and decide to check you all out.  So when I am in a .pdf and I am trying to scroll down the page, it seems like the top page is frozen in place but above it and below it I can see where it is scrolling.  Tried the toolbars with all different combinations to fix, but no luck, even when I updated, which I hoped would fix it, no luck, any suggestions?  Anyone?

I'm not sure if this is a problem with my environment or what, but I'm having trouble with the "Toggle Transform Direct Manipulation" and "Toggle Crop Direct Manipulation" keyboard shortcuts apparently when assigned to specific keys. If no one else can reproduce it then it's probably something on my end 🤔 🤔 TL;DR: Basically the "G" key without modifiers (not sure about any other keys) doesn't seem to work to toggle direct manipulation modes from the timeline - the program monitor panel must be active for it to work. See screen recording below for better example of what I mean. What does not work (specific details):With either the "Toggle Transform Direct Manipulation" or "Toggle Crop Direct Manipulation" keyboard command assigned to the "G" key with no modifiers, if I try to use the shortcut specifically with just the clip selected in the timeline (so the program monitor isn't active), it doesn't toggle the direct manipulation mode. However eithe

I have upgraded to a Win 11 PC and have reinstalled PSE 2024. I copied and pasted all the plugins from my old PC to the plugin folder of PSE 2024.  I tried to launch the "Beauty Pilot" plugin and got some kind of error message. I forgot what it said.  So I decided to remove the .8bf plugin, reboot and put it back again. In the meantime, I installed the beauty pilot software and registered it.  However, the "Beauty Pilot" plugin still refuses to show  up under the filter menu of PSE 2024.  The 32 bit plugin works fine in PSE 10 installed on the same PCAlso the 64 bit plugin works fine in PSE 2020  installed on the same PC The same 64 bit plugin is invisible in PSE 2024. In PSE 2024, I checked Help/System info.Optional and third party plug-ins: It's not showing therePlug-ins that failed to load: NONE I reset PSE preferences. That did not helpI reinstalled PSE 2024. The plugin is still invisible and does not show up. It is a
