Hi Adobe Community,I was using Adobe Acrobat Sign under the free trial, during which I uploaded and signed several important documents. However, after the trial expired, I can no longer access any of these files. The “Manage” section now shows no record of my previously signed or uploaded agreements.I contacted Adobe support but received no real help. They told me to either upgrade to a paid plan or “search for help in the community.” This is extremely disappointing, especially considering these are my own documents and data.❓ My main concerns are:Why are files created during the trial locked behind a paywall? I understand limiting premium features, but shouldn't I be able to at least view or download my own data? The system gives no clear warning that documents would become inaccessible after the trial. Isn’t this a transparency issue? Why is Adobe’s support team unable or unwilling to escalate or resolve such a basic account-level problem?Under Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Law (

Hi Adobe team,I’m encountering an issue with Premiere Pro 2025 (latest build) on Windows 11 with NVIDIA RTX 4070 Ti (Studio Driver installed). The CUDA Renderer option is completely greyed out under Project Settings, and I can only use software rendering. Here are the facts:- GPUSniffer detects the RTX 4070 Ti with full CUDA support- CUDA rendering works perfectly fine on both Premiere Pro 2023.6 and 2024.1- I’ve tried:• Studio driver clean install• Resetting Preferences and Media Cache• Running as Administrator• Creating new project• Editing cuda_supported_cards.txt• Disabling GPUSniffer.exe temporarilyStill, the renderer remains greyed out **only in Premiere Pro 2025**.This seems like a GPU detection or compatibility issue specific to 2025. I hope your team can verify and fix this in future builds, as it prevents proper GPU acceleration workflow.Let me know if you need logs or more system info. Thanks!

I want to save pdf with the same name on my iPad, but I only see an option to "save a copy". When I save a copy it automatically renames the file, which I don't want. Is there a way to save changes with the original file name or perhaps with a pop up that asks me to specify the file name?

I have recently installed the Ventura operating system on my Mac. Since doing so all pdf documents are displaying with a preview icon instead of the traditional red Acrobat Logo. My cleints are hesitate to open these documenst even though they have the .pdf extension as they do not look like a traditional pdf file anymore. I have set all pdfs to open with Acrobat Reader, however the icon is still displaying with the preview icon. Any help woule be appreciated.

I am running Lightroom Classic 14.3.1 on macOS Sequoia 15.4.1. I want to be able to copy photos from the Photos App into Lightroom using the Auto-Import feature. In the Auto-Import settings, I define the Watched Folder with no problem. Photos does export images to this folder just fine. I then move to define the Destination Folder, stored as a Lightroom-indexed folder. When I select OK, I get this error I have checked the Adobe docs at https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/help/import-photos-automatically.html and in the "Select a destination folder for auto-imported photos" section it says "To select an existing destination folder, select the folder."  I have tried all manner of destination folders, but always get the same error:* within LR indexed folder tree* outside tree* on external drive* on internal drive What am I doing wrong?

Hello, my illustrations have been on validation for over two months now, will they be validated or just left hanging there forever, I was wondering if this is a normal situation or if I did something wrong, and if this is a normal situation what did you do?Thanks.

I used to be able to click on hyperlinks in Adobe Reader Acrobat DC and be taken to their location on the internet. I tried the Help and updated Adobe. That did not help. I also uninstalled and reinstalled it. Still no help. The only thing that changed was I uploaded InDesign. Since then, links in Adobe Acrobat Reader don't work. I have Windows 10.I can open the links fine when I view PDFs in an email. Once I open in Adobe, they no longer work. Really frustrating. Any suggestions on how to remedy this?

Hi:I have updated to the newer PS from CS6, which I long had. So there is a lot new here now. One issue I can't seem to resolve is that when I open a photo it opens in a big PS palette that blocks out the rest of my desktop. I don't want this big opaque palette. Before I lost CS 6 (because I had to update OS) my photos just opened by themselves on the desktop and very unobtrusive tool bars sat on the top and right side perimeters of the desktop when PS was open. No palette. Now I got this big honking palette in the way. Also, another big issue is that when I close out of a photo the palette stays on the screen and I have to get out of that. If not it's in the way of everything and I have to slide it aside to find the next photo to open and work on. It adds A LOT of work. It should disappear when I close out the photo I've been working on -- altho I don't want it in the first place. I can't even close it with keyboard shortcuts (like command+w). I have to go up to red dot and hit that.

Hi, I just purchased Photoshop Elements 2024 and I can't open HEIC files.  I have installed the HEIC and HEVC extensions and then cleared the media cache, following the instructions on this page,  which appears in PE's error message and in various threads in this community. I encountered this problem first in Windows 11, then tried in Windows 10 and had the same experience. Is there something I'm missing?  Any new information about this issue?

Hi Steven Wareham. Are you here?https://github.com/stevenwareham/numberAdjuster/blob/master/number_adjuster_1_2.jsx  This script is mainly for catalogs, and can do calculations for all numbers in a selection. At this point the numbers are sorted by size. But now that I have an index, the size order of these numbers is disrupted.Such as:Because of the page count adjustment, the page numbers have been reduced by 1 page from 119.This reduces all page numbers greater than 119 by 1.And these pages may be distributed throughout the text box, they are unordered. So, the request is to add another condition, something like this: \d+>119Thank you very much.

As a contributor on Adobe stock, I noticed an update on submission limit in adobe stock recently. I see this attached file. Now may I know what is the weekly limit in adobe stock? Thank you.

I would have inserted before b1 to become the new b1.I had no choice but to insert it after a1 and then adjust the content.

When I try to scale some text, the area of the actual text changes suddenly. Any settings change that I accidentally could have made? @Ton Frederiks ? haha 😉

HelloI have a friend who owns a pub. They have this image of the outside of the pub and would like it in a hand drawn/illustrative version which can be used as part of a logo. I have tried multiple ai tools but I cant get anything to generate what I need.  It always seems to generate random looking buildings rather than using this as a reference!  Could anyone point me in the right direction please?  Thank you!

I've been editing videos for my Uniersity and recently I have a problem that is making me lose my mind. When I'm trying to add a transition between clips the program does not let me and I don't know why. I can add them at the beggining or at the end of a clip, but not in between.   I really appreciate your help.

Hi there, I've got a general question concerning the above warning/error that I sometimes receive. "Embedding OLE objects is unsupported. Use File->Import to import media."Quite often I'll run some code without issues, but at other times (with the exact piece of code, with the same assets, same environment) it'll pop up and results in random issues, such as a specific image not being added to a symbol I'm creating. It tends to creep up when doing quiet intense work. Could anyone please shed light on it's meaning - again, apologies for being so vague, but that seems to be it's nature unless I'm told otherwise! ThanksAnt

Hi,Trying to connect to SFTP site, was getting connection timed out at first.  I looked around for others with the issue found some leads.  Finally with try/catch when dumping cfftp after the end of try cfftp is undefinded.  I have stop on error turned on and secure.  I have tried with Developer Editions of 2023 & and a recent install of Developer 2025.  I did add the extensions to the timeout at both the page and tag level. This is the detail message from 2023 for the catch - Verify your connection attributes: username, password, server, fingerprint, port, key, connection, proxyServer, and secure (as applicable). Error: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect. I would like to be able to do this within CF without resorting to WinScp. I have connected to other standard FTP sites successfully. Any help would be appreciated.Mike

Hi,I'm editing a book containing four chapters (individual documents) and an introduction which includes a table of contents. The ToC displays the contents by looking at the heading styles of the four chapters as required no problems - 1234.but looking at the numbers of the chapter headings i get 1567.When i go to the chapters, chapter 1 is fine but chapter two heading style shows as "5" not two and the subsequent chapters follow on from that. if i remove the ToC, chapter two heading number reverts to 1.Its like the heading in chapter two is getting its number from the end of the ToC and not chapter one as it should.I've tried various fixes, used a different style for the ToC entries, re-applied styles, checked section breaks etc. Can't for the life of me get to he root of the problem.Help appreciated.thanks.
