Solved

Guys, please help me I'm in desperate need of assistance. I've been trying to figure this out all day, but I'm unable to select the bottom of each letter using the selection tool, and it has been driving me insane. I don't know what else to do, but I tried troubleshooting (bounding box and edges are showing). Could it be because this is an Arabic text? I'm basically trying to follow this same tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=omu7b_FDJRI)  to create a vintage postcard, but wanted to use Arabic text instead. I got stuck on the letter selection part as the selection tool hasn't been working properly. PLS HELP

I am applying redactions to documents, and this is causing the headers and footers to be completely removed.  I need to keep the the headers and footers as they contain important information (i.e. page numbers) that I need to remain on the document. Is there any way to apply the redactions without causing the header and footer text to be removed from the PDF?

I have a checkbox that I want checked when the value is equal greater than 2500 and unchecked when below.  Trying to run a validation script but I can't figure out why this isn't working.if (event.value >= 2500) { this.getField("PriceBox").value != "Off" } else { this.getField("PriceBox").value == "Off" }

We use Acrobat Reader for review and commenting of a shared file that I sent out with my Adobe Acrobat DC account. Many of the reviewers don't and won't have Adobe accounts. They are being prompted to sign in when opening the shared file in Acrobat Reader. How can they open the file in Reader without needing to sign in to leave comments?

Hi all,I'm trying to import a psd file as a composition and AE keeps loading a different file from the same folder - I tried saving my file with a new name in a different folder and AE just picked a different wrong file to load. I'm not sure if I'm being clear. AE loads/creates a new composition with the correct file name, I have the same file open in PS just to confirm, but the contents of the file, i.e., the layers, are from a different PSD file that I've got saved in that same folder.Any idea why this is happening and how I can stop it?Thanks!

I've noticed this for years... whenever I create a new document in Illustrator--no matter the size or mode and without any bleed settings, the artboard has a tiny grey "drop shadow" behind the artboard. See ATTACHED (top left and top right corners). It does not affect art and never prints, but more times than I can count I've found myself zooming in and attempting to select/delete it, thinking I left some sort of unwanted element behind while I was working. Or I see the faint "border" and think my graphic elements aren't fully aligned to the page edge, when the actually are. It seems like it's just a "cutsie" little unneeded addition to the artboard. Does anyone know of a way to get rid of it? I've poked around in preferences and View settings but couldn't find anything. Or maybe I need to (somehow) complain to an Adobe "ideas/complains" thread? Thanks. Using Illustrator 2020 on Mac OS, but like I've mentioned, it's been there for years, perhaps decades.

We're using the Nvidia RTX 3050 6GB fanless (Palit) GPU. At certain moments, we get a constant warning that the GPU fan isn't running, which is 100% correct. 🙂 There isn't one. Where can we put this message off? We couldn't find it in the PP settings. Thanks for answering! Best René

IssueExpressions that rely on time no longer evaluate correctly in After Effects 25.2.2.In previous versions (24.x and earlier), these expressions worked as expected. This appears to be related to overly aggressive internal caching of time-dependent expressions that prevents them from updating over time, even though no error is shown. Adobe After Effects version25.2.2 Operating SystemWindows 11 (Build 22631) Steps to ReproduceCreate a new composition and add a solid or text layer.Select the Position property and apply the following expression: center = value; radius = 100; speed = 1; angle = time * speed * 2 * Math.PI; x = Math.cos(angle) * radius; y = Math.sin(angle) * radius; center + [x, y]Play the composition (RAM preview or spacebar). Expected ResultThe layer should move in a smooth circular motion over time, based on the angle derived from time. Actual ResultThe layer jumps slightly on expression evaluation but remains static. I went to the Grand Canyon. We had a videographer as well as my GoPro. I forgot to reset the time and date on my GoPro. I found a tool that allowed me to update the “date created” in file explorer. When I imported it into Premier Pro it did not have the updated “date created”. I looked at all the date fields with no luck. I tried to see if I could do something in Bridge but it is too limited. However, in Bridge the ”date file created” is the corrected date. Can not figure out how Premier Pro can’t see my corrected date and Bridge can. I need to be able to know in Premier Pro how to get the corrected date

I am a newbie of photoshop and the effects of gradient map confuse me.  I thought gradient map has consistent formula for the 3 color channel(RGB), but it doesn't.  I set left side of gradient map to black(0, 0, 0), and right side to white(255,255, 255), and the gradient map layer changes rgb color of below layer as following:  (255, 0, 0) -> (66, 66, 66)  (0, 255, 0) -> (156, 156, 156)  (0, 0, 255) -> (18, 18, 18)  such result is really beyond my understanding, So why do I get this effect?

Hoping someone can help since the update to Adobe Acrobat Sign. Our old process with Adobe Acrobat Sign was the following:Send out a document to be signed, recipient must enter a password before they can view the PDFThey sign the PDF, relevant persons sent a copy of the signed PDF protected with same password Since the update, I know how to require they enter a password before signing the document. What I cannot find is how to have the signed PDF be protected by a password. I've run a few test agreements and they all send out a signed PDF that can be opened freely with no password. Having the signed PDF be password protected is vital for us, it needs to be password protected before it is sent out to everyone, and we would not be able to continue using Adobe Acrobat Sign if this feature has been removed.

In german-language there are special Characters called "Umlaute" (ü, ö, ä) or the "sharp s" (ß). If these characters are used in an vCard generated within the buildin function from indesign, they are replaced with other symbols on the iPhone QR-Code-Camera Reader. .   Do you know a good solution?

Why do the reject these .jpeg?Files come from out of the camera directly,  no post production.
