I signed up to the adobe pro trial and forgot to cancel it. I literally never use it. I saw the charge today and was reminded to cancel it. I come on to the site to attempt to cancel and am told I'll be charged almost 60 quid for an 'early cancellation' even though it's a monthly subscription!! How is this legal? It's a monthly subscription and it's really not clear that there will be extortionate charges if you want to then cancel the product (that you've never even used).I'm completely appalled and will never use this product again. Has anyone else experienced this?! Is there any way to stop the money coming out of my account? I really can't affort it...

Hi there,   I'm just writing this post to alert other people that might be researching to get the Student Plan that provides access to all apps. Not writing this to provoke any bad feelings; just hoping that if someone googles the plan this discussion will come up so they will be aware of the fine print.    ***    Adobe advertises this as an amazing discount to students that gives them access to all the apps for just $20 a month. And that is a great deal! Until you realize what is actually going on.    In my case, I have never used Adobe. I was considering using Photoshop for some light photo editing that I wanted to experiment with. I went on to just purchase a Photoshop plan, but as I was looking they advertised that if I was a student I could try ALL the apps for just $19.99. The Photoshop was $19.99 a month VS all the apps for $19.99 a month. I thought, well hey isn't that cool. I'll probably only ever use Photoshop but it would be fun to maybe gi

I can no longer afford the subscription I tried to cancel but it’s saying it’s still going to charge me for early cancellation! I wanted to get the cancellation fee waived so I can later come back to it once I can offered it again!

Hi everyone,I subscribed to an Adobe annual plan (billed monthly), but I didn’t realize it was a one-year commitment. Now I want to cancel it, but Adobe wants me to pay about 120 euros as a cancellation fee.I’m a student and I really can’t afford that right now. I don’t use the apps anymore.Has anyone managed to cancel their plan without paying the fee? What should I tell Adobe support to make them cancel it for free?Thank you so much for any help 🙏

Hello,  I putchased a standard Acrobat Standard Membership found that this did not allow me to do what i needed so then purchased a Acrobat Pro Membership thinking that this would cancel my subscription to standard which it did not. I've noticed I'm now essentially being double charged each month.  I no longer have a need for either product and would like to cancel but am being told I need to pay a cancellation fee if I cancel before one year. Given this I would be happy to continue with the Acrobat Pro Membership but cant believe this would mean I have to pay a cancelation fee on the Acrobat Standard Membership!  I would like to be able to speak with a customer services representative to find a solution here otherwise I will just cancel both subscriptions and I can't say I would be inclined to use Adobe products again.  Does anyone have any advice? Thank you!

Hello,About 12–13 days ago, I started a 7-day free trial of an Adobe plan (“Annual plan, paid monthly”). Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel the trial before it ended. After the trial expired, Adobe tried to charge my account, but the payment did not go through because there were not enough funds.I was unaware that a charge would be made automatically after the free trial ended. Right now, I’m unable to cancel the plan from my account settings because it says I need an active subscription — but I would like to avoid the payment being processed or the subscription being activated.I also haven’t used any Adobe products or services since the free trial ended. Could you please help me cancel this plan and make sure no charges are made to my account?I understand there might be a cancellation fee for annual plans, but I would really like to avoid that if possible. I also understand there is a 14-day refund policy, so if the payment has already gone through, I would appreciate your help in gett

I wanted one month of adobe Illustrator and InDesign. Apparently I am on the hook for a year contract. I am paying about $50 a month I do not have and cannot afford $200+ cancellation fee. I know there is a class action lawsuit going on again since march, but I am 2 months away from literally filing for bankruptcy. How can I get out of this?

I desperately need to speak with an agent to transfer my account without cancellation fees due to my relocation.

Hi everyone! Could someone please help? Why can't I cancel my monthly Adobe subscription? It's time to cancel, but why is it charging a termination fee? I can't believe they designed the system this way.

Where can I go to cancel the subscription for Adobe I didn't sign up for it

When clicking on the "use a certificate" menu option under tools, all of the options underneath are greyed out and I cannot select any of them to create a box for a digital signature. I'm fairly certain all of the correct certificates are where they're supposed to be on my laptop, not sure if its something I'm missing in the Adobe app itself? I've had no issues signing PDFs with this certificate in the past or with filling out PDFs. I'm just not able to create a signature block??

Alguém conseguiria me ajudar?  Muito obrigada antecipadamente!Juliana

Hi!I’d like to add text to an vector object of a shipping container. Is there some way using 3D please?

Photoshop Elements 2026 Updates menu option is greyed out. Is this because I have the latest version or is there an issue with the software? My version is Core Version: 26.3 (20260417.EO.ae34c5c7). I am still in my first year of the three year licence. Thank You.

When modifying automatic adjustment, the width and height will not shrink, and there will be no changes.It seems that double-clicking the small square in the middle doesn't work either.The script is invalid, and the only option is to drag and drop.This doesn't work either: tf.fit(FitOptions.FRAME_TO_CONTENT).Is it possible to modify something with a script to make it permanent? tf.textFramePreferences.autoSizingReferencePoint = AutoSizingReferenceEnum.LEFT_CENTER_POINT; tf.textFramePreferences.autoSizingType = AutoSizingTypeEnum.WIDTH_ONLY; tf.textFramePreferences.ignoreWrap = false;

Each time I open photoshop I get a pop-up box   (Couldn’t open the edit log file Photoshop edit log. Edit logging is disabled). Question- Where do I go to enable it?  Thanks in advance.

Just like the title says. My workflow used to be create art in Fresco, then go to Publish and Export, then to Capture Pattern, and when I opened Capture I could use the art to make patterns. All of a sudden after the most recent update, both of those links are gone, there’s an Export to Illustrator and Behance, but no way to “capture pattern” anymore.Did it move or get renamed?  This is the one thing I really need to make my workflow operate.iPad Pro 12.9 up to date.help!

Currently, I convert .indd to .idml manually using Adobe InDesign (File → Save As → Choose file format type -> choose the location → save). Can this process be automated via an API so it run without requiring Adobe InDesign to be installed? Is there any official API available for this?

Am I using the wrong tool here, or is the clickable area for grabbing the start/end points of a text-on-path object unnecessarily small?See attached screen recording for reference. Feels like you have to hit that one-pixel-wide blue outline around the selection square just to get it to work. I find myself using MacOS Zoom to locate it.
