Solved

For as long as I can remember, my Lightroom CC has been having an issue with mouse hijacking whenever it is open. The mouse will randomly relocate to the bottom left of the screen, then if I try to move it, it will reset it back to the bottom left of the screen. The only way to get around it is to wait for several seconds, then it will release it back and I can start using it again. It will randomly do this while using the app, or even other apps, as long as Lightroom is open. If I hide Lightroom (cmd + h) and use other apps, it no longer causes the issue.   I am currently using a Macbook Pro with Mac OS Monterey 12.0.1 and Lightroom CC version 7.5. Don't tell me this is because my software isn't up to date, since I upgraded to Monterey when it was new and the problem was not resolved.

Exporting document with page size 8.625x11.25" and 0.125" bleed all round, to pdf.Acrobat inspector shows page 8.88x11.5.  Is this because Acrobat includes the bleed in it's reported page size?

Hello!  I am fairly new to Adobe Animate. I have a presentation im working on for an organizational chart. I have buttons navigating throught a website.  In one area, our Org chart, I am trying to make a button that returns to another frame. However, when I click it, it doesnt move.  I have searched the community forums and troubleshooted what I could. I feel like there is something simple im missing and Im hoping someone can point me in the right direction. Here is my code snip for this layer/timeline/* Click to Go to Frame and Stop Clicking on the specified symbol instance moves the playhead to the specified frame in the timeline and stops the movie. Can be used on the main timeline or on movie clip timelines. Instructions: 1. Replace the number 5 in the code below with the frame number you would like the playhead to move to when the symbol instance is clicked. 2.Frame numbers in EaselJS start at 0 instead of 1 */ this.RCCR_Button5.addEventListen

So this morning I updated Photoshop to version 26.0.0, which has this new remove tool which can automatically select and then remove unwanted photo elements such as power lines and people. So, I tried it and the selection part doesn't work for me at all.I tried it on several photos including the provided sample, and I get the same result: "wires and cables" removes nothing and adds random black spots on the image. The people remover doesn't select people, instead selecting the entire image except for a narrow line at the bottom. Am I the only omne getting this? doesn't make sense that Adobe would release a tool that broken so I assume it's rare, but I want to know what your experience is.

Hi,I'm kinda sad that I had to wait a month for my images be reviewed and rejected as similar altough there were no similar images yet submitted. I've only submitted videos from same shooting set. Such as File ID: 648921118, 648921053, 648921070 and many more. I'll have to wait months to get it reviewed again? Are AI generated images so much more important?

Hello. I'm working trying to get out a deadline, and bam! The window changed, the normal side panels and tools are gone, and I don't know how to return to the normal workspace. I don't even know how I ended up with that window (some keystroke?) or what to call it. I can't even delete it or open another file! HELP! Below is a screenshot of the alien mystery window. Why does Adobe put these pop-up mysterious functions that I don't need? And while we're at it, how do you get rid of "Extras" that keep respawning after I de-select it?  I tried de-selecting all the "extras" in the options window, and I lost keystrokes like Command-H to hide selection and had to research to get it back. Wasting my time. I wish there was a button to press to go back to the basic manual.

I have been editing a video for quite some time now, but I have noticed a problem. All of my audio files have been extracted automatically, and because of that I can't use 'default transition' when I want to fade two tracks to avoid audio dips.  I have never had this problem in my other Premiere Pro projects.  Is there anyway how I can solve this problem, without having to start over completly? Thank you!

I have about 100 raw clips that were received upside down and flipped.  While I normally use Media Encoder to export them at 180 degress, I am not able to flip footage in encoder and have to go to premiere.  While it is simple enough to apply the "Flip" effect, I now need to export the clips individually and have them maintain their source timecode.  This is so editors will be able to match the hi-res footage with the proxy or raw files during edit as the clips will be distributed for multiple projects. Any suggestions on the most efficient way to go about this?

Hello! Im having trouble finding the timeline option or well, making it appear again because I already used it once and now it dissapeard. What can I do to bring it back?

Hello Everyone,I have a total of 3 Drop Down Menus and I’m trying to figure out what Javascript to write, and where, to make the 3rd menu’s options dependent on BOTH of the selections of menus 1 and 2. My lists are more complicated, but if you can tell me what to write for the below example, I think I could figure out the rest. Drop Down Menu 1 = “Food”Always 3 choices: Liquid / Solid / Jello Drop Down Menu 2 = “Inner-Pkg”Always 3 choices: Carton / Bottle / Crate Drop Down Menu 3 = “Outer-Box”6 total options, but I only want to see options dependent upon the entries under BOTH “Food” and “Inner-Pkg”For exampleIf “Food” is “Liquid” and “Inner-Pkg” is “Carton”, there are only 2 options I want to see out of 6If “Food” is “Liquid” and “Inner-Pkg” is “Bottle”, there are only 4 options I want to see out of 6etc... Each different combination of BOTH menus 1 and 2 would yield different packaging options to choose from in Drop Down Menu 3. Hoping this is an easy on

Hello,I'm using a ID book template that had some pre-designed pages using paragraph styles. The problem I'm having is when I create any new text boxes - then add copy/pasted text or fill text - and apply the same paragraph styles the text disappears. The weird this is if I manually type in InDesign the paragraph styles applies without issues. Has any experienced this problem too - what's the solution? Thanks for your time in advance,Nicole

I'm runing latest Acrobat 24.1 (2024.005.20320)I'm trying to export a PDF to JPG and it's not working. Here's the stops I took...Open a PDFSelect the Convert tabChoose Image format JPEGClick Convert to JPEG buttonA window pops up asking for folder so I select the folderA browse window pops up asking for JPG filenameI click save and a progress bar pops up for 1/2 a second I check the folder and no JPG file was created. I tried differet PDF files, different folders, didn't make a difference. Exporting to PNG works fine. Anybody else experiencing this on Acrobat 24.1 (2024.005.20320)? I can't even downgrade to an older version because Acrobat doesn't havee an "Other versions" option in Creative Cloud like it does with other apps. This sucks because now I'm stuck with this bug and forced to wait weeks until Adobe fixes it. -Pete

My Adobe PDF form is being sent as an email attachment. With the prior version in IOS IPhone when I opened the PDF through Adobe Acrobat the form would show all the populated fields. With the new update, the form show up blank....the fields do not appear Populated unless I highlight the cell.  Once the cell is closed, the cell it goes blank again. FYI on a Windows or Mac laptop the PDF is populated.   It appears to be an IOS issue. How can I modify or fix to allow the form to be fully visible on the IPhone?

I bought this file from stock.adobe: 331340559. It specifically says it can be edited.  "100% editable."  I cannot find out to edit this text.

how to disable 3D measure tool in 3D PDF.

YES. iOS is updated to latest versionYES. Crayon works in every other program with no lagWHATS GOING ON: ONLY in Photoshop for iPad, when you draw with the crayon, you will not see the line or whatever it is you drew until you lift the stylus off the screen. you make a circle? you get nothing on screen until you lift the stylus off. Draw a line? nothing, until you lift the stylus off the screen. what if you use your finger? then it works like normal, seeing whatever it is you are making in real time. no lag, no delays.  how do i fix this? I am subscribed to photoshop and it's un-usable in this state.

The properties tab (and layers tab) emptied suddenly and I can't get them back. I've been able close and re-open and fiddle them back before, but not this time.  When I switch to the Essentials Classic workspace, they're there and fully loaded. Has anyone else had this problem? How did you solve it?

I store my photos on an external drive (D).  When I import, I select the the 2025 folder in the D drive as the destination, but the photos are still imported to the C drive.  What am I doing wrong?

Hi,I just bought a new MacBook Pro which is macOS Sequaia ver. 15.4. I need to use the older versions of Indesign which are Indesign 2020 version 15.1.4 and 2021 version 16.4. However, the Creative Cloud only has latest versions. Anyway I can find the installers? Minion Thanks. Wes

Добрый день! Я перенесла информацию на новый телефон. Но моя подписка премиум не перенеслась, что делать?

My paid subscription doesn't work. There aren't any functions in lightroom. What can I do?

This seems like it should be a no brainer and painfully simple. My company would like to switch to an annual billing scenario instead of monthly. No, we don't want to change to Teams or Groups or whatever. Same services, same stock photo options, just a billing change.
