I have been using Lightroom, first as a priuchased app and then by subscription for over 10 years and have accumulated 88000 edited photos. Having cancelled my subscription after the larger price hike I now discover I cannot access ANY of those edited photos, only the originals that are on my hard drive anyway. It seems to me that my years of work are being held hostage so I resubscribe while for years I paid for the ability to edit. Should I have exported all my photos beforehand, taking ages of my time? Frankly I am disgusted with this treatment.   [Branched off from an old thread by moderator]

Hi, I'm quite new to Illustrator, but I have experience with Photoshop. I'm struggling here for multiple hours with such a simple task, but it just won't work, so I'm reaching up to you.  I have a group here of Text, 2 Lines and a logo. I used Create Outlines on Text and Trace Image on the Logo. I created gradient, which I want it to be on the surface of everything in the group.I tried to do it through clipping mask, I tried it through Pathfinder. Nothing worked ... When I used clipping mask the gradient disappeared, It was only visible in the layers.   When I tried to use Pathfinder, it had always a problem, that group isn't an single object   

Hello, Within the past week, the web version of Lightroom has become so slow that it is not usable. It used to take a few seconds for all photos to render. Now, it takes over 30 seconds. I'm using a Chromium-based browser: Edge on Windows. I have a high-end desktop with a month-old clean/new install of Windows 11 Pro and a 5080 graphics card. I have reset Edge to defaults and reinstalled Edge with no improvements. The slowness occurs on my laptop, too. I would rather not remove/import my library again or use another browser unless this is an isolated instance to me or my account. Is anyone else experiencing this slowness with Lightroom on the web with Windows using a Chromium-based browser? Paul

My camera has a built-in GPS, and the data goes right into the xif data, in-camera.  Lightroom Mobile seems to remove this data when photos are transfered to LRM on my iPad, and that's a big problem for me. This behavior seems so weird to me. Does anyone have any suggestions or insight? I have no interest in cloud storage of my photos. I use LRM just so I don't have to lug a laptop around.Thanks,-Ron

In the last couple of weeks Lr desktop 8.2 (not classic) is getting more diffcult to open with my windows machine without have to restart/shutdown mutilple times.  Each day it gets worse.  I cannot find any help online becasue all the references refer to classic.  Any help would be apprecated.  thank you

I tried to search by image name, id but it says "Asset not available". we have the download licence history, records. I'm not great at spotting quality issues in my images by eye, despite my efforts. Does anyone know of software, AI-based or not, that can automatically identify image quality issues? 

I can't figure out what's causing it. I have the same lighting and shadows, vegetables without artifacts. Help me, please.

I’ve submitted some of my content to Adobe Stock about more than 2 months ago, but it still hasn’t been reviewed. I’m starting to get concerned because I’ve followed all the guidelines, and it’s been quite a while. Is there any reason why it might be taking this long? Could it be stuck in the review process, or is there something I might have missed in the submission? I would really appreciate any advice or insight on how to resolve this.

My device is out of date for new realise. Could I lose using of previous versions if i would decide do not subscrive next annual plan?

Hello, i did a quick search but wasnt satisfied with the language i found regarding my question. I have a fillable form i wish to send with email via a button on the form using javascript. When i do this now, acrobat attaches a live fillable file, and not a printed pdf. This is for a class certificate, and must be sent as a printed pdf and not the editable form.Can someone please help provide the java code to accomplish this? Hello! I'm having trouble with appearance of pixelation. When I zoom into 1:1 in my Develop module, my photos always look pixelated. I shoot in camera RAW and feel like they should be crystal clear. When I open them in Photoshop, I am able to zoom way in & they are super clear. Additionally, when I export the photo in lightroom & open it in Preview, it is still the same amount of pixelated when zoomed in. I obviously don't want my clients to see this. Will it print poorly?Here are a couple screen shots of the photos in the lightroom develop module zoomed into 1:1.
