Solved

Hi, can you help me to understand why these photos have been rejected? They are all rejected as "quality issues". The last image attached is just for show.Thank you!

I've had a little trouble exporting a layer as it is as a PNG. I've tried "Export As" and "Save for Web" options. I just want the "5K" and the rectangle shapes exported. When I deselect the green background layer and "Export As," it says the document is empty. When I tried to "Export As" with the background, it gave me an unknown error. When I tried the "Save for Web" option, I can see that the "5K" graphic isn't there.Would the two transparent masks I have on the "5K" and rectangles be an issue? I used it to make the distress effect. I welcome all suggestions. I had exported the other layers by themselves, no problem. They also had transparent masks. I don't know what else I'm doing differently with this one.

I'm trying to delete a large number of images that got disconnected in rebuilding files after a disk crash.  I have one good connected original and several duplicate images from other folders.  I get this message when I check to delete from disk as well as from the catalog:  "Analysis is currently running on the selected media.  Please try again afte some time."Any thoughts on how to totally delete these images from catalog and disk?

I'm exporting 4K with high bitrate and high settings in general. These are what my dark colors look like pre-export:  After export, my video looks like this: Very visible lines and pixelation--quality looks horrible. Haven't run into this before, any ideas on what levels/curves I would adjust to maintain a smooth gradient in the final prodcut?

Cannot export a project. I keep getting the error below. Can anyone help?

I have photos on Lightroom classic but I don’t have the original external hard drive. Do you have a suggestion on how I can share the photos outside of the smart previews?

I have made a presentation with slides and video. I distributed it as Express link but needed also a way to distribute downloadable format. Currently I can download PDF or mix of image and mp4 files. PDF cannot embed video, and separate files are not suitable for distribuition. So I propose a full mp4 rendering of all slides and videos, in only one mp4 downloadable file. My presentation is here: https://new.express.adobe.com/id/urn:aaid:sc:EU:e248e95b-0301-46a0-9280-5bb217353226?invite=true&accept=true&promoid=Z2G1FQKR&mv=other Cheers, Dikran

Hello, I accepted the 7-day free trial on the evening of April 8th and they told me that I could see this subscription in the Google Play Store. However, although my Google account in the Google Play Store and my Google account in Adobe are the same, it says that no such subscription was found in the Google Play Store. Please cancel my subscription.

When i used Photoshop CS6, i was able to simply use Ctrl+C/V in order to copy the paths and shapes made with the pen tool, and either paste them into the same layer or a new one.Now that i'm using Photoshop 2021, trying to copy anything made with the Pen tool creates a Vector Mask and it won't let me use it in the layer itself. Is there an option to disable the path from becoming a vector mask each time i paste it in another layer?

Hello I need to know what causes this to happen in Acrobat. I am combining a ton of PDF's none of them are made like this but once they are combined this happens randomly across the whole document.

Hi, can you please help me to understand why these photos have been rejected? Thanks for your help, regards

My indesign version has menus in Dutch, probably because my Windows has Dutch as its language. I am working on a book in English, so I want the cross references in the index to be in English. The list of words plus page numbers is no problem, but cross references look like "SSC. Zie ook standard contract clauses." In an English book that should, of course, be "SCC. See also standard contract clauses". Any idea how I can teach the index function to use the language of my text? I know, there is a work around using search and replace every time I generate the index. But I'm looking for a real solution. Thanks for your help   <Title renamed by MOD>

Hello. I'm designing a book. The author requested the first chapter have a strikethrough on the first word, including in the table of contents. It is applied using a character style. The Table of Contents (TOC) list shows up correctly, with the strikethrough. Everything in the book is styled. The problem is, the strikethrough style is being applied to the TOC header each time I update the contents. It seems to be taking this style from the first chapter - the strikethrough style is not in the TOC header style. If I remove the strikethrough from the chapter, then it also stops being applied to the header. So each time, I have to select the header and remove the strikethrough style. Screenshot attached, content blurred for privacy. The file is created using a professional template from a book publisher so I don't think I can post the file. Possible bug, or problem with the style that were not seeing?

The title of the TOC I've got set up in my document is picking up the character style applied to the first entry in the TOC. If I remove the character style from the section heading being pulled into the TOC as the first entry, the TOC title goes back to its proper dark gray color, but as soon as I reapply the character color to the section heading being pulled into the TOC as the first entry and update my TOC, the title changes color to blue. Is there a way to fix this?Or maybe there is a different way to accomplish what I'm going for. Each section of my document is color coded, and I'm trying to pull that color coding into my TOC. Here is how I'm currently accomplishing that: Each section heading being pulled into the TOC is white text on a colored background. I've made the section heading paragraph style have a character color of gray but at 0%, so it appears white. Then I've applied a character color on top of the fake white to change the text to match the color coding of the secti

This was suggested back in 2020 and even with PRE 2023 it still doesn't seem possible. I get irritated when I, sometimes, try to rename or delete an item because it's being used in auto creations though I have absolutely no interest in it. I know that I can stop it in Task Manager but I've never used the functio other than to try it out and find the resulting video, of no use at all. I really would like to be able to disable it.

Hi, a few months ago (until a few weeks ago) I still saw an advertisement on Adobe's Youtube (now I don't remember exactly if it was Adobe Premiere or Photoshop but I imagine it was an Adobe Premiere advertisement), because I remember in this advertisement there were a girl and other people working on the PC screen and I could see a video on the screen where she was working and the girl in the video was duplicated many and many times, in a kind of 'round' circle.. and shows various video effects. Now I haven't seen this ad on YouTube for at least a couple of 2 or 3 weeks... it doesn't seem to be played anymore.I wish I could listen to it again, I also like the sound of the music, and it was really inspiring and like an 'opening theme' that I could listen to every day, before I start learning my software. Please, if anyone knows what advert it was, can you let me know?  Edit: I'm searching here, but I can't still find it:   https://adstransparency.google.com/advertiser/AR1

Hello, since some weeks I have massive performance problems with Premiere CC 2017. And there is the strong suspicion that it has something to do with the audio hardware / audio settings or the audio drivers. Some of the problems I have already described here in the forum:Premiere blocks "adaptive noise reduction" for some 5.1-clips - What is the reason? What is going on with my audio level? Mysterious swelling of audio Premiere CC2017 is after up- and downgrade extremely slowly - No more work possible None of the problems have been solved. The first thread listed was also discussed with the german Adobe support. They asked me to upload an sample project, what I did. This was 3 weeks ago and Adobe promised to give feedback via mail. But nothing happened. The staff member here in the english forum Kevin-Monahan kindly asked the german support team once more about the current status, but again: No reaction, which slowly streches my patience. My film project is running out of time and it is

I have created a fillable PDF for our music department to use.Box A = number of students you teachBox B = number of students who participated in a specific event. Box C = percent of students who particpatedThis box is read only and I have the calculation set to Box B/Box A. Good afternoon! I am making a self-assessment in adobe pro.  I have 64 drop-down menus, named Dropdown1, Dropdown2, and so on.  Each drop-down menu has a value of 0-10.  I am trying to create several calculated text field boxes using the values chosen on the drop-down menus.  So, for instance, we add up four drop-down values, add 40, and subtract four drop-down values for a total. So far I have tried:Dropdown1 + Dropdown2 + ... + 40 - Dropdown20 - Dropdown25 in the Simplied field notation box. That just kicked me back to the "Value is Not Calculated" when I click "OK". I tried the same formula in the Simplified field notation box but took out the spaces in between the names.  Same result.Next, I tried the Javascript function.  event.value = getField("Dropdown1").value;+getField("Dropdown2").value; ... +40-getField("Dropdown5").value;getField("Dropdown6").value;After clicking OK, this also just kicked me back out to the text field properties.I am ob

I am using Adobe Acrobat (22.001.20085) and MS Outlook version (version 2203, build 15028.20160) on Windows 10. When I try to send an email attachment from within adobe by using the envelope icon I get "an error occurred while sending mail".I have uninstalled and reinstalled both Adobe Acrobat and MS Outlook.I have turned off  "Enable Enhanced Security".  Outlook is set as my default email client.I have three users in my office that are experiencing this problem.  The first started having the issue on Thursday followed by the second on Fiday and now the third is having the problem today, Monday. I am thinking an update has broken the feature, but I do not know if it is an Outlook issue or an Adobe issue.  Any ideas?

Places images, and text boxes are simply not scaling proportionally even tho I am pressing theshift key as  I usually would.I de- installed and re-installed Photoshop 26.5 thinking the error message I was getting had somethin to do with this - but nothing was solved. I've tried re setting my preferences.De-installing and re-installing Illusrator and nothing. Does anyone know why this could be happening?
