Solved

Good afternoon, everyone. My work was rejected due to poor quality. I recently started my way on the stock, please help me to understand what exactly is wrong with the works? This is a sketch on a transparent background, in png.

Hi,I recently decided to become a collaborator in a couple of stock photo sites. Not to list the other two but most of my pictures have been accepted. The only ones that were rejected had brands or intellectual property issues. I never had a picture rejected over quality. Yet Adobe Stock rejected every single one I submitted and I am curious of why. I heard they tend to be more picky than other platforms but I don't know where I got wrong in those.

Hi,Recently I submit bulk of images, now it has been reviewed but majority of images has rejected. These all rejected and Adobe gave the following possible reasons.- Non compliant use of another artist’s name.- Undeclared Generative AI Content.- Content not compliant with overall guidelines I don't think that my images were rejected due to first two reasons as these were not AI generated and not copied or inspired from other artist. So I want to know that what is the exact reason for rejection as there are hundreds of reasons in guidelines. I am also attaching the two different images in which one was accepted (the image with white chart) and other was rejected (the image with orange chart), This is only one example there are many others. Please help me to understand the rejection reason and also tell can I resubmit them.

When I try to login to CC on my laptop computer it tries to log me in using a different email. Oddly enough, the email it is trying to use is my email with "+old+ inserted before the "@". When I login on my desktop it works fine. When I login on Safari or Chrome on my laptop it works fine. Logging into CC it does not allow me to sign out. It will let me quit the application but when I start it again it has the same incorrect email. It keeps saying that it is sending me a verification email. Of course I am not getting it as it is not a valid email. I have tried contacting Adobe and have not had any luck. I have updated my OS and should be on the current CC as well. Anyone have any ideas of what might be causing this?

Hi, I downloaded the Elements 19 installation file from my Adobe account. (I have a license code) I can't install it because I get this window. (sorry for the Finnish) I have a new Lenovo Legion slim 5 AMD R7 Nvidia RTX 4060 laptop. 2024 released.

I'm debugging a document and removing everything that's not required, and when I check, using the "Find/Replace Font" window, the fonts used in the document appear to be 6, but when packaging, in the "Fonts" section, it says there are 18! When I select one of the ones I don't recognize and request its location in the document, it doesn't appear in the "Find/Replace Font" window, and if it doesn't appear, it can't show me where it "supposedly" is located in the document.   The only font I think I could possibly add to the registered ones would be the "Basic Paragraph" font, Minion Pro, but other than that... 18 fonts....    What could be happening, and how can I sort the Fonts window, the "Packaging" window, and the "Find/Replace Font" window so that their information matches? Thanks.

Hace quizá una semana que ID se cierra cuando, entre otras acciones, cierro un archivo. ¿Qué le puede estar causando este problema y qué podría hacer para solucionarlo? Gracias.

I scanned images and created a PDF, they are all slightly different sizes. How do I force Acrobat to use a standard page background, such as 8.5x11 ofr every page and just have the one image appear on the page? ThanksHenry

Hi, I'm trying to design an iPhone app page in Illustrator and have to print it out true to the size of an iPhone. The file seems to be extremely big, and font sizes have to be very large. When I go to print, the artboard is extremely big, and I can't scale it to the paper or it won't be true to size.

Dear managers, dear managers, administrators, those people who are responsible for the acceptance of authors' materials. Please help me to solve this problem, when I upload a material it can be more than six (6) months remains unchecked. My materials remain unverified, not even a rejection or other, just hang on the page unverified. The other authors from my city, which I know they quickly accept, does not last even a week. Please help me to solve this problem. Long verification kills my motivation. My ID 211404302

When I open I got this error mesage. How to fix it?

I was using Acrobart reader on my old Macbook without any problems. I only need basic features like reading, creating and signing PDFs. On my new Macbook Air I am unable to open any of my PDFs - the window to start a free trial pops open and I don't see any option to bypass this. I attempted to install Reader from the Adobe website and got this error message: "Found a more functional Adobe Acrobat already installed. Installer will terminate." And then: "The installation failed. The installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance." I really don't want to pay $200+ for features I don't need if I don't have to! Any assistance appreciated!

Hi everyone. I realize this topic has been posted before and I still haven't found a solution.I finally got a new Laptop (last one was from 2010...) and I had downloaded and installed Adobe Design Standard Suite, used it for years. After getting the new Laptop I reinstalled my CS5.5 products BUT when I open Photoshop the UI is incredibly small. My UI Interface Options only give me "Small, Medium, Large" and it's already on Large. Changing my screen resolution does not change anything either. Illustrator and InDesign are fine, it's just Photoshop. Is there a solution to this yet? My research has yielded me no luck. Thanks in advance!

Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with the Adobe Stock review process. When I upload a batch of 500 images, around 300 to 400 images get reviewed within 1 to 2 hours. However, the remaining 100 images get stuck and do not go through the review process. This happens with every batch I upload. Is there a reason for this delay, or is there a way to resolve it? Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, dear experts. If possible, please explain what quality issues this photo has. Why was this photo rejected by Adobe Stock?

The blue link badges have disappered from my graphics boxes. NOT the panel, but each individual box. How can I restore them please?

There has been a filter option to choose if you want to see AI images or not and today it's no longer there and the little icon that visually indicated an AI image is gone. Why????
