Solved

Buenos días a todos/as.

Hi, while I was working on a project Premiere Pro suddenly quit. Then I tried to reopen the project where I saved off, but it wouldn't load. I updated PR and tried again and it didn't work again. I tried opening the other projects but same result once more. I tried to reset the app preferences, clear the cache etc. nothing worked. Then I launched it with "disable third-party plugins" option and it worked. But right after I closed it, this time the program itself stopped LAUNCHING. And I don't know why. I downgraded PR just to test it again but it never launches. Just gets stuck at the launching screen with the artwork right before it crashes. I'd appreciate any help as the project was very important for me.   My specs: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12650H (16 CPUs), ~2.3GHz 16384MB RAM NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti Laptop GPU

I have tried deleting all the prefs, and just about everything related to Acrobat from >Application Support. I'verun the uninstaller and re-installed without any success. It will launch when OS booted into Safe Mode. Trying to find a solution before using CC Cleaner to remove everything (which may or may not solve it anyways). Thanks!

I’m having trouble with Adobe Substance 3D and could use some help. I have two Adobe profiles: a personal one and a business one. My Substance 3D Collection app license is tied to my personal profile, but when I log into https://substance3d.adobe.com/assets/, it defaults to my business profile. I can’t seem to switch to my personal profile to download assets, even though that’s where my license lives.Am I missing a step somewhere? I’ve tried logging out and back in with “Login with Adobe,” but it keeps picking the business account.

I've done every possible update on windows, graphic card or Creative cloud Apps. Uninstalled an re-installed several times (Illustrator and Creative Cloud) even trough Creative Cloud Clean Tool. Illustrator still crashes when initializing plugins, more frecuently when loading VectorizeUI.aip Please help!

Anyone from Adobe listening???? I'm trying to cancel my subscription and am told to contact Customer Care to make that happen. The Customer Care center, however, is shut down and I am instructed to come here to the Community, which is where I am. Now what??? Anyone from Adobe able to respond to this inquiry?

I have a clip in my timeline with 4 tracks of audio.  I noticed that there are waveforms for only one channel.  I checked the channels and saw that only channel 1 was selected.  I fixed the channels so that they are mapped correctly but the the waveforms didn't change.  I match framed to the source monitor and noticed that channels 2-4 are offline.  I checked the bin and the chanels are offline there as well.  This is a proxy so I, detached and reattached the proxy.  The clip in the bin now has all channels and they are mapped correctly. However, when I take the clip to the timeline the same issue happens - no waveforms on channels 2-4 and when I match frame, the same chanels are offline.  I made a new sequence and dropped the clip in there and  everything is fine.  I made another new sequence and pasted my cut in there and when I drop this clip in, no waveforms on channels 2-4 and they're offline in the source window.   I kno

Hi,About two weeks ago, I updated the titles and keywords for approximately 200 approved images in my portfolio. While the new titles are now visible on the sales pages, the updated keywords are still not showing publicly — even though I can see them correctly in the Contributor panel. Is this delay expected? And how long does it usually take for keyword updates to appear on the sales page of already-approved images? Thanks

Some of the images are quickly reviewed, but others are still not reviewed, even though they were uploaded on the same day and at the same time. Could the images that were left behind have caused any issues?

Hi everyone,I'm working on an animation where a line follows a circle using Trim Paths in After Effects. The idea is to have the Trim Path "Start" property follow a Trace Path effect's "Progress" value, but with a 15-frame delay. What I Have Done:I successfully linked the Trim Path "Start" to the Trace Path "Progress" using expressions: thisComp.layer("Trace Shape Layer 1: Path 1 [1.1]").effect("Trace Path")("Progress") However, I need a 15-frame delay before the Trim Path "Start" starts following the progress. That means when the circle moves for 15 frames, only then should the Start animation begin from 0.Issue:When I try using .valueAtTime() to introduce the delay, I get an error:"Couldn't turn result into numeric value."Question:How can I modify my expression to correctly introduce a 15-frame delay while ensuring "Start" follows the "Progress" animation smoothly? Is there a better approach to achieving this effect?Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advanc

I've recently noticed that when I add a whole font family from Adobe Fonts to my Creative Cloud, all styles are synching such as light, bold, italic etc, but for some reason the 'regular' styles are not showing! Regular italic appears, but not just 'regular'. It's doing this for various font families and not just the one. Can anyone advise on how to fix this? Ive tried restaring Creative Cloud, Adobe etc but still get same issue.

Hi, I'm experiencing a new problem w/ Camera Raw since last update. Whenever I make a slider adjustment in Camera Raw, my monitor goes black for a second or two then comes back. This happens consistently anytime I make an adjustment. Is there a setting that I can change to prevent this? Running Windows 11.  Thank you.

I used to use Circle and Paint bucket to do a Picture in Picture with a border. Since it was made obsolete I spent two hours trying to figure out how to do it from the internet. I won’t tell you how I managed it in the end, but Adobe help Desk was very patient and finally got it through MY THICK HEAD. This is for people my level. Put the image to be PiP’d on V4 of your timeline The Task is now to put a black circle behind that image. So go to the Ellipse tool in the Timeline panel (the one with the arrowhead select tool at the top - it’s 7 down under the pen tool. Click on it and draw directly onto the big picture panel above (in the Program Panel). This will create an image on your timeline above the PiP image, on V5.While drawing the ellipse, if you hold down the shift key, the ellipse will become circular. I draw it so that it fits behind the image. Now click on the V4 PiP image.Go to the Effects Control panel on the upper left of the interface (if it’s not

Hi everyone,From what I can tell, Acrobat has several different ways of flattening, each with slightly different results.* java script this.flattenpages* flattener preview* actions - content - flatten layers* pdf optimizer - discard objects - flatten form fields* pdf optimizer - discard user data - discard hidden layer content and flatten visible layers*maybe more? Before I start A-B testing every setting permutation of these, is there any chance you guys can save me some time by explaining what the differences are and how the settings affect them? I would truly appreciate it.

When I set the Limit aspect ratio for one picture, I can lock it by clicking the lock icon or press a while in 'R-Mode'.But I cannot set it as before to 'for all locked'. It is always after import in unlock Mode.I not even can sync it. When I set one picture to locked, than select a second picture and use the sync function, than both pics are unlocked after this action. Also I cannot save it into a preset. I need this 'always locked' ratio after import!

I've just started using the free version of the iPhone Lightroom app. I took some photos using Lightroom but I don't know how to find where they're stored. I can only see the ones taken by the iPhone camera app.
