Why in the heck is sync settings going away??? It's so useful....

For some reason, Adobe Premiere Rush won't import a small H.265 clip. It gives me this error when it opens the folder where the clip resides:"This file requires the HEVC codec which is included with a Creative Cloud membership. To upgrade to a paid plan, go to..." I have purchased Rush. I have uninstalled it then reinstalled it. I have signed in and out of Creative Cloud on the Web as well as the desktop app. I still get the error. Also, the thumbnail of the clip, when trying to start a new project shows "Unable to Load Preview." When I select it and click Create, I get another error message:"The importer reported a generic error." Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hello, I have problem with Lightroom because I can't use the premium account functionalities. Every time I try to use the functionality, I get a message that says there is a problem come back later. I have a classmate that can use the premium account functionality with his school account. Why can't I use it. Can someone help me please ?

Hello, I an active premium yearly subscription for Lightroom app on my Android phone, but I'm now unable to restore the purchase. The error message: "the purchase found could not be restored, because i has been already been claimed".This issue might occur because the Adobe account used during the purchase was a randomly generated account automatically assigned when I installed the Lightroom app. Unfortunately, I no longer remember this account.  If it's possible to retrieve the Adobe account linked to this premium yearly subscription using my Google account? or transfer the premium yearly subscription to an Adobe account that matches my Google account?Thank you for your assistance.

I'm working with a transfered engineering drawing that I need to make edits.  These red boxes with a green pointer appear when I attempt to click somwhere around I assume something detected on a document.  And when I click on it, it acts like a hyperlink forcing me somewhere on the page and it will cycle through spots.  It also makes it so I cannot work/delete edits in certain areas. Need to know how to disable.  Otherwise I'm forced to play whack a mole at work or restart from last save.

I have a two-column layout with running text: 1st column: Text without background2nd column: Paragraph shading How can I control the spacing between the top of the green box and the top of the text while keeping everything inside the column? My main issue is achieving exact spacing above "13" and at the bottom of the green box. I used left and right indents to adjust the text spacing but cannot use "space before" (nothing happens). I know that I can use the offset in "Paragraph Shading," but that would push the shading outside my column. Is there a way to solve this?

With the most updated version of Photoshop, suddenly when I try to save a raw file, the options no longer include jpegs. The only option is Photoshop, tiff, jpeg200 (which is a jpf file and can't be opened in Lightroom or even on my desktop once it's saved there. ) and  few others I don't use. I can't figure out how to get the option to just save thse raw files as jpg files after I've worked on them in Photoshop. Not sure what changed with this upgrade. Any clues?

It would be very useful for me to be able to swipe down with a long swipe to cut two or more clips in the timeline. Rather than jumping between tool sets I'll often tap and cut each clip and it gets monotonous. I would love to do a down swipe that cut multiple clips at the same instance. Thanks!

I have added a signature via fill and sign, but the " - " icon to remove the signature appears to be greyed out. It wont allow me to remove it.My program is purchased through my employment, and therefore the instructions noted on this page don't work (I just don't have those options). Is there a way I can remove the signature? Initials are already set so I cannot use this instead. Can anyone help?

Hello all. Does anyone know the reason why I'm unable to schedule/publish Instagram stories on Adobe Express? My Instagram is a business account too. Any help is appreciated, thanks all.

I received a file from another vendor, and they have a linked smart object layer inside the photoshop file which is missing. Is there any way to determine the file name/path/owner of the layer? In Illustrator and InDesign, this is possible, but I don't see any way to determine any info on the link. I need this to communicate to the vendor what is missing.

HiI have tried to create a dependant dropdown in a form using a code I copied from another link.It appears to be working at first, users can select an item from the first dropdown and this then populates the options in the second dropdown and these can also be selected.  However, when the form is saved and is re-opened the second dropdown defaults to "Please Select".  I have copied the code below, can anyone tell me what I've done wrong?Thank youYvonne/*LICENSE:acrojs_dependentList.js by Joel Geraci is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/You are free to:Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or formatAdapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially.Setup:For list boxes:  Add this script to the "selection change" script of the master list box.For combo boxes: Add this script to the "custom format" script of the dropdown box.
