Solved

I have a form that was originally for written communication but it was requested to make it fillable on the computer.  I have tried javascript but I haven't been able to make it work.  I think because I have multiple form fields but I only want it to auto-tab on 2 of the fields. This is part of the form. As you can see, I have multiple form fields (and more that are not showing).  The only section I was wanting to auto-tab on is the 3 lines for "Note".  I know I can change the format to have one text box with the multi-line setting, but I was hoping to keep the form as close to the printed one as possible.

Hi there, Currently I'm using Lightroom Mobile to edit my pictures on the go. However, when I do some changes and save the file on my the smartphone, some data gets lost. I can't see where the pictures are taken, unless I open the original file. But the edited picture doesn't consist the data. While some don't find this important, I really want to be able to see where I took the picture so I'm able to retrace my steps. Is it possible to overcome this issue?? Let me know. Thank you all

Gracias.

Greetings. After MUCH searching I fired up the OLD laptop, deactivated & removed serial number from that machine, and STILL cannot activate on my new laptop. If I run on the OLD laptop it goes straight to the Activation window- which I do not execute. How do I get past this? Its TERRIBLE that this is so common and there is little or no support for it

I have used the Aero cleaner program to fully remove both Reader and Acrobat. rebooted the computer then installed either and then tried to launch PDF file. If I have Acrobat or Reader open, the pdf opens as expected. If I set windows to use a different default program for pdf viewing, no issues. I only get this behavior, when I launch a pdf from the file. No error presented. Just two copies of the program are listed under Background Processes.I have a .dmp file from taskmanager of the one of the programs hanging.

Trying to open the Squash and Stretch extension, I installed it using the installer and nothing is happening when I click on it. I'm on version 23.3.0

No matter how hard I try, I can't get Firefly to generate 'vikings' with the correct nationality. I get four variations and only one is a northern European. When I ask it to generate a northern European, it makes no difference: the originally generated versions stay the same - practically identical.

I can't figure out why this is happening. Another user posted about it in 2016, and the post was moved to the "epub forum" and was never answered. I have known of the (theoretical) existance of this forum, but seems like something changed on the website and we can't actually search for anything in that "forum" or post anything directly to it—even if we add the epub subject tag. But trying anyway. The file is currently built in CC2018 and I have not really run into this before. The chapters are in a Book file. There is no overset text, nor extra returns or page breaks at the ends of the file. All text and objects are in a single thread in the documents. When previewing the epub in iBooks there seems to be anywhere for 5 to 16 or so added blanks. looking at the HTML in the unzipped files these are divs with a uniquely numbered image container and a class, within a Basic Text Fram class. Like so:<div class="_idGenObjectLayout-3"><div id="_idContainer287" class="Basic-Te

On the timeline control area to the left, the A1 V1 toggles buttons (the ones you turn off and on to shut off video or audio) are simply not appearing. This state prevents me from adding either video or audio to the timeline. This is a big problem and needs the highest priority.   Please resolve with the next bug fix as I cannot use Premiere Pro in this condition. Thank you.   Any questions, please email me at [personal info deleted by mod]

I'm working off of a new computer and forgot to turn off auto-update on my creative cloud account, and so today woke up to 24.4.1. Yesterday I was using 24.3.    Two major issues I've encountered thus far:   1. The fx button on clips gets in the way of me selecting clips on the timeline with my mouse and moving them. Instead I find I have to zoom in so as to avoid this annoying button. Moving clips on the timeline is far more important than an fx button. This should be fixed/resolved asap.    2. I like to have my my timeline tracks as thin as possible so I can see as many of the layers of video/gfx/text/audio as possible. BUT when the timeline tracks are at that thinness you cannot use 'show duplicate frame markers'. It simply isn't visible. I have to 'shift +' to see if any clips have already been used. This is not an improvement.    I've been working on an hour long sequence all morning now, and these are the two issues that have most jumped out at

I need to force an interpret footage setting (field dominance) before encoding in a watch folder automatically. Any neat idea how? I know I can select clips in a queue and do them all together, but I need this workflow to be done automatically.

Elements Organizer 2023 was working earlier today.  Then stopped. Now every launch the window looks like it is opening normally, but the window that appears is all black or all white, and Task Manager shows the process is not responding. Of course I have tried to troubleshoot.New CatalogRepaired CatalogRename psa.prfRename status.datReset Online (OLS rename)Clear Cacheuninstall/reinstallLog.txt has no errors (uploaded all logs)Verified Windows and Graphics card are up to date.rebooted The editor still works, just not the Organizer.  No plugins added.I did install Handbrake 1.6.1 and the supporting libraries between the time Organizer worked and didn't.  That has been removed.  I am very compute savvy, and 3 hours later no luck.  I just wanted to tag some photos and videos I had added earlier. Support chat ended the conversation with no person on the other end every seeing it.  I guess I have to keep typing in the chat to keep it alive. A

I had a hard drive failure in my Windows 10 PC which was unreadable. I replaced the HDD and reinstalled W10 and Photoshop Elements 9. I then bought a new Windows 11 PC and installed PE9 but got a message from Adobe that I had exceeded the number of installs. I uninstalled it from the W10 PC on the new HDD but I am unable to do that with the failed HDD. I now have just one install of PE9 in the W11 PC but I cannot use it. What can I do, I do not believe I should have to purchase another licence?

We have a couple of people who have shared their accounts with me. These people no longer have access to Adobe Sign and left our department, however they show up on my list of those accounts I can access. Is there any way to remove them from my list or do I need to contact my account admin?

Every time I edit an image using Denoise or Photoshop, LR changes Date Time Original to reflect the edit date, casuing the images to be out of order when sorting using Sort by Capture Date. I tried Metadata>Edit Capture time but it doesn't make any difference. I've enclosed a couple of screen shots and appreciate any help.

Hi all, running into a formatting issue when using Adobe Sign. I have a branded PDF form with custom fonts for the editable fields. Opening the PDF from the desktop preserves the custom fonts. However when you do Fill and Sign, the fonts dfault to whatever Acrobat's default font is. The customer text colours remain. Any thoughts or advice is appreciated.

Is it possible to have an Adminstrator obtain the secure password for the signed document in order to unlock the PDF and redact?

I have not updated my photoshop in a while so I'm not sure if I somehow didn't noticed this until now or it changed without my updating (seems unlikely, but that's what it feels like). I'm on 26.2. The dropdown that used to say "free, fixed ratio, fixed size" is gone and in its place is "generate image, import image" which seems to sort of do the same thing as the first two options with just less clear verbiage, but fixed size isn't possible.

In previous versions of Premiere Pro, when you zoom the Program window in any higher than the "Fit" level, sliders appear on the bottom and right of the window allowing you to move around the frame (see below).   In Premiere Pro 24.5, the sliders don't appear and there is no way to move around the frame once you are zoomed in (see below).   macOS Ventura 13.6.7 M2 Pro Mac mini 32GB
