My Acrobat keeps opening as reader. I am logged in and all my other Adobe applications are working as expected.

I use a laptop and things are fine. However, when I move my window onto my second (much larger, so I can see) monitor, I can't move objects the same.  When I click using the selection tool and attempt to move the object and/or text, the selected object randomly jumps to a location left and down from where my cursor is.  If I move the window back to my laptop, it works fine again.  Help! This is hard to explain and I'm not super technologically inclined.   All I know is I've been using this same laptop and second monitor for over a year and now, all of a sudden, it's decided not to work the same.

A day ago, I messaged Adobe saying I'd like to cancel my Adobe Acrobat teams account; I just didn't need it anymore. They contacted me over chat and let me know they cancelled it, great!I just got this email today with the subject line: Action Required - Avoid Scattered Adobe Contracts! It goes on to say there are users under my account that are adding other users and that is costing me with no discount. Is this legitimate? It's from  xxxxxxxx@adobe.com[Edited by moderator: Email address has been removed as this a public forum.]

I am trying to modify actor contracts sent to me from an affiliated organization that a third party needs to sign once we have drafted the contract details. We are prompted to enter an Employment Agreement Number each time we open one of these contracts, which is fine because we are the employer. The problem arises when the third party tries to open the pdf and can't because they cannot access our EAN. How do we disable this so that the third party can open the contract and e-sign without needing to enter the EAN?

I am new to Frame.io integration with Adobe CC.  I subscribe to the whole bundle. The first hurdle I was trying to understand is how I add my clients to a project so they are notified when I add new content or need review.  In the + add member it seems it only allows 2 people. I get this:Exceeded account limit of 2 Members. To add more members, subscribe to Pro.So as I understand it, this feature isn't for clients? Rather for team members to add or edit content. Can anyone assist in the proper way to add clients so they can review material?

Is there a way to disable the feature where a CC'd person does not receive an e-mail and unsigned copy before the document is fully signed? And only have them receive a signed copy whenc complete? It's very confusing for the person to receive an email with an unsigned attachment then receive another one when it's signed.

After I upgraded to update 18 on CF2021, I find that many of the administrator pages display errors like those below. I backed out the upgrade back to CF2021 Update 13 and the errors persist. The errors did not occur prior to the upgrade attempt. Anyone kno0w a solution? (P.S. Sorry to be asking so many questions lately. I've been a ColdFusion user for 25 years and am much better at programming than debugging software versioning and installation issues.)

My computer is running Windows 11.  My C: drive is running out of space and I need to deinstall Lightroom Classic (Software) and reinstall it on my 😧 drive.  Is there a place in Adobe Creative Cloud or in the intallation process that will ask me for the destination drive where I want the software to be installed?  Are there any issues with the deinstallation process?  Will it leave any files on my C: drive?  Thanks!!

With a project set up as "Adobe color managed" with a working Color Space of "Rec.709 Gamma 2.4" trying to export as a png sequence returns the error "... PNGIO library error: profile 'After Effects ICC Profile': 0h: PCS illuminant is not D50 (5027 :: 12)". This does not occur in After Effects 2024 with exactly the same settings. To reproduce the error set up a project with the settings as in the screenshots and attempt to export a png sequence. Windows 11.

We need Adobe to change their identity settings in the Administrative Console.  The Max Session Life and Session Idle Time settings are normally set to default as unlimited.  We have set these for our institution and really need Adobe to change this timeframe to be able to increase the number of days for Max Session Life and Session Idle Time -- having options like 30, 60, 90, 120 days would be extremely helpful.

Hello, Our organization has some Acrobat Pro DC licenses that are assigned to our users. However, some users are unable to use the electronic signature tools provided by Acrobat Sign, especially requesting electronic signatures.I already searched the forum and found some information. This is probably happening because our environment profile has changed, so users who previously used the tool in the old profile, now that they have been migrated to the new one, are no longer able to use it as they are still linked to that profile. We tried adding and removing the user, removing and adding the license and it didn't work. The error messages that appear to users are:"Request e-signature services aren't available for the profile you selected when signing in" on webor"Please accept the Adobe Acrobat Sign invitation previously emailed to you. If you have questions, contact your account administrator."I tried to contact support in the admin console, but the chat doesn't work and I don't hav

I normally get between 0.33-0.99 for my sales. Today, only one of my sales earned 20.78. How do you think this happens? How is this fee determined?

Hi everyone,I recently uploaded several PNG images with transparent backgrounds to Adobe Stock, but most of them were rejected due to "quality issues." As I'm new to submitting transparent PNG files, I’m seeking some advice on what I may have done wrong and how I can improve my work to meet Adobe’s requirements. Here are the details of the files I uploaded:Image Size: 3072 x 4096File Size: 22.9 MB - 43 MBhttps://stock.adobe.com/at/stock-photo/id/1220986499?asset_id=1220986499I’m sending reduced versions of the files here, as I couldn't upload the original larger files (over 10MB) to this chat. Can anyone suggest what I might have done wrong or how I can improve the quality of my files? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

I am working on a questionaire I opened from a link on a reliable email.  I was able to fill and sign a couple of days ago but today when I tried to open to continue the work, I got the following error message:The operation could not be completed as Acrobat Pro doesn't have permission to access: ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.mail/Data/Library/Mail Downloads/959F9A7A-03C7-4F62-AC92-A10E8B1593B0/.Launch privacy settings to grant access?I opened privacy settings, think I have the appropriate ones marked as ok but still can't open my document.  Help!

I was messaged many times by Adobe support but they replied to auto message all the time and told me 8 weeks. This is frustrating. Already 3 months done but they still told me 2 months. Please anyone help me.
