Solved

I've followed instructions from others complaining of something similar to not avail. This video file reads 01:27:35:04 in Reaper, Handbrake, and QuickTime, and in Google Drive and on Vimeo. Bringing it into Premiere Pro, Audition, and two different non-Adobe-related dedicated captioning programs, it always reads 01:27:29:21. I had the editor re-export with CBR, which didn't help. I even re-exported that one through Handbrake with CFR, which still didn't fix it. I'm desperate, as a collaboration I'm doing is not working because our programs are reading the file differently.

Hello... how to loop composition with CC Bubbles effect in AE?

Hi guys! sorry about this simple question, i created a retangular shape layer and i need to animate her using trim path, like a loading bar, but when i try to do this, the bar fills sideways, like on this screen shot. I need the bar filled like a loading bar, i know i can use mate to use other shape layer to hide him and animate position to reveal the original shape, but i was wondering how i can do this with trim path! thanks

I have a complex InDesign document that has several images.  Starting this morning, I can no longer move anything in the document using the mouse.  The only way I can move anything is by using the arrow keys.  Any ideas?

After effects seems to forget keyboard shortcut (cmd+m). For example I'm animating some graphic elements and everything is working well, but when I try to export the final animation, I'm pressing cmd+m (the shortcut I made, somehow this new after effects doesn't have it by default) it doesn't work, but when I just open the menu for keyboard shortcuts and close it, without changing or adding anything, it works. It's like I have to remind it by just opening the menu...Weird

I am managing a restaurant booking platform, and we have several restaurants with no pictures on their product details pages. My question is if it is allowed for me to use one or two stock photos using the Standard License as the default replacement for all of these restaurants with no pictures? Is there a cap to how many times I can use the images? The page itself is a reservation page, but the picture is not directly the product itself.

I find the contextual task bar appears way too close to the cursor, almost immediately below the layer. It blocks the entire area below your selection and it is a perpetual pain to constantly move it out of view.

I noticed someone else had a very similar problem back in February, but had just upgraded to CS3 and opened a 6.5 file. I'm working on a file I just began a couple of days ago in CS3 and have begun having the same problem today. The problem is that at seemingly random times, keyframes that I've been moving back and forth to tweak suddenly cease to be selectable. If I singe-click on them with either mouse button, nothing happens. If I double-click on them with either mouse button, the current setting dialogue box pops up. BUT--if I drag a marquee around one or more of them, they will get selected--I just can't move them. I'll drag a keyframe or keyframes one way, it won't be quite right, so I'll try to drag them back, and suddenly some of them won't go, and when I try to select them singly, they just stay gray. They show up in the graph editor, but I can't move them there either. I have no idea what's going on. Anybody else know what's going on? Thanks, Clint

I subscribed to Adobe acrobat premium for IOS but when I go to the app and sign in it says there's no subscription to restore and wants me to pay for another year.

Recently I am having problems with Color Space in Both PS and Bridge.  The Meta data on my file shows Color space being sRGB IEC31966-2.1   Yet if I choose the same working color space in PS the colors all come out Wrong !  All other apps show correct colors when I open the same file.   Only if I select View-Proof Setup-Monitor, then colors become correct...This is even a problem when Working Color space is the same as what is indicated in the Meta data.  I suspect there is a BUG in PS or Bridge or both..?  Can someone verify this ?

Good afternoon. Recently, the percentage of images that have not been accepted has increased. The images are generated using AI and uploaded in 4096px x 4096px resolution. Can you tell me what's wrong with them and what's the reason? I would like to figure out how to eliminate these errors.

First time uploading on Adobe Stock and half of my submissions were rejected. The only reason i can think of is kewyword spam. Can anyone spot issues with a few of the images i submitted? Also is it possible to reupload declined submissions without having to redo the Title and Keywords? Or do i need to reupload the picture and then add keywords again? Thanks

Can I still post images to Adobe stock if they re created with Topaz? I'm seeing that Topaz is cheaper and still creates very good image results.   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hello, I'm a graphic designer working in medical communications/science publishing. Clients often send us figures output directly from their graphing software as PDFs where datapoints are formatted as text bullets instead of outlined shapes. When I open the PDFs in Illustrator, these datapoints are usually in Myriad Pro and, even though I have Myriad Pro activated, the bullets don't display and I have to switch to Arial or similar. This changes the actual size of the bullets, which changes the numerical positioning of the point on the x/y axes of the figure.  While it isn't a huge problem if all the datapoints use the same font size--I can eyeball it and resize/nudge them all uniformly to match the PDF--it is a problem when each circle bullet is sized proportionately with the data. While I can switch to Arial, convert type to outlines, and transform each, I'm not confident that this preserves the proportionate areas of each circle while also preserving their x/y position.&nbsp

Can i use vectors generated by adobe capture as stock vectors? Means if i capture own image and make its pattern or vector using adobe capture and then upload to adobestock contributor account. Is ot remain safe for my account , is it legal?

Nothing is showing up in the composition panel in after effects.  I created a new project and added my text layers in the timeliness but it not show up in the composition window. It will not preview or anything. Zoom is fine and yes thing are actually added to the timeline to view (texts). Is it that the driver is not updated?

Hello, esteemed community:)PNG is hard work. But important! Attached is the rejected file. I think I did everything perfectly, but unfortunately it was rejected.I appeal to the collective mind for help, so as not to repeat mistakes in the future.Cheers!

Hello,I have exceeded the maximum number of layers, which is 200. Do you know of a way to increase this limit? It's really annoying, I can no longer move the elements of my page forward or backward. Why did they set a limit..

I'm doing a bunch of screenshots using the windows 11 screenshot tool.I'm then taking those screenshots, saving them as png files, and then inserting them into adobe acrobat pdf files (I have acrobat pro). Is there a way to insert the images directly from the screenshot tool into acrobat without first saving the images as files?

Goedenavond!
