Hello, I haven't been able to update my Acrobat for about two weeks. I keep getting this error message (see screenshot):Unable to connect to the Adobe update server. Check that you are connected to the internet and try again.Error: 105 I've tried everything, like using the Adobe Limited Access Repair Tool, resetting the hosts file, and disabling the Mac Firewall.NOTHING, absolutely nothing, this window keeps popping up. Yesterday I completely reinstalled another Mac. And here, too, I can't update Acrobat. This window pops up. Yes, I have internet, otherwise I wouldn't be able to publish this article. What is this? It only affects Acrobat. I can update all the other apps. ThanksJoerg

I can't resize vectors or objects using the selection tool. I have been using Illiustrator for years. I have tried updating the software and my OS. No arrow appears anymore when I hover over anything with the selection tool. In order to resize, I have to enter new dimensions in propoerites.

I am trying to place a signature stamp on multiple pages. I used to be able to just click the signature stamp button once and it would allow me to keep using the stamp without having to reclick the stamp button, ever since the update it no longer allows me to keep using the stamp and I have to reclick the stamp every time I need it. Since it is a signature stamp the signature goes on a different spot on each page and I have hundreds of pages. I just want a stamp that is continuous so I don’t have to waste time reclicking each time I need to stamp. Help, please!

I was informed at the Firefly app was going to be offering free image and video generation through December 1st. I am a subscriber. And it just said that I have used up all of my credits

Not too long ago I setup illustrator to use gimp for external image editing (black/white curve corrections). Now when i press "edit original", illustrator calls gimp, working as intended.I want to change that setup but cannot find where to do it, can't remember neither and is driving me insane.May somebody point me towards where is that configuration please?. Thanks in advance.

Please can someone let me know how to remove a sound from a video. It's a birthday video but has quite a loud laugh interrupting it. Many thanks.

I am writing to report an issue with my Adobe Creative Cloud Pro subscription. My bank account was successfully charged via automatic withdrawal for the subscription fee, and the payment has fully cleared on my end.According to this, I should have had full access to the Creative Cloud products starting on June 18, 2026. However, my account still shows as inactive, and I am currently unable to open or use any of the applications on my Mac.

please cancel n give me refund

i forgot about this free trial and it took my last 20$ amd i do not use this. please cancel and give refund.

I submitted all the relevant information in January to Adobe to get my education status confirmed for 2026. I have been had the education status since 2023. I have the confirmation email confirming my status - received 30/01/2026. In 2025 the switch was automatically made. 2026 it has not. I am paying S113.49 not the education price of $54.99/month or even $69.99/month. When I go into change the plan it says I need to confirm my education status again. I am being over charged and would like to know how to fix this.

I signed up for a free trial, cancelled the same day! I have the email confirmation Still I was charged $48!!!  Unbelievable scam of an app and terrible user interface. I'm tempted to get a Mac again just so I don't have to use Adobe to manage PDFs (their Preview is soooo much better and free)

What is it? I can’t create any image

I'm working on a workflow that requires applying a certification signature with DocMDP P=1 ("No changes allowed") to a PDF, while also producing an LTV-enabled seal.ISO 32000-2 explicitly carves out DSS dictionary updates and document timestamp additions from the restrictions, meaning these should be permitted even under P=1. However, Acrobat has historically flagged such post-certification additions as invalidating the certification. A few questions:Is a fix on the roadmap and is there a target release? In the meantime, what does Adobe recommend for use cases that genuinely require both the highest certification level and embedding revocation info? I'd appreciate any official guidance, since the alternatives each involve trade-offs (CMS-only embedding doesn't cover the TSA chain and P=2 weakens the certification guarantee). Thanks.

duplicates features. i..e had two Sydney Opera houses in one generation and two Sydney harbour bridges. Blew up an aircraft on a carrier, but nothing in description to cause that. No option to reject a generation or get credit for bad renders. duplicates major features. Two opera houses, two harbour bridges etc

I have a Firefly account with an increase in credits but they aren’t showing on my account?[PII removed by Mod]

So I'm adjusting to this app from Photoshop mix which was discontinued unfortunately, that was my go to app. It had this feature similar to quick select in the erase section where it would cut the image out where you would trace it and it would detect the color or the lines and it was so easy to use and there is a similar feature on this app but it only allows me to erase and not the other way around. If anyone knows what I'm talking about let me know sorry if this sounds confusing but anyone who used to use Photoshop mix should know what im talking about.

Dear Adobe Support Team,I am requesting a refund for the recent charge on my Adobe account.I had taken an Adobe free trial and attempted to cancel it before being charged. During the cancellation process, I was asked many questions and had to go through several confusing steps. At that time, I genuinely believed my trial cancellation had been completed successfully. However, I later found that I was charged for a new month. I have now properly followed all the cancellation steps and cancelled my subscription. I am not using the Adobe service and did not intend to continue with a paid subscription.Since the charge happened due to confusion during the cancellation process, I kindly request a full refund for the recent payment. Please review my account and process the refund as soon as possible.Thank you for your support.Regards,Fahad

"Today I signed up for a basic subscription, but I lack features. Therefore, I want to switch to a premium subscription. If I do this, will my money for the basic subscription be returned?"

In the recent InDesign versions Adobe has introduced HarfBuzz as the default text shaping engine but the Justification alternates feature is now not working in OpenType fonts at all, we have confirmed it by testing Arabic fonts. For Adobe text rendering engine this feature still works seamlessly but for Harfbuzz this fails silently. Is there some compatibility issue of Harfbuzz with Adobe paragraph model or we are missing something as we have tested several fonts with same result? It has disturbed all our past documents as the users use this feature in the whole documents to beautifully justify the paragraphs using justification alternates.
