Hello,I signed up for an Adobe free trial but did not continue using it after the trial ended. I never used the paid plan. At the time, my card had no funds, so the payment did not go through. However, today my savings account was charged automatically for the full annual plan.Since I only used the free trial and never used the paid subscription, I believe this charge was unintended. I kindly request help to process a full refund for this payment.

Urgent: My primary Adobe account was compromised immediately after I gave my credit card to an agent over Adobe’s official phone line to start a subscription. The attacker instantly changed my login email to an unknown address, locking me out. My card was hit with fraud and canceled. Because the email was changed, standard support channels on X are stuck in a loop and cannot locate my account.I have a project deadline frozen by this security failure. I need an Adobe Staff Member to escalate this to the Security Team

My AUSST server only services Windows clients, it will only ever service Windows clients.  Over half of the disk space is consumed by Apple / OSX updates. Can we get a filter for operating system built into AUSST?  I’ve seen this asked for as much as 6 years ago.

Guys, I want to leave here my sincere wishes for a happy 2022, but I also want to leave a dispute about adobe air. I wanted to know why Adobe doesn't improve this application, as I've been using it for many years, and it has always been an important part of my projects, and I really wanted the company to leave it with a prettier and more functional designer, adapting to the time that every day more technological things appear. With him I always made projects even for Minecraft. Hi everyone.I’m trying to create a script for an automation where I need to change the frame size of the active sequence, basically going from 1920x1080 to 1080x1080. Can it be done with the current API?Thanks.

I’m working on a photography-focused website in Dreamweaver and I’m trying to find the right balance between image quality and website performance.Photography websites often need large, high-resolution images for portfolios, weddings, events, and galleries, but using too many large files can make pages load slowly.I’d be interested to know how other Dreamweaver users handle this. Do you usually resize and compress images before uploading them, use WebP, or rely on another workflow?I came across this photography website while looking at different examples of image-heavy sites:properpix.comThe gallery looks quite image-focused, so it made me wonder what the best approach is for keeping this type of website visually strong without sacrificing loading speed.Would appreciate any recommendations for image optimization and responsive image handling in Dreamweaver.

Hi everyone,I've been having a strange issue with Acrobat recently. Everything works normally after I sign in, but whenever I close and reopen Acrobat, it asks me to sign in again. I've already checked that I'm using the same Adobe account, but the issue keeps coming back.Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a setting or cache that I should check to stop Acrobat from repeatedly asking for authentication?

Bien cordialement,

Can't actually run a pre-existing action through a new action since the new action window has been redesigned - it used to work perfectly. In our specific case we have a multi layered high pass action that we want to run through our batch of about 500 images, but we also want this action to go through after we have reframed and cropped the files. In the old versions we could simply record a new action and then run through the recording of the new action that other high pass action. In the new version you can actually create a new action and tell it to have another one run through it, although when comes the time to run the action, this other other that you want to “play” through this new one will not go through, you get a window that tells you the action cannot run within the action. It’s hard to explain clearly I guess it’s a very concrete and specific situation. It’s one of these things where these new action windows look “cooler” but they are deeply flawed in how they were redesigne

Confirm cancellation button is not working for me but I already made a payment for my plans today.

Today, there were many notifications from my bank apps said 'FAILED Card transaction -118.71USD' from Adobe Saggart, Dubl IRL, which details 'Original amount: 151.51 SGDFirstly, I thought 'Luckily! I locked my card for online payment so I couldn't be lost for the scam' but it's not like that, I went through the Card's statement and found out 2 transactions which I surely didn't make it. One was on Aug 24 amount 151.51 SGD, and another was on Sep 4 amount 46.23 SGD. Since I didn't subscribe for any ADOBE products, so I surely was scammed.I will be reporting this to the bank as fraud, but I am searching  the Internet for similar issue, and surprisingly, there are a lot.Due to my card is a Prepaid card, so I had a latest topped up balance about US $160. But now the balance remains US $1.79, I lost almost $160.I hope Adobe would clarify it for me and for others who face the same thing as well.

Has anyone else paid for a month thinking they were on a monthly plan, canceled, then had another invoice paid, then warned about an early cancellation fee without their permission?

I work with medical billing documents regularly, so I often have to review and organize a large number of PDF files.I’m curious how other Acrobat Reader users keep their documents manageable when there are many files to review. Naming files properly and keeping folders organized helps, but I’m always interested in finding simpler ways to work with PDFs.What Acrobat Reader features or habits help you most when dealing with a large number of documents?I’d especially like to hear tips for searching, reviewing, organizing, or sharing PDFs efficiently.

I want to find specific images or groups/categories of images in my Lightroom cloud library. How do I add metadata to my images so I can find them more easily with search queries? Alternatively, how do I build search queries using the metadata available in Lightroom cloud-style library searches?

Hello,I accidentally forgot to cancel my free trial, and I was charged US$33.99 by Adobe Systems Software Ireland Ltd.I did not intend to continue the subscription, and I realized the charge only after it was processed. I have already canceled the plan (or I will cancel it immediately) and would like to kindly request a refund for this charge.I have been using Adobe on a trial basis only and would greatly appreciate your understanding and assistance. If possible, please process a refund for the US$33.99 payment.Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.

I have a scan of a document with Arabic text. I am trying to run OCR on it. I cannot find Arabic in the list of languages under Enhance | Scanned Document | Settings.  I saw some posts online that state that Arabic is not supported and one that says that right to left languages including Hebrew and Arabic are now supported. I am not sure which is true, but I can confirm that Hebrew is now in my list of languages. Is Arabic supported? If so, how do I enable it?

Today my Adobe Stock contributor account was suddenly deactivated. I have never done anything illegal or against Adobe rules. All the content I upload is created by me. I make my own AI images using Adobe Firefly, and I also create my own professional video content. On 16 November 2025, my account received more than 300 downloads, and after I requested my payout, my account was deactivated. I feel this might be a system misunderstanding or an automatic review issue.I have already submitted a request through the Adobe Stock Contributor Support Form, but I also wanted to ask here:Has anyone faced this before? How long does Adobe usually take to respond? Is there anything else I should do?I hope to recover my account because I always follow Adobe Stock guidelines and upload only original work.Thank you to anyone who can guide me.

Adobe Stock Contributor account deactivated for “suspicious activity” – appeal still unresolvedHello Adobe Stock Community,I am hoping that someone who has gone through a similar situation, or an Adobe Community Manager, can help me understand how to get an appeal effectively reviewed by Contributor Relations.I have been an Adobe Stock Contributor since the Fotolia era, for approximately 20 years. On 26 June 2026, my Contributor account was deactivated for “suspicious activity”. The notification did not identify any specific asset, transaction, activity or policy violation.I contacted Contributor Support immediately and received Case 00524676. Adobe instructed me to submit an appeal through the official appeal form, which I did. However, the appeal form gave me no acknowledgement of receipt, no appeal reference number and no way to track its status. On 22 July, I followed up through Case 00524676 asking Adobe to confirm whether the appeal had actually been received and requesting an updat

I'm mostly a Maya animator, and although I've been using AE for 20+ years it's mostly been as a compositing tool and never really had to do too much fine editing of animation. I'm now doing a full 2D/2.5D animation project in AE, and I cannot BELIEVE how absolutely rubbish the graph editor and motion editing tools are. I know this is a well-known fact about AE, but I'm still flabbergasted at just how pathetic the graph editor is and how even the most basic animation curve editing features are rudimentary beyond belief and totally lacking in user friendliness. I am mostly trying to work with Puppet Tool animation. First issue there is NO ABILITY TO SEPARATE CHANNELS on position pins, a capability that exists on just about everything else. Why is this missing? This then has the knockon effect of not being able to frame only one X or Y curve easily, since the button to do this automatically frames both channels. I have yet to figure out if there is an easy way to zoom in and out of curves

I'm editing with browser set to Icon view of which does not display Time Code just duration and since I'm editing 3 Cameras and 6 GoPros I've added Time Code to hundreds of Master Clips. I've completed a lengthy time line with many clips and would like to remove the Time Code from Master Clips or even just the clips in the Time Line before output. How do you remove Master Clips effects for all clips in the project or even just the Time Line Clips. I've watched many tutorials but all of them deal with just a few clips. Also, I can't seem to apply effects to Audio Master Clips.Macbook Pro OSX El Capitan ver10.11.4Pro CC 2015.3Source Material Sony XDCAM EX 30pProject Sony XDCAM EX 30p
