Solved

Who thought it a good idea to change nearly everything at once?   Guess what - most of us are working for a living and don't have time for hours of tutorials and having to sift through support forums to find out how to use software that has been one of the back-bones of our work-flow.   As a designer working in the construction industry, along with being a skilled graphic designer, (you name the Adobe product, I have probably used it)  I have found Acrobat to be an excellent, can't live without tool over the years, but this new version has hidden every bit of functionalityy that I personally need.   Am I asking for help here? No. I simply don't have time to mess around while some hotshot new designer celebrates his/her/it's new internal slaps on the back for a job 'well done' at Adobe, and the team scrabble around to answer some of the complaints.    To say I am dissapointed, is an understatement.    Before anyone says it, there are always compla

I edited a photo in Lightroom, then transferred it to Topaz Photo AI, and afterwards sent it back to Lightroom again. After that, I exported the image. When I look at the exported photo on my computer, it does not appear exactly as sharp as it does inside Lightroom. What am I doing wrong? Also, there is another issue recently: when I look at the exported JPEG file inside the folder where I exported it, it says “waiting for update” underneath the file. Maybe this could be related to the problem.I should also mention that the original file was already a JPEG image before I edited it in Lightroom. Could this possibly be the reason for the quality difference?I will also send a screenshot of my export settings.

Having the exact same issue now! It just redirects to downloading Adobe Express from the App Store and does not take me to what I linked! I tried clearing cache, I tried the view-only link, I tried the URL directly, nothing works!

I am looking for a beach scene with waves and surfers.  In the foreground would be a surf shack with surfing boards and other paraphernalia typical of that type of property.  Want palm trees, coconuts, beach chairs, etc and all in a cartoon style.

Here is my prompt and image result. I do not appreciate the slur of “Coon” being added to the image on the left. Highly inappropriate and racist, Adobe!!! You are better than Grok. Prompt:Create a tax and business tracking collage image to be used to explain and article on real estate related business practices. The colors should be light blues and white and creams and images could include a computer, tax documents, calculator, cell phone, receipts, condo images, car, a diverse group of multi ethnic people looking at a house. Images can be mostly photos and a mix of illustrations.

Hello, I have installed the latest version of PS but when I try to use the Remove tool, I receive the message "Required components are being downloaded. Check back later to use the feature once the download is complete. It actually downloads nothing and every time I try to use this tool, the warning message appears.any ideas how to fix this?

Lately Ive been having lag issues with Illustrator opening. It takes a few minutes - and when i cmd+opt+esc to see the tasks it always says “not responding.” It does eventually open, but wondering why this is happening? I keep looking for an update to the program, but its been 2 weeks now.

There are many annoying features of Acrobat DC as compared to the prior versions of Acrobat. However, one of the most annoying and time consuming is the need to click "Post" at the end of each comment that you're writing.  Is there a way to turn this off  on a default basis and have comments saved automatically?   If not, are there keyboard shortcuts that can be used to be able to select the Post button and/or close the comment box without having to manually click on the Post box and the X in the upper right to close the comment. Is this "feature" also present in the latest desktop version of Adobe? If not, is it possible to switch from Acrobat DC to the desktop version?

Hi everyone. So eaerlier this evening I downloaded Sapphire plugin for AE; I was having some issues with it and a friend suggested just redownloading it, so for some silly reason I just decided to delete all of the Sapphire files (plugins, etc) off my laptop. However, since I did that, every time I've tried to open AE an error message appears saying: "Can't find Sapphire bundle in /Applications/BorisFX/Saphire 2022 Adobe/config/sapphire-ae64.bundle: file does not exist. Please reinstall Sapphire Plug-ins to fix this problem." I feel like I've tried everything: I've cleared ALL Sapphire plugin folders, I've reinstalled AE several times, I've reinstalled the sapphire plugins (and yet again deleted them) and literally nothing has worked. As far as I can see, there are absolutely no remaining Sapphire or BorisFX files or folders. I've tried clearing/resetting AE preferences. Nothing's been working, and I know people have had this issue before as I've googled it and trie

We get this all the time. InDesign will gripe about a few characters in a document. So you can click on the error, see that yes once again Times Roman is applied to some invisible character, and then change the character to match the rest of the document. But this isn’t enough. Now InDesign will complain about that font for those characters, even though it’s obviously installed and used for tens of thousands of other characters in the document.Anybody have a workaround for this defect? Thanks!

Suddenly the hand-tool (hand) is turned on and stuck. I pressed the space bar many times, but issue do not let go. Switching to other instruments does not work, but menus and hotkeys do. I’ve been using Illustrator for well over-20 years and have never seen this issue at this intensity. Illustrator is freezing every 4–5 seconds, like clockwork, for about half a second. It’s rhythmic and continuous, and it’s now becoming difficult to work with.No other Adobe apps do this. No other program on my system does this. It is 100% Illustrator‑specific.I spent my entire Saturday trying to isolate the cause. Here’s what I’ve already done:•     Reset all Illustrator preferences•     Renamed/deleted Adobe cache folders (AppData → Roaming & Local)•     Checked mouse settings, polling rate, drivers•     Checked Windows registry scancode maps•     Disabled all overlays (Xbox Game Bar, NVIDIA, etc.)•     Toggled GPU Performance on/off•     Toggled Real-Time Drawing & Editing•     Toggled Pixel Preview, Overprint Preview, Smart Guides, Rulers / Reset Preferences •     Tested in blank documents and new files•     Disabled Creative Cloud sync features•     Checked for background p

I’ve been using Lightroom Classic for nearly 20 years now (version 1.0) and have basically kept the same catalog all of these years.  Here recently I used the Smugmug plugin to export some photos to the cloud and I noticed that all of the photos had the keyword “Sheila”.  The only problem is, I removed the “Sheila” keyword from my catalog along time ago.  It’s not in my Keyword list anywhere.  When I select any of the 200,000 photos I have and, in the Library module, view the Keyword Tags → Enter Keywords…. I do NOT see “Sheila”.  However, if I change the Keyword Tags dropdown to “Will Export”, everyone one of them has a tag “Sheila”.  You can’t edit this list.  I’ve tried everything I can to remove.  I’ve even tried exporting a folder that only had 30 or so pictures to its own catalog to see if a new catalog would fix the issue… no luck.Need help on solving this…. the only thing I can think of is that there must be a “root” keyword somewhere and for some reason “Shiela” got set as the

Dear Adobe Support Team, I hope you are doing well.I recently signed up for the free trial of Adobe Photoshop with the intention of using it only during the trial period. However, I received an invoice for a charge after the trial ended. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I had intended to cancel the subscription within the free trial period, but unfortunately I was unable to do so in time.If possible, I would greatly appreciate your understanding and consideration regarding the invoice and subscription cancellation. I would be very grateful if you could kindly review my situation.Thank you very much for your time and support. I look forward to your response. Best regards,

After migration from CF2016 to CF2025 custom fonts are not used anymore in cfr reports. Replacement fonts are used instead.I configured them in the same way as I did in CF2016. They are displayed in the Server Settings -- Font Management tab.I am using CF2025 Update 8 on Windows 11.Please advise.

Can someone explain the results when the following is run on an Illustrator document with one text frame?var myDoc = app.activeDocument;var myTextFrame = myDoc.textFrames[0]myTextFrame.contents = "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet\rLorem\tipsum\tdolor\tsit\tamet";alert(myTextFrame.words.length);alert(myTextFrame.lines[0].words.length);alert(myTextFrame.lines[1].words.length);for (l=0; l<2; l++){ concat = "#"; for (i=0; i<myTextFrame.lines[l].words.length; i++) { concat += myTextFrame.lines[l].words[i].contents; concat += "#"; } alert(concat);}1459#Lorem#ipsum#dolor#sit#amet##Lorem#Lorem#ipsum#ipsum#dolor#dolor#sit#sit#amet#Why does separating the words by tabs seem to duplicate all but the last word in the line?Is this a bug, and if not, what is the logic behind it?I believe I have the latest version of Illustrator downloaded via CC

It's a little difficult to explain this properly, but whenever I try to move the Illustrator program window to another part of my screen, it instantly moves behind every other program window I have open. Even if I just move it a teeny tiny bit...boom... now it's behind all the programs I have open. It is very annoying and I can't find a solution anywhere. I dropped in "before and after" screenshots if they help at all. You can see the "Pathfinder" toolbar is still in front of the Chrome window so it's definitely a weird glitch. The issue doesn't happen with any other Adobe program either. I have updated to the latest vesion of AI a few times and still no luck. I have a 2021 Macbook Pro. Anyone have a solution? Thank you.

After opening a 3rd party project, probably made where text writes right to left, I can’t get After Effects 2026 to type Left to Right. (The same thing has occurred in the Beta version) How can I get the Latin text engine back? It is NOT a setting in the character or paragraph dialogues, and I’ve tried “resetting” both of those. I’ve also attempted the switch opening a project that use to work properly to reset it. That didn’t work either. I’m on a Mac running Tahoe. I’d prefer to not trash the preferences and lose my workspaces and keyboard shortcuts. Thanks!
