Hi everyone.I've searched the forums for ages and tried several solutions, but none of them worked. It would be great if I could customize the script storage path, right-click to open the path, and double-click to run the script. I found this—it’s over 5,000 lines long, which is a bit excessive; my AI just froze up.https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Silly-V/Adobe-Illustrator/refs/heads/master/Script%20Panel%202/ScriptPanel_2.jsxDo you have any recommendations? Thanks!

I have tried multiple times to add my Facebook Page and Instagram Business account to my Adobe Express schedule and every time I get a Connection failed message.I can connect my Twitter and Linkedin accounts without any issues.

Saludos.

I live in Canada but travel overseas often. I get an 12mo Adobe Express subscription with my Airtel cell phone plan there.  When I tried to activate it using my existing Adobe ID, I get this error: "This code is from a country or region that does not match your Adobe ID." The only solution it recommends is to call customer support or create a new Adobe ID.  Is there an option to add a region to my existing Adobe ID that I can change in my existing Adobe Account profile, or do I have to call and bother Adobe support for this?  My thought is that my Adobe ID should enable me global access, no? Adding another Adobe ID account is just more stuff to manage.

Can please get my 500 credits back? This was a costly platform mistake. My Ray 2 video generation failed with a technical error but deducted 500 premium credits. I would like the 500 credits returned. My may 18 credit refresh just arrived and i had 4000/4000 and now i have 3500/4000 - but with no video since it failed, for 500 credits which is quite a few. I have a screenshot of the error and the deduction.  [PII removed by Mod]

I was using Premiere Rush to do this but when I changed my plan from monthly to annual Adobe withdrew it from my plan then told me that I never had it. I have been using Adobe Express to do it in the meantime but my trial will run out next month, I am a paid subscriber to CC though so will I still be able to carry out this action via Adobe Express without paying extra for Premium?

I can’t manage my plan to even check which one I am on or change, it refuses to load, I’ve tried multiple browsers, incognito, turned off adblockers and extensions, cleared cookies, logged out and logged in, every other page seems to work except this one. Seems like a scummy tactic to prevent people from downgrading or cancelling their plan.

Odd--there is no Preferences in my Edit Photoshop---???

I'm editing many VOB files from different DVDs in the same project.  Files from one DVD have the same files name as files from other DVDs, but placed in separate directories.  Not only does Premiere get completely confused when previewing the videos (playing video from a completely different sequence than the one selected with the play head), but it replaces the incorrect audio from wrong files when rendering... or drops the audio for certain VOB files entirely. The only way to get Premiere to correctly reference the correct file placed on any sequence timeline is to pre-process all of my VOB files with Mpeg Streamclip, saving one large uniquely named VOB file per DVD, and importing that file into Premiere. How is it possible that Premiere cannot handle files that have the same name?  This is beyond amateur.... Professional grade?  Really?  I'm having a hard time showing people at work that Premiere can be used in a professional environment.  I'm having to r

I cancelled my account on 11/05/2026 and had an email to confirm this but a payment has been taken from my PayPal account today. I want a refund

I was charged after cancelling the free trial. It looks like it is a common occurrence. How do I contact support?

Hello!I've added support for importing Motion Capture coordinates (optimized for 2D characters) into my Adobe Animate extension, including presets from the Adobe Mixamo catalog. If I embed 20–30 Mixamo presets directly into the extension, would that be a copyright violation? The extension is completely free.Detailed update overview on YouTube <extraneous link removed>

I've extensively searched the knowledge base for this answer, but everything I've found pertains to old versions of the software. How do you turn off automatic OCR in Adobe Acrobat Pro 2023.006.20320 so that it STAYS OFF? I don't want to keep opening a pdf and have the OCR run every time and have to manually turn it off every time. I don't want OCR on AT ALL. If I want to run an OCR, I will manually start the operation myself.

When creating content using the assistant on my Adobe Firefly Pro Plus account, I receive the following warning. There shouldn’t be a daily visual creation limit on this account. What is the reason for this, and what is the solution? The daily limit has been reached. The quota will be reset after 23:59:59 UTC on 17 May 2026 (around 03:00 tomorrow morning, Turkish time).

Hi everyone,I’m a bit confused with my situation and hoping someone here might have gone through something similar.I signed up for a free trial recently and canceled it before the trial period ended (at least I’m pretty sure I did it on time). However, I’ve now been charged, and when I check my Adobe account, I don’t see any active subscription listed. What makes it more confusing is that there’s nothing in my billing history that clearly explains this charge. It just appears on my bank statement.Has anyone experienced something like this? Is it possible that the subscription is tied to a different account or email, or maybe processed through a third party like Apple/Google?Any advice on what to check next or how to resolve this would be really helpful. Thanks in advance

Even if changes are made to this screen you cannot move on, PC restart is only way out of screen.I can no longer import images!

When I first read about free software, I got the idea they were stealing code from businesses, as well as borrowing it from each other. Is this the case with free open source software? This may be why it doesn’t work very well, as well as being unethical. I do not agree with the free software movement. It violates business law. Just because they are having trouble stopping it, does not mean that it is ethical. They are stealing code from businesses. I did not get at first, that the open source software was about that. I am thinking that it is, though. It doesn’t seem to work very well. I was going to use Inkscape, which is meant to replace Illustrator. It isn’t working, though. If they are stealing code from businesses, I am against it, on ethical grounds. It does violate business law. That does relate to money. So does copyright law. That is actually serious. It is code. Copyright law relates to money. It is the truth. Does anybody else agree?
