Why is it when Firefly messes up and doesn’t provide an AI video it still takes my credits?

у меня подобная проблема, не могу посмотреть планы, и отменить триал

Hi!I wish to cancel my adobe membership but can't seem to do it. I was unaware that my prepaid plan would auto-renew, so I didn't worry about cancelling it prior to the end of my plan. Adobe tried to take money out of my bank account (which is still my current bank account, so payment details are correct), but it failed due to insufficient funds. Now, when I try to cancel the plan by clicking "Manage Plan", there is no option to cancel or renew the plan: only to update my details. I cannot update my details, because they are correct (I guess when I click SAVE it doesn't update because there is still insufficient funds in the account), but I cannot cancel the plan either. I love these programs and want to continue using them, but the price my plan auto renewed to is $300 more than what I paid last year, and I feel like that might be an incorrect price and I can't afford it. I would just leave it and let the plan run out, but am concerned if/when I wish to purchase another plan that I wi

Hola comunidad.

There is ghosting on all my renders of the characters. When I try to remove them, it doesn’t work. The areas are circled.

I have a pdf I exported from InDesign. Looks great when I look at it in Acrobat. All fonts are embedded. But when the client sent me a screenshot of what they see in Acrobat, it’s subtly different. The lowercase “a”’definitely looks different. Any ideas what could be causing the issue? My screenshot is the top one, client screenshot is the bottom one. Here is a screenshot of the fonts embedded.

I am experiencing an issue when exporting PDFs from InDesign using the PDF/X-4 standard. When running a Preflight check in Acrobat, the font Jost (downloaded from Google Fonts) is flagged as invalid. This issue occurs not only in my files, but also when I edit InDesign documents created by other designers who have used the same font. Additionally, several of my colleagues are encountering the same problem across different documents. Here are the solutions I have already tried, none of which consistently resolve the issue:Reinstalling the Jost font Installing a clean version (both static and variable versions tested) Removing older versions of the font before reinstalling Clearing Adobe font cache files (AdobeFnt*.lst) Outlining the text Verifying that there are no transparency or color issues Comparing content in Acrobat (no visible differences when flagged) Checking for transparency issues (none found) Ensuring consistent structure and formatting across pages Setting font subsetting to

Hello! I’ve tried several different things (up-to-date graphics drivers, disabling Open CL/ GPU Compositing, resetting preferences, even turning off Use Graphics Processor which felt like a last-ditch effort to me) but my entire computer crashes at one point or another when using the Select and Mask screen. The weird thing is, it’s not even when that window first launches, and I had successfully used it a minute prior. I’ll attach computer specs below as well as the .dmp files since I don’t have a crash report.

I’m a user based in China and have been using this great feature (trial version) since it launched. However, when I tried uploading audio to the website today, I received the message: “Sorry, Adobe Podcast isn’t available in your region,” and the feature stopped working.Has there been a change in regional availability? Could you clarify which regions are currently supported?

I’m trying to adjust the duration of markers directly in the timeline, specifically markers that already have a duration set (the long rectangular “flag” style markers). My workflow is very timeline-based. I’m editing interviews and documentary material and dropping a lot of duration markers as I go. I’d love to be able to quickly trim the start/end of a marker right there in the sequence, without having to open the clip in source monitor to adjust.  The issue:When, in the timeline, I carefully move my mouse over the little end handles of the marker and try to drag them, Premiere grabs and moves the clip itself instead of adjusting the marker duration. Because of this, I’ve been forced to:* Match Frame* Open the clip in Source Monitor* Find the marker there* Click/drag to adjust the duration from there (or double click to open the marker dialog window to adjust from there)  It works, but it feels really cumbersome at scale, especially considering I’m currently exclusively creating clip

I am running LR 6.5.  Often, when I open the secondary monitor and then switch to grid view on the primary monitor, a "second" secondary monitor window will open on the primary screen. In other words, I have the primary monitor showing grid view, the secondary monitor showing loupe view, and another small secondary window on the primary monitor (also showing loupe view).  Does anyone know how I can stop this second secondary window from opening?

Is there any way to install Catalan language for Acrobat in my laptop. I'm using Catalan for the Windows 11 OS and for Microsoft365, and I'd like to use Acrobat in Catalan also. Thanks!

The attach documents were created in Canva and pass their accessibility checker. The Mark Twain document has the alt text being read twice and the Denny document only has the logo alt text being read. Where to I begin to fix this?Videos:Mark TwainDenny

One of our colleagues has received a new device with Acrobat installed. He is signed in with his account to which the Acrobat Pro and AI-assistant for Acrobat licenses are assigned. The Pro features are perfectly activated, however the AI tools are missing in his interface. We already updated to the latest version (26.001.21431) and I have removed and added the license to his account again. Both without a result.

Prompt and piictures uploaded.A series of male models walk down a sleek, modern runway under soft, warm lighting. The background features a clean, white catwalk with subtle, elegant masculine decorations. Each model wears one of the clothing line's outfits, showcasing the designs from various angles. The camera captures the models in steady, medium shots, highlighting their movements and the clothing's details. The overall visual style is sophisticated and polished, emphasizing the elegance and versatility of the clothing line. Video created changed the clothing, kept the backgrounds from the pictures, and  cut off the models heads, then it. mix matched the clothing

Since updating to Lightroom version 9.4, I am told that I need to update AI settings before exporting photos, even if I have only applied denoise. The process then hangs, stops completely, and tells me that Lightroom needs to repair, and that I should reinstall it. Having done this, the same issue remains. I have now reverted to the previous update which is working fine.

Today I had a few prompts that did nothing more than animate the first frame, there was nothing in the generation that was in the prompt. How do I get reimbursed for promptless prompts?

We are seeing a recurring issue where users will try to open a PDF in Acrobat Pro or try to launch Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and it will not respond. After several minutes, the following message appears:A running instance of Acrobat has caused an error.  Task manager shows a suspended Acrobat background process. We get users back up and running via killing the process, then repairing the install and having the user sign out and back in with their Adobe ID; but the issue recurrs without rhyme or reason.I feel like we are spinning our tires with Adobe Support.  Our ticket has been escalated multiple times and is sitting with Adobe Engineering, but they have been very slow to respond and we need a resolution.Has anyone here run into this issue?  Any ideas on resolution?

I've been asked to create an instructional training about using the HP Active Pen G3 to perform a variety of tasks for our investigators, I am able to use the pen to highlight and select things or activate in a form an area to enter information to in Adobe, but I am not able to use it to sign or annotate the documents.  I can't write in the various fillable options in a form using the stylus.  No pop-up keyboard appears ever to be able to use to enter in information.  I don’t see an option to use it to enter text anywhere. I don't know if I am missing something obvious, but is there a stylus mode within Adobe Acrobat?  I thought the stylus pen would have more functionality to it within Adobe.  It appears to be unable to be used to fill in portions that I am allowed to type in.  Can anyone tell me how to use the stylus to be able to fill in areas of a fillable form designated for text?  Thanks in advance.

I have a form where the number is not really a list, but they are numbered by sections. I’ve manually tagged them as lists, however, I keep getting warnings on PAC and I honestly am not sure how to tag it properly!<section> <L> <LI> <Lbl> 3. Is there something I can do to fix this?

Ever since I updated to the latest version of photoshop, the select and mask tool is giving me weird results. It is recognizing the subject in the photo, but it is recognizing it in the wrong location. Its as if it is selecting where the subject was before the image was moved to a different spot on the canvas. Photos attached.

My current default type tool is set to the Area Type tool instead of the standard T type tool. How do I change this? Windows 10, Adobe 2019.

Dear Adobe Support Team, My name is Nazerke, and I noticed a payment (7,83$) was charged to my bank card (number removed by moderator) on 06/08/2025 for a subscription. However, I do not recall subscribing to any Adobe service. Therefore, I kindly request the following: A review of this charge and a refund of the amount billed. Cancellation of any active subscription linked to my account. Please let me know if any further information or verification is needed from my side. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Best regards, Nazerke

My subscription renewal time has come for the account registered with REMOVED, but due to the economic conditions in Turkey, the annual fee of 10,000 TL is too expensive for me. I want to cancel my subscription. When I contacted support via chat, my issue was not resolved. Instead of a cancellation option, I keep encountering the payment section. Can you please cancel my subscription?   This is a public forum, not Adobe support... email removed to deter spam... Moderator

With the direct selection tool (white arrrow) moving over an anchor they show up, but even if the anchor is selected the anchor blue box disappears as soon as the mouse moves away, so its impossible to select a handle.  I can still move an anchor, but its hard to select two anchors to joint the paths etc., sort of like driving blind.  If I click on a path, then hold down the command key, the hollow box anchors show up and the cursor changes into the selection tool.  The hollow boxes show up on selecting using the selection tool (black arrow).  I am pretty direct selection tool was working correctly last week (am an occasional user).I've know the difference between the select tool, direct selection tool, and group selection tool.   I think this happened a year ago and deleting a preference file helped.  I, quit illustrator,  deleted "com.adobe.illustrator.plist" in my user library, and tried again.  that didn't help.
