Solved

Is there a way to share all the models that I selected as favorites with my team? I looked everywhere for a sharing button, but I couldn't find. Share one by one would take so much time. If there isn't this feature yet, that's a suggestion for future updates. Thanks.

https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-discussions/photoshop-library-greyed-out/m-p/15499239Hey everyone this is a issue that keeps happening for me and I can't figure out what it is or how to fix it. The issue is my library is showing up in the libraries panel but all the elements in the library are greyed out and I can't open any of them or drag them into a document. Sometimes restarting my computer fixes it and sometimes it doesn't. I have experienced this in Photoshop 2024, 2025, and 2026. Currently all apps are up to date and I am able to download the files from the creative cloud app but the library in photoshop is still greyed out and unusable with a note that says "this item is not supported in photoshop".  My coworkers are able to access and use the shared library. I've been experiencing this off and on since 2023 (see prev discussion post) and have tried several suggestions to fix it but nothing seems to work.

I have a legacy AppleScript that works with InDesign 2024, but has since stopped working with the newer versions. The programmer who wrote the original script is no longer at the agency and the need to fix the script has grown greater due to InDesign 2024 no longer being available. The script takes an open InDesign file and writes out two separate results: one with bleeds and one without, each page separated out into indvidual files, and the names representative of the content. I know it has something to do with POSIX paths and aliases, but can't figure out how to update the script. on SaveAsEPS(indd) set Bleed to "24pt"set OutlineText to true set ScoreLine to 12set CutLine to 24 set thePrintDirName to "SaveAsEPS" tell application "Adobe InDesign 2024"-- tell application id "com.adobe.InDesign"set inddFolder to file path of inddset inddName to name of indd--set PDFPreset to PDF export preset named "[High Quality Print]" end tell -- the following sets

Bonjour, quand je veux enregistré en H264 un montage vidéo cela ne fonctionne pas, ça mouline sans rien faire.mais en MOV ça fonctionne.besoin d'aide svp merci.

I’m currently working on a multi-page document in Adobe InDesign and was wondering if there’s an efficient way to automatically generate a table of contents. My document uses multiple headings and paragraph styles, and I’d like the table of contents to update automatically if page numbers or text change. I’m especially interested in best practices for setting it up correctly from the start and avoiding common issues like incorrect page references or missing headings. Any step-by-step guidance or tips from experienced users would be really helpful.

For the love of all that is print production, can we please get the ability back that CC libraries remember layers using "place copy". It's been a know issues since the release of 2017! For a print production enviroment, libraries are basically unusuable as is in Illustrator.

Feature SummaryIntroduce inset spacing controls for graphic/image frames and undefined frames in Adobe InDesign, similar to existing text frame inset functionality. Problem StatementInDesign currently allows inset spacing only within text frames. When designers create callout elements—particularly those with rounded or curved corners—this limitation introduces workflow inefficiencies and layout compromises. Specifically, when rounding the corners of a text frame, the curved geometry affects the inset behavior, forcing designers to rely on a single, uniform inset value rather than allowing independent control per side (top, right, bottom, left). This makes it difficult to achieve precise, visually balanced padding—especially in asymmetrical or compact callout designs. Current WorkaroundTo maintain control and visual accuracy, designers often:Create an undefined (or graphic) frame as the visual backgroundPlace a separate text frame on topManually align and adjust spacingGr

Hi there, adobe bridge is not opening showing error 0xc0000142. even i did restart it also still not opening showing the same error. could any one help me. thanks

I am trying to accomplish this in the calculation script area on my form: If Text1's total is greater than 0 then Text2 = AK. I have other scripts in my form that accomplish this, however, those are based on exact text versus this situation needing to be based on the "total" or "value" of Text1 being greater than 0, if that makes any sense! For an excel adjacent example =IF(Text1>0,"KY","")

I took some shots with a Wingscape bird camera. I imported them into Lightroom Classic. It says "Lightroom has encountered problems with this file". They are displayed in very low resolution and cannot be edited. They import into Photoshop fine. If I save one in photoshop as a jpg it is uneditable in LR. If I save it as a PNG from Photoshop it works fine in Lightroom. The jpgs display without issue in Windows and in DXO Photolab 6. The JPG to PNG solution works but I end up with much larger files. A sample file can be found at https://paullantz.smugmug.com/Wingscape-sampleThanks for your help and suggestions.

I have no problem with adding a video with Extendscript to start at a specific point. But I need it to end at a specific point related to another movie's end tick.

I'm developing for Premiere Pro UXP and I'm trying to get items from the Bin, but I can't. If it's possible, please tell me how to do it.

Wie kann man Metadaten (wie Blendenwert, Verschlusszeit, ..) mit ins Bild ausgeben bei Export aus Lightroom?

I cancelled my subscription during my trial period and was still charged. I have an e-mail from Adobe confirming the cancellation. When I looked at my Adobe account, it was showing I was still subscribed.I've cancelled again and again got an e-mail confirmation, but now I believe that's meaningless. How do I get my money back and why are Adobe behaving like this? It's dishonest.

Hi, This issue only happens with files from one particular colleague.I received the file from said colleague. Both of us are using the latest Illustrator software on new computers(Jan 2026). I opened the file in Illustrator and copied a small piece of artwork that only uses one colour. I then created a new document and pasted the artwork. Illustrator paused for a moment before pasting. When it finally appeared, I noticed it had also brought across a large number of swatches from the original file rather than only the swatch linked to the artwork I copied. Please help. It's blowing out our file sizes and giving us multiple errors while working with these files. I have attached one of the files for your reference. If you copy any of the objects in the art to a new document, you will be able to replicate the issue. ThanksDamian

Where is this subscription plan in my Adobe subscription plan?

So when I'm trying to capture the locked text color to recolor another text or shape with the eyedropper tool, it creates outlined layers of the text I'm trying to capture the color from (and keeps the original text there), what is this exactly???* It most likely to happen when the whole layer is locked (not on the object only).

@frameexpert - I'm not sure if it was supplied by you or someone else, but I have a script that deletes empty paragraphs at the end of a document, but it deletes the paragraph if it doesn't contain text (i.e. it will delete paragraphs with an anchor for an anchored frame or with a table anchor also.) I need to revise the script to ONLY delete empty paragraphs. As a workaround, I've told our writers to add a couple of spaces before or after the marker, which solves the problem, but it's not a permanent solution. This is the script:var doc = app.ActiveDoc; DeleteBlankParagraphs(doc); function DeleteBlankParagraphs(doc) { var pgf; // Get the last paragraph in the main flow. pgf = GetLastParagraph(doc); // Loop backwards through the empty paragraphs. while (pgf.ObjectValid () === 1) { // If the paragraph is empty, delete it. if (getPgfText (pgf) === "") { pgf.Delete (); } else { // Otherwise, exit the

I am writing to share a feature request that I believe would significantly enhance the user experience for many designers.   Currently, the User Interface settings allow us to choose between several brightness levels, but the dropdown menus and contextual menus remain in a light gray tone even when the dark UI theme is selected. This creates a visual inconsistency and can be distracting—especially for designers who prefer or rely on fully dark interfaces for comfort, focus, or long working sessions.   I would also like to highlight an important p

Hi. I'm having an issue with a user who's PDF that shows the symbols below. They appear several times across several pages.   If I were to click on the "Edit PDF" tool, I see that the font is Arial.  I've read about the PreFlight Tool from other posts. I ran the PreFlight tool but received the following errors. I also saved the file under a different name. I've tried unchecking and checking "Rely on System Fonts only. Do not use document fonts" as well as updating to the latest version. I'm not sure what else to do. I can edit the font to another font, then change back to Arial and it will be readable. However, this is happening on several 20 page documents from different users. This user is using Adobe Pro - Enterprise, Version 2025.001.20997 | 64 bitWindows 11 Business, Version 25H2

Hi everybody, I’ve got a problem where the application is stuck on the hand tool. All you can do is move the canvas about. Can anybody advise a solution to this?

Hi thereI'm using Adobe Illustrator v30.0 64-bitI've this problem happened to me throught the years while working on Adobe Illustrator multiple times, and now it happening more often; The problem is, while working on layers like dragging a shape layer then undoing, all of the text layers got selected by itself, and I can't just remove the selection by pressing outside the layers or artboards, I found out I can resize it with the bounding box handels and then undoing my step again and it will got deselected, other than that it's so annoying and takes time espicially when need to redo and undo every once in awhile so I might have the same glitch over and over In the uploaded screen-recording video, an example of it's look like where all the text layer got selected automatically while working and I'm trying to click outside to deselect and it's not working, also I had here a new glitch where I tried to lock the selected text layers and didn't get deselected so i tried to do the resizi

Hi, everyone. Over the last couple of days, new .PSD files display in File Explorer as plain white squares vs. thumbnails. Older .PSD files display properly.  I've Googled the problem and hit up Reddit and tried all the "fixes", but none work for me. What I've tried so far:  1) Checked folder view to ensure that Always show icons, never thumbnails is UNchecked2) Restarted File Explorer in the Task Manager3) Restarted my computer4) The folder I view from is a shortcut. I have checked the source folder as well - same behavior5) Checked my graphics card driver and ensured it is up-to-date6) Copied the errant .PSD files to my desktop - same behavior. I thought perhaps just those 3 file thumbnails were corrupted some way, but I just created a new .PSD and I have the same issue. Any ideas on the problem and how to fix it?
